This was a great book for anyone in sales. It’s an easy read that is relatable and gets to the point. The whole premise of this book is that the difference between a bottom performer and a top performer is minor tweaks. The content of this book is easily implemented. There is nothing that he recommends that is so profoundly different and out there that you couldn’t work the content into an already existing sales process.
I also love that Michael Weaver uses examples from real life in this book which really makes it easy to follow and visualize. It’s also an entertaining read. I have found that many sales books are dry and I am just trying to get all of the main points so that I can get to the end. My staff read this book together and we unanimously agree that we enjoyed it.
