Awesome new character by awesome author!

Marc Webster joins the authors' cavalcade of fantastic characters. He is hurting, nothing is going right, but he gets up every day to face the challenges.
When a new opportunity unfolds, he accepts to alleviate some of the past ghosts that still haunt him.
He is drawn into a massive human trafficking conspiracy and then...the "old" Marc Webster comes out and unleashes all his pent up anger in a desperate attempt to rescue the daughter of his client.

Great new character. Definite 5*****

Completely different from Matt Drake and team, and the Relic Hunters. Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was great having only or character to follow without having a team around, trying to remember who was who. I DO hope you decide to continue with this character for a few books at least. Great work.

After the death of his wife, Marc Webster's life has just been aimlessly moving along, taking body guard jobs. His latest one however gives his life a lift and meaning. As his client is targeted by a ruthless criminal, who then kidnaps his daughter, who Marc has befriended. Marc goes to war, putting all his skills to the test.

Disappointing. 1

I was expecting much more from this author. It's a fast story with Webster as a super hero getting punched and shot many times and still fights on. It's all a bit unrealistic. 1

Don't Stop at Standalone

Great character development; read like the first in a series. Mixing different topics, angles and issues into the storyline, really enjoyed this book by one of my favorite authors.

The End Comes Slowly

A very gut wrenching story of a dead man coming back to life, to save countless others from a hideous life of torture and abuse! This book is mighty hard to put down. One of the most memorable from this, one of my favorite authors!

A quick read and not bad overall, but the number of typos is out of control. It’s hard to get past it.

bring Webster back

Great characters, great action. Bit of a cliff hanger buried towards the end! Don’t leave us hanging, plenty more to go

Good Starter?

Fast and exciting with well constructed characters. I think it would be good for this character to continue. Really enjoyed.
