First, I thought that the story was well written. For that fact I would have given it a four star rating. Since the rating is based on how one likes the story, however, I had to rate it according to my personal opinion. For me I thought it was rather slow and I didn't particularly like the protagonist.
I think this story is geared more to the female audience. Or maybe it's just because it's not the type of story that interests me. Either way I wouldn't discourage anyone from reading this. It's just not the book for me.
