I don't have much to say regarding this book, other than it was sheer disappointment from the previous novel. It took me longer to read because I just wasn't into it. Nadler really only had three action-packed, page-turner novels, for me, in this series so far.
But Nadler built these characters so well that you feel as if you know them like a sitcom such as Friends or How I Met Your Mother. This is really the only reason I continue to read; that and I like a challenge of tackling a 20 plus series.
There had been some action but I felt like a lot of it was redundant which made it feel like filler. The cliff from the last book into this book didn't have a strong impact as the others. In short, this was a filler book and I was not impressed. In my opinion, we could have done without this novel or combined it with the next one.
