Love, hope, grief, loss, faith, purpose and the human condition are explored through resonant prose and heart wrenching imagery. Mixed use of both enjambment and rhyming throughout the book keep each section fresh and engaging. Broken into five sections, these poems are grouped carefully to create a rich picture of the stages of life and how they may overlap. Each line provokes thoughts of the deeper meaning of life and legacy with lyrical clarity and expressive emotion.
Overall, this is an excellent addition to any poetry collection. I laughed. I cried. I puzzled until my puzzler was sore. It really has something for everyone. The perfect read for the changing of seasons. Special thanks to the author for this advanced copy.

Sometimes poetry as an art form can touch places deep and forgotten. Keith Giles has compiled some of his best art as poetry in Wintermoon and Cofeestain: Poems and Lyrics. These poems assure me that I am not alone. Reading these poems is like discovering poetry and the connected feelings over and over again. I recommend this collection if you want more empathy and connection.
