The God of Sin Every year, for eight weeks, Hellish Gods walk the Earth. Halloween summons me and my lover, the God of Lust, to collect energy from human vice—the dark nectar that sustains my Realm. But this time, Lust captures something… special. Everest Blue. A devastatingly reckless mortal with a death wish. The very thought of her suicide is… unacceptable. She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s ours. Every scream, every wet nightmare, every ounce of her pleasure belongs to us — to command, to feed from. Her fantasies alone could fuel my Realm for eternity. And that’s precisely why she’ll never escape. But by the time Halloween is over, I’m certain that she won’t want to be set free.

If you want a book with all of the kinks and depression representation, this is your book! Everest (FMC) has constant suicidal thoughts, and thus lives her life recklessly through partying and hook ups. But when Sin and Lust (MMCs) see her, they have different plans for her life and death…
I particularly enjoyed a scene that included a rope noose and golden showers. :D The fear play plus the “you don’t deserve my seed” mentality was perfection.
Before you jump into Nympho Notes, please read the triggers & take care of yourselves. This is a very dark book with Adult & Sensitive themes.
Does it have a lot of spice - Yes! The Author provided so much + more! Is it emotional - Absolutely, oh my heart at times 🥺 Did I fall in love with Lust - 1000%!
Holly.. my goodness, you know how to write, your story, emotions, descriptions, spice is phenomenal! Now mind I’ve been stuck with a cold for days which normally takes my concentration fully away & I’m left not being able to read. But in the moments my head was clear, I couldn’t put this book down. We all love a good spicy scene or two, but this.. it’s up there for being some seriously spicy business! I loved every moment, questioned it a few times but ultimately loved it.
As for the emotional side of this book, I -like many others who will read this- felt connected to the character in a big way. Everest is dealing with mental health and a very sensitive topic, which stuck out to me. As much as I don’t like to think of the topic at hand normally, I loved reading Everests thoughts & feelings when it comes to mental health. Nympho Notes has strong feelings and it captivates you into Everest’s story.
Everest - I wanted to hug her so much! Sin - he annoyed me at times but then I saw a different side to him that made me warm to Sin ever so slightly. Lust - 😍 I loved his part in the story, the dealing with his emotions and confusions. Sin doesn’t deserve him but then they are also perfect for each other too.
I hope maybe, just maybe, there’s some bonus scenes from the Author in the future 🥰 Thank you to the Author for allowing me to Advance Read Nympho Notes

On page sex with OM and on page kisses between FMC and OW. An MMC sees both of these interactions. MMC1 and MMC2 are in an established relationship but are NOT monogamous in their relationship. They feed off of sex so they sleep with many humans. MMC1 came back to kiss MMC2 and MMC2 tasted the sex on his lips from the person MMC1 just slept with😬 I just don’t find this very hot🥲
**Read those trigger warnings before reading this novel, this one isn't for the light-hearted souls**
Everest - Is planning her suicide, she won't say when, but she is doing her own countdown in her Nympho Notes till her last days on Earth. Why?? She has no reason to live until she meets the God of Sin and his boyfriend, the pet of him, if you will, the God of Lust. To take her mind from everything, he needed drugs and sex with strangers to replace the empty hole she was feeling.
Sin - He was how it seems, he likes to sin, now thoughts or care for anyone else, he wasn't capable of love or is he? He finds your indulge vices and make them all the darkest desires you want. Sin loves to punish and be the Alpha of the relationship.
Lust - Lust is the most lovable character who needs wants and deserves love, one who would do anything for the ones he loves. He has his own type of relationship with Sin. He is a sensitive soul who wants to love and be loved.
This is a dark but sinful, we have been taken to a whole.new world of kinks and pleasures.
This was a beautifully written novel, one which is heavy on the darkside, this book got me hook line and sinker, I was totally hooked!
The way Holly portrayed her characters was just brilliant. You felt the emotion that went into this book and for each character.
This was the first book of Holly's I have read, and I can say this won't be the last. She's got me hooked and craving for more darkful delicious stories.
This book definitely isn't for the light-hearted readers

Wow this was so much fun to read. You definitely have to read your triggers for this one seriously. It was so sinful, raw, unique and was filled with passion, trauma and emotions. I loved how it ended and that Everyone got the ending they deserved. I can’t even describe how I felt when reading it was so good and dirty I loved every second
Dark, sensual, and heartbreaking! This adult fantasy touches on many heavy topics to be aware of before diving in. If you decide this is your cup of tea prepare for a wild ride.
The thing that I liked most about this book was that it had really good depression representation. The Female Main Character has constant suicidal thoughts and I was really feeling the emotions. It was so well done, that it was the entire reason why I fell so in love with this book.
Nympho Notes definitely is a book where you have to mind the trigger warnings. It might be one of the hardest books I’ve read this year, but that’s mostly because I’ve suffered from depression myself. The Female Main Character’s emotions felt so real. They hit a little bit too close to home at times, and this really wrenched my heart.
Holly really knows how to write a story. There was a really good balance between the spicy scenes, the emotions, character development and plot. It was so easy to read as well. Holly has a very casual writing style, which makes for a very comfortable read. It’s not as fast paced as I normally like my books, so it took me a bit longer to finish Nympho Notes than a book normally would, but it was still oh so very good!
Now, you’ve probably seen that I’ve rated this book 4 stars instead of 5 stars. This is because some of the scenes dragged out a little. It took away the pacing of the book, some descriptions just a bit too long. But that is one of the very few notes I have on this book.
It’s dark and twisted, just how I like my books. The emotions are raw and real. And there is so much character development, especially for the Main Male Character Sin. I thought Lust had a little less development and I would have liked to see just a bit more of him. I was incredibly curious to his character and in the end was left with a few questions unanswered. That isn’t to say that he got no development at all, but I would have liked just a bit more. Everest also gets plenty of development, which probably is why the fact that Lust gets a little less growth stood out to me.
All that being said, this book was incredibly good and such a fun read! It’s a MMF, and the relationship between the three characters worked really well! I feel like I missed some things on my first read through and want to read this book again somewhere in the future. It is not often that I like to re-read a story, so that really says something about this book! I can’t wait to give this book another go, for all the delicious spicy scenes and the amazing story.
Good Bits Emotional rollercoaster Nice character development Casual & easy to read writing style The spice scenes are very hot
Bad Bits One character gets a little less development The pacing felt off sometimes, slowing down my reading speed
Nympho Notes was a lovely MMF with an emotional rollercoaster as its story line. It’s raw and real, sometimes hitting a little too close to home. Please check your trigger warnings. But if you’re okay with all of that, then I would definitely recommend picking up this book!
Okay, buckle up, buttercups, because I just finished Nympho Notes by Holly Guy, and my brain is still trying to reassemble itself. This book was a beautiful, dark, twisted, emotional rollercoaster that I binged in one glorious, sleep-deprived day. I’m not kidding, this book had me in a chokehold. I started it, and suddenly, it was the next day. Send help (and maybe more books like this).
Let me paint you a picture: We have Everest, a strong female main character who meets…well, let's just say they go by Lust and Sin. Subtle, right? These two have the kind of obsession with Everest that makes you question your own sanity (in the best way possible, of course). My heart seriously broke for her at several points in this story, especially towards the end. I was an absolute mess by the last chapter. I was so invested in these characters, I honestly didn’t want the book to end. I just kept wanting more! It’s like a delicious, spicy addiction.
Speaking of spice…whew. This book is spicy. Like, questioning-your-own-morals spicy. But here’s the genius part: the spice never overshadows the plot. It’s woven into the story seamlessly, enhancing the emotional connection and adding another layer of complexity to the characters. It’s not just smut for the sake of smut; it actually adds to the story, which is a rare and beautiful thing.
Sin's character arc was fascinating. He starts off not really understanding human emotions (because, you know, not human), so watching him slowly evolve and fall in love with Everest without even realizing it was pure gold. And Lust? I loved him from the moment he appeared on the page. He just gets it.
Now, a very important PSA: Check the trigger warnings before diving into this one. This book deals with some dark and heavy topics, which contribute to the overall vibe of the story. If you’re sensitive to certain themes, please prioritize your mental health and proceed with caution. But if you’re okay with the triggers, then Nympho Notes is an absolute must-read.
This was my first foray into Holly Guy's writing, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m officially hooked and ready to devour everything she’s ever written. This book is packed with so much: raw emotions, internal struggles, spice, war—it’s a whole universe crammed into one book.
There’s this quote from Lust that really stuck with me. He says it to Everest when she’s feeling incredibly vulnerable and full of self-doubt. He basically tells her that she and her life are worth it. It’s such a powerful moment, and it encapsulates the emotional core of the story. Beneath all the spice and darkness, this book explores the very real struggle of feeling alone and like you don’t belong.
If you love books with a lot of spice that also manage to deliver an emotional punch, then Nympho Notes is definitely for you. Just remember to check those trigger warnings, charge your devices (you’ll be up all night), and prepare to question your morals a little bit. You’ve been warned.

**BETA REVIEW** (I am voluntarily writing this review)
"Find a reason to live because nobody is going to save you. This isn't some fairy-tale; this is real life. Nobody cares about you because everyone's trying to deal with their own problems to car about yours." - God of Sin
Everest Blue is planning her suicide, she won't say when but she's counting down her last days on Earth. Why?? She has no reason to live until she meets the God of Sin and his pet/boyfriend the God of Lust. Any reader wanting to pick this up must check out the trigger warnings, I have read some dark romance, Holly Guy is the Queen of Smut and she doesn't hold back on this one. Sin & Lust are characters you do not fantasise about and they are certainly not book-boyfriend material. The spice is "off the charts", no hard limits and will make you question everything about yourself! The dynamic between all the MC's is tormented and so poetic in parts which is the beauty of Holly's writing, take out all the sex and you have an important message within these pages -- Sin words it in the only way he knows how "There is always a reason to live, Saddo. Stop being so self-indulgent in your misery and f**king find it."
God of Sin is a manifestation of all the vices we indulge in whether it's sex, drugs, alcohol and he takes from Everest all her darkest desires and gives her an messed up reason to live, pair that with the sensitivity of the God of Lust who wants the ability to love and be loved -- this entanglement gives a sense of belonging and purpose to life. It's genius, creative and these Gods are obsessed with our FMC and make her desires & pleasure the centre of their attention! For me this is what reading is all about, are they elements that made me uncomfortable HELL YEAH!! I was slightly disgusted to be honest but on the other side Holly wrote a fantastic scene where Everest is made to bark like a dog 👀 it had me literally kicking my legs and screaming *woof, woof*
Check it out for yourself, don't go into this without checking the TW's -- I can't stress this enough and I will leave you with a beautiful description of Everest Blue. "There is an omnipotent confidence in the way she leans against the bar, arms tightly folded across her chest, making her breast jump out. I can't see the colour of her eyes, but I can feel their darkness."
I couldn’t tear myself away from this brilliantly twisted book. What better temptation for the Gods of Sin and Lust than a suicidal nymphomaniac? Everest is a woman utterly tired of life, throwing herself headfirst into anything that might make her feel something (anything), be it drugs, parties or sex. It’s all just static to her, until one fateful encounter changes everything and Everest gets her first taste of Sin. I was utterly captivated by the dynamic between Sin and Lust, his seductive yet surprisingly submissive boyfriend-slash-lackey. Lust’s almost wistful longing for the human experience contrasts beautifully with Sin’s cold, godlike detachment. Initially, Everest is just a toy for Sin’s amusement, a spark to recharge his soul (literally), but slowly the tables begin to turn. Holly masterfully captures Everest’s emotional turmoil. Her depression and suicidal thoughts are heartbreakingly raw, yet through Sin and Lust’s presence, a flicker of doubt ignites—one small enough to keep you riveted, wondering if she’ll fan it into a flame. And the way they “distract” her? 🔥 Brace yourself for some of the spiciest BDSM scenes you’ve ever encountered. Sin’s dominance is absolute, while Lust plays his submissive role to perfection. No limits. No holding back. Just Sin calling all the shots in this dark, tantalizing trio. One of the most fascinating aspects is how Sin and Lust become the unlikely catalysts that show Everest there’s always something to live for, the need to live minute by minute. And when Sin threatens to kill her himself, she fights for life, perhaps for the first time ever. The narrative is brimming with intrigue and layered complexity. I loved Everest’s “post-it note” journal, and I wish we’d seen more of those fragmented glimpses into her inner psyche. And that ending—what a fascinating glimpse into what’s on the other side. You’ll be glued to the pages until the very last word. This book is an all-consuming tour de force, demanding your full attention. There’s so much happening that it’s impossible to absorb it all in one go. It’s like flying down the highway at breakneck speed as you glimpse things you want to explore but they disappear before you can slam on the brakes. Wait, did you see that? It doesn’t matter, I’ll just have to come back and take another look. If you crave a dark, sexy, and unforgettable read, this one’s an absolute must. Title - Nympho Noted Author - @hollyguyauthor Format - 📱 Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wow!!! Firstly thank you for allowing me to be apart of your ARC team, I’ve loved the little nuggets you’ve been giving and reading this before everyone else has been so good!!
This book is hot, dark, and makes you think. On the surface it is a book about two Gods who get a sex slave that doesn’t care if she lives or dies, but underneath it is so much more than that! Sin is unruly who is battling with his own demons and his inner beast , he is possessive and domineering and he takes what he wants. Lust just wants to find love and doesn’t know if he is capable of experiencing it or receiving it. Everest is a woman in pain and anguish who masks these feelings in all the unhealthy ways that make her so relatable! She doesn’t want to die deep down but she is tired of the world that sees her as nothing so thinks there is only one way out! The underlying story in this is just heartbreaking and beautiful and you are able to understand where these characters are coming from and why they grave the things they seek more than anything!
The spice in this book is ridiculous!! I’ve never read things like it, some had me gasping for joy especially that swing scene 🥵 but I know full well, I am not a golden showers girl 👀
I cannot wait to pick up more and I’m super excited to see if we meet Saddo again, IYKYK 🤭
This book was so beautifully dark, twisted, and so emotional. I was able to binge read this story all in one day. The chokehold it had on me was unreal and I couldn’t put it down once I started. That ending was so beautifully written as well. While the ending broke me it also healed me, It was everything 🥹🖤
Everest is a strong FMC and she meets Lust & Sin. They have the biggest obsession with her and will do anything they can to have her. My heart broke for her at times during this story but it really got me towards the end. I was an absolute mess by the time the last chapter came around because I became so invested with these characters. I also never wanted it to end. I just kept wanting more and more. Sin changed by the end and his growth was so beautiful. Lust was a character that I loved from the first moment you met him!
Please check TW before reading because there are parts and topics that are dark throughout this story. If you are okay with the triggers then this story is a must read! The spice in this story was truly amazing and also had me questioning my morals a bit. The spicy scenes never once took away from the plot and that made me love this story that much more!
This was the first time reading anything from this author but it definitely won’t be my last. I am now hooked and can’t wait to read her other stories!
What is the only thing that Everest wanted in life? Death. Also satisfying her nympho urges. So what happens when she meets the God of Hell and the God of Lust?
Nympho Notes by Holly Guy takes place in a world where mystical creatures like Gods and monsters exist. Everest is not your typical woman. She was diagnosed as a nymphomaniac and no matter how many people she gets, she’s never satisfied. Not happy with her life, her deepest desires is to die.
Sin is the God of Hell and every 2 months before Halloween he goes to the human realm to stop all he’s creatures that comes in through a rift and get enough energy for all his realm with the help of his boyfriend the God of lust. But when Sin and Lust gets one look and Everest, they get hooked on her.
This book had my mouth open on everything turn. The spice on this book is beyond my imagination. Holly guy is a master of unhinged books. If you don’t believe me then you need to read this book. I would’ve wanted another book where she explains how Everest gets used to hell and what bargain did Sin made with the God of Death. The plots twist was great. Now for the Q&A. Would I recommend this book? For a dark fantasy novel reader, yes. Was the plot twisting? Yes. Was the spice spicy? The spiciest.
Sin, Lust, and Everest all have such an insane connection towards each other. Everest and her smart mouth, and her can do attitude. She is the kind of girl who can and will do as she pleases. Sin and Lust are demons from Hell who 100% live up to their names. This book is hot, dark, and everything amazing. As you can tell by the TW list, there is a lot jam packed into these almost 400 pages. And I am all here for it! The spice to plot ratio is perfect. I cannot get enough of the chemistry between all three of the MC's. This is a book I wish I could read again for the first time because the twist and turns were so captivating, I want to experience them all over again.
“Do you really think that I’m going to let you k*ll yourself before I’m done with you, Saddo? Your body is mine, your tears are mine, your c*m is mine. That means your f***ing de@th is mine too.” 😮💨
First off, the absolute chokehold this book had on me is insane! I craved every word, every sentence and every page of it! This book has so much deliciously dark and smutty scenes but, with a binge worthy plot.
Everest’s story is truly one of pain as she deals with mental health issues and with the decision to want to un@live herself until the god of Sin and the god of Lust intervene her plans. She’s now their newest s#x pet and the f***ed up little creature that she is loves it. Sin is a force to be reckoned with as he is very dominant and powerful. Whereas his boyfriend Lust, craves to give and be loved. It’s the total “opposites” attract relationship.
I can’t lie, this story did have me in all my emotions from pity to anger to love. But, I thoroughly enjoy this book. I mean seriously Holly… tell us how we can summon Daddy Sin?

It's been a long time that I read a book and i can shout it out to the world that it's one of my top smuttiest reads.
⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
A 5 chilli read for me, the story of Everest, Sin and Lust is one to die for (or not? read it to find out if this is a pun intended).
Nympho Notes is all consuming from chapter one. Goresome at places, it gives the perfect "dark" setting to this story, making the reader imagine more, pulling them in, hooking them for extreme pleasures.
It's a whirlwind of emotions untold, one second you're laughing, the next second you're crying and feel like you're breaking apart for your favourite person. And then the ending comes...
I cannot wait to hold a physical copy of this in my hand and read it once again, savouring the delicious moments, all the times when Sin and Lust prove just how godly they truly are.
The beginning of Everest's POV became reality in the best way. She did end up getting the best catch(es) on her little hunt for pleasure
*Nympho Notes* by Holly Guy is a dark, emotional, and spicy rollercoaster that captivated me from start to finish. The Female Main Character’s struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts are portrayed with raw authenticity, making her journey incredibly real and heartbreaking.
The book is intense, so be sure to check trigger warnings. While a few scenes dragged a bit, the emotional depth and character development kept me hooked. The MMF dynamic between the FMC and the two male leads, Lust and Sin, is fiery and intense, with the spice seamlessly integrated into the plot.
Sin’s character arc is fascinating, while Lust left me wanting more development. The emotional punch of the story, paired with sizzling chemistry and dark themes, made this a gripping read. *Nympho Notes* is a must-read for those who love spice, heart, and complex characters. Just be prepared to read it in one sitting!
Wow what a ride this book has taken me on. Nympho Notes is dark, sinful, raw, emotional and sexy.
Everest is the FMC who is consumed by suicidal thoughts, so lives recklessly using drink, drugs, partying and sex as an escape from her depressive thoughts.
Sin and Lust (The Gods) come to Earth from their Realm once a year and they are instantly fixated on Everest and the energy she oozes. It’s not a case of wanting to have her, they must own her.
Everything about this story had me gripped. The plot was brilliant, the characters were unique and addictive, and the spice was off the scale.
Sin for me had the most character development in the book and I adored beginning to see a slight softness in him.
Lust was an instant love character for me and definitely my favourite throughout.
This dark fantasy MMF story is an absolute must read.
It does cover some heavy themes, so please do check your triggers before reading.
Beta review (leaving this review voluntarily) ⭐️♾ 🌶♾
This book is an absolute masterpiece. All I can say is what the actual 🥵🧴🥰🌶 did I just read. The story of their journey to get to their finale was perfect. For the amount of spice that is in this book there’s also the perfect amount of plot. (50/50 balance) Seeing how they gave her the will to keep on fighting was also amazing. Sin and lust are not just gods in hell, But also gods in the bedroom because they are deranged, unhinged, absolute masters of her pleasure. It’s not often that a twist in a book can stump me but there was a few things in this book that did. I was gasping because I didn’t see it coming. (the cat being one of them) I wish I could read this book for the first time all over again. I definitely recommend reading this book if you were looking for some thing spicy, unhinged, dark and out of this world.
Wow, just wow. If you guys have never heard of Holly let this be your sign to pick up one of her books.
This book was actually phenomenal, to change the mindset of someone who’s so determined on self destruction and meeting her end (yes, that end ) to making her want to live so that she can have her ultimate HEA in the afterlife. Shut.the.front.door. Holly destroyed me with this novel, and then as our FMC heals Holly picks up the pieces of the reader that she shattered, and pieces them back together just as the MMCs piece the FMC back together.
Fan-f*cking-tastic. That is all.
If you guys are looking for a story where the two MMCs alter the FMCs view on life, giving her a reason to live. That’s filled with spice (MM & MFM) , angst, and an insanely wonderful whirlwind of emotions, this is for you. Oh and did I mention the MMC’s are gods? 😏
This book has no buisnesses being as good as it was!
When I say I INHALED this, I'm not exaggerating, I have the sleep deprivation to prove it.
The story follows the God of Sin and his sub boyfriend, the God of Lust, as they visit the human realm for a few weeks a year.
This year, while on Earth, they meet Everest. A suicidal, diagnosed nymphomaniac and maybe the omly human who can match their freak.
This book got dark, sexy, gorey, and emotional. All the things. It's rare to find a book so full of spice AND plot, but Holly has managed it. I'm working my way through the rest of the books, and it looks like my love for this series will remain consistent 🫶🫶
This was a good book. I liked the plot of being demons, a working relationship, and the mental illness aspect. I liked how none of the characters were really very good but at least a little evil. I loved how there was sword crossing aspect but also it was pretty manipulative and abusive but one of the MMC has some serious anxious style attachment which I sympathize with. The plot got a little tedious in some parts which made it lose one star for me. It’s a good book for readers who want a smut driven, dark romance demon type vibe. 4 out of 5 stars.
Ok this book is not for the light hearted, its definitely a DARK romance, but my word its one of the best books I have ever read (and I read over 300 books last year!).
Holly Guy certainly knows how to write. From the first chapter I was hooked.
The writing is so descriptive and skillfully done that it was so easy to imagine what was happening.
The spice was SPICY! So, so spicy and I loved it.
Luckily for me I have no triggers so I just devoured this.
The MMC's, Sin and Lust were spectacular.
I will definitely read more form this author.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I didn’t like this one at all. It’s one of those stories where the author tries to make you believe that super horrible things are enjoyable. Like getting your arm ripped out its socket hurts but it feels good too. It just doesn’t make sense. This is also a story where the fmc’s voice is diminished. After she meets the MMCs her voice is ignored and it’s all about making her do what they want regardless to want she wants and feels and as a reader your supposed to believe that she is happy about it. There are so many other things I don’t like but it’s not worth listings.
This book tackles some heavy subjects, including suic!dal thoughts from the FMC. As someone who has personally experienced those thoughts, I found this story to be 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨.
At just 303 pages, it’s a fast read—𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒐𝒉 𝒎𝒚, 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒊𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒎𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒚! I wept from sadness, frustration, and even from moments of pure cuteness.
I blushed, I gasped, and I truly felt 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴. At the end, some might wish for a little more of them, but sometimes it’s good to leave things to the imagination. In this case, the ending was just perfect—I absolutely loved it!
