I reread this season because it has ended since I haven't kept up with this manhwa in a while. The characters in this coming-of-age comic are multifaceted and realistic.

— Let's discuss the characters —

They were both showing trauma; although though Skylar loves Cirrus, he has attachment issues with Minhwoo, which he mentioned Chan reminded him of, and Cirrus has an abandonment fears that he has been projecting into Skylar since early in the story. Cirrus wants Skylar to see him as who he truly is. That chapter was a lot to handle and truly too hard to read.


Skylar was having a trauma response, and he is terrified and confused about whether he likes Cirrus or is using him to move on. Cirrus believes he will be unable to live without the love of someone because he has been mistreated his entire life. Skylar was the first to treat him this way.

Skylar kept running away from his problems rather than facing them. The reason he wears glasses is to avoid his mother's gaze by keeping him from looking into her eyes. and assuming that if he wore them, he would be a different person and that no one would know the truth. As a way for him to reject his past self.

Even though I love them, their relationship is toxic because they hurt each other so badly. Yet, I felt an overwhelming amount of love and empathy for both of them. because I can really relate with them. I wish there had been more of them expressing their feelings and issues, but the manhwa was rushed to finish.

Kinda confused bc according to goodreads there are like 6-7 seasons, eventhough there are only 3
Anyways this was good, it felt a lil unfinished tho and so many things were open (f.e. Are Skylar and Cirrus still in the closet? What happened to the rapey teacher? Also the little snippet of minwoo after season one… I wish there was more. I wish minwoo would suffer and regret the way he treated Skylar. It wouldn’t redeem him but I just would like to see that, maybe it would give Skylar some closure)

ok finalmente el lore de Skylar, si bien nunca se justifica que haya sido un forro es completamente entendible que haya actuado como lo hizo por sus traumas y se nota un poco trata de redimirse (por donde voy leyendo al menos) habiendo cambiado su comportamiento con Chanil lo cual también dice mucho de su personaje y no lo sé, siempre disfruto de personajes grises
