I wanted to find a quick to read book to share about kinesiology or muscle testing. I've used this technique for years as a simple check in vitamins or foods to eat. Your body and "higher self" is often the best guide to this. As our needs and body changes, this is a pretty accurate way to save yourself money and time. One of the best parts is a reminder of the state of mind we need to be in in order to listen to the spirit within. Skeptical? Read the short book and practice some of the techniques such as identifying people with negative or positive energy.

Just right

This was a great read, about right size regarding content. I found the information useful and transformational as it filled in some gaps from previous knowledge.

I thought this was going to have more muscle testing methods (one hand, two hands, etc) but there was maybe 3-4 listed. Most of the book was how to prepare and get your energy turned on to muscle test. There are a bunch of questions to ask yourself to help you practice.

Very interesting

Easy to follow along. Some misspelled words and incorrect tenses used. Good information to use in everyday situations. I will be implementing some of these techniques.

I had a hard time trusting the validity of this book because it was so full of grammatical errors. However, it did give me a better grasp of how to do muscle testing.
