I know it’s not normal to be this obsessed with another woman, to be so wrapped up in her that I know I’d hunt her down if she ever tried to leave me, kill anyone who tried to take her from me. But from the first moment I saw her I couldn’t breathe properly unless she was near me.

Well, that was a wild ride!! 🤣🤣 fast past, short and smutty, does what it says on the tin pretty much.
It does have CNC/Dub-con, so just be aware of that going in. This is sapphic and has a lot of possessive vibes!
It’s written in first person with 1 main POV. And it has 4 spicy scenes packed into those 47 pages!!

The answer to that question will always be a resounding YES!

Be prepared, the plot is thin, but the smut is thick, and I couldn't care one bit about it. Some people prefer to watch their corn; I like to read it. Scrummie takes the high heat of the most possessive rugby player known to the land and pairs it up with a tiny mouse of a thing. What happens next is a cleanup on aisle 4, 7, 9, and 11.

Kitty Charing is a new to me author, but I'd read her sapphic tales any day of the week if they have the same vibes as this one did.

While I don’t mind novellas being more spice than plot, I do want more substance to the couple than what we got here. But just because this wasn’t for me doesn’t mean it won’t be for you!

The synopsis got me interested, but the writing had me absolutely HOOKED! I was so into this book and it is so good. I hate it wasn’t longer. I love Alani and Iris together. It seems like they bring the best out in each other.

Insta-love doesn’t always make a good story. Most I’ve read however are M/F or M/M, this is among the first F/F ones. I don’t know what it says about me that I liked it more than I thought I might. She was possessive and domineering and I was there for it. Was it a bit over the top? Maybe (the fight scenes were an awesome add though), but aren’t many?

I’ll be honest if this book was longer, I wouldn’t have read it.

I think I struggled with the lack of plot, it was just smut rather than anything and I wanted to know more about the main characters, about their lives before but I also understand it wasn’t that kind of book.

Overall if you enjoy a fast paced smut book you’ll really like this one!

This book was… okay. There’s insta-love and then there’s THIS. Like one look and you’re putting a ring on her finger? Chill.
I know it’s a spicy novella but oh my god give me SOMETHING of substance with a plot.

This book follows a quiet, shy massage therapist and an over the top, dominant rugby player, and their descent into absolute obsession with each other.

Like I said, this book was okay. Not bad, not good.
Just okay.

Smutty smutty smutty spice - and I loved all of it. This entire 47 pages is basically porn but the way in which it was written and what was added in for the plot had it been a longer book I'd probably have loved it even more.
