An expectant mother if faced with a life-altering decision. About the author

My coauthor/husband and I have lived in Ohio, California, Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Mexico, and Texas. We now live, like the characters in our novel (Sweetie's Song: The Meadows of Heaven) in the Hill Country of Texas.

In 2012 we decided to collaborate on Sweetie's Song: Of Angels and Innocents (now titled: Sweetie's Song: The meadows of heaven) -- truly a labor of love. This family-friendly story was inspired by two tragic events, memories of our childhood, and our desire to tell a story that could be enjoyed by readers of all ages.

We have now published some 15 books (by such publishers as McGraw-Hill, Penguin, Pearson, etc.) and more than 360 articles. This latest effort is, however, our favorite.

Too short, but I like the way it showed how one person's life (including the handicapped), can have a positive impact on the lives of others.
