In this collection, author Keith Giles has gathered some of his best poems and song lyrics into one volume. Written between 1980 and 2024, these poems span a variety of subjects ranging from love and loss, to grief and restoration, and everything learned along the way.

Keith Giles is the author of 5 books including his latest, "This Is My Body:Ekklesia as God Intended" which explores God's design for His Church according to the scriptures. The free e-book version has been downloaded by over 3,000 people.
He is the former Director of Sales and Distribution for Vineyard Music Group and formerly Marketing Coordinator for Soul Survivor USA. He has been writing articles on the Christian subculture, the house church movement, spiritual formation, compassion ministry and the Kingdom of God for over 20 years now.
His articles have appeared in over a dozen print and online magazines over the last 20 years, including Relevant, 7 Ball, Channel Advisor, Fuse, CCM, Worship Musician Magazine, WorshipMusic.com and theOoze.com.
Keith and his wife Wendy and their two sons are part of a house church community called “The Mission” in Orange, California. They planted this church in their home in 2006 in order to share 100 percent of the offering to help the poor in their community.
Love, hope, grief, loss, faith, purpose and the human condition are explored through resonant prose and heart wrenching imagery. Mixed use of both enjambment and rhyming throughout the book keep each section fresh and engaging. Broken into five sections, these poems are grouped carefully to create a rich picture of the stages of life and how they may overlap. Each line provokes thoughts of the deeper meaning of life and legacy with lyrical clarity and expressive emotion.
Overall, this is an excellent addition to any poetry collection. I laughed. I cried. I puzzled until my puzzler was sore. It really has something for everyone. The perfect read for the changing of seasons. Special thanks to the author for this advanced copy.

Sometimes poetry as an art form can touch places deep and forgotten. Keith Giles has compiled some of his best art as poetry in Wintermoon and Cofeestain: Poems and Lyrics. These poems assure me that I am not alone. Reading these poems is like discovering poetry and the connected feelings over and over again. I recommend this collection if you want more empathy and connection.
