In her case, it began in a Jesuit orphanage.
When Christine tried to figure out the pieces of her life and why they were a mess - she was told that she'd been subjected to mind control, specifically trauma-based mind control and so began her investigation into her own life events which this book charts.
The Super Soldier Program has gone by various names including Monarch Programming (called Monarch because the Monarch butterfly tipped scientists off how knowledge can be passed genetically--plus it is an allusion to the elite bloodlines that have perpetrated this on their children) The children are thus called Monarchs and the butterfly symbolizes their psychic skills.
Trauma-based mind control is built on the mind's ability to dissociate & trance, which is passed from generation to generation in certain bloodlines, for instance American Indian tribes (who had traumatic ritual dances and who would wait motionless for hours when hunting), children of Fakirs in India (who would sleep on a bed of nails or walk on hot coals.)

I am Christine Joanna Hart; a Sunday Times best selling author with Hodder and former Fleet Street journalist with bylines in the Sunday Times. I am a BACP registered psychotherapist specialising in therapy for teenagers, young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, school stress, identity struggles and confidence difficulties.

Many of the young people I work with feel under enormous pressure. School expectations, social media, friendship dynamics and uncertainty about the future can leave teenagers feeling anxious, withdrawn or overwhelmed. Parents often contact me when their child has become unhappy, stressed or difficult to reach.

Therapy offers a calm, confidential space where young people can speak honestly, understand what they are experiencing and begin to rebuild emotional stability and confidence.

My work combines psychotherapy, emotional processing, parts-based therapy and gentle hypnotic techniques that help uncover deeper emotional patterns driving anxiety or distress. I also teach practical grounding strategies that help teenagers and young adults manage stress and anxiety in everyday life.

Over the past thirty years I have studied psychological healing approaches internationally, including work in Los Angeles exploring primal therapy and emotional recovery methods.

I have also appeared on BBC Radio and the BBC World Service as guest author discussing trauma, psychological recovery and human behaviour. I am available for quotes and interview.

Today my private practice focuses particularly on teenagers and young adults navigating anxiety, school pressure, identity development and emotional overwhelm.

I work with clients across Twickenham, Richmond, South West London and online internationally.

I have appeared on GMTV to discuss bullying in schools and Amazon Prime.
