This book is about loving your life and becoming Happy Now. It's a convenient but hard-to-accept fact that happiness is not to be found by trying even harder to get what we want, but by opening up to our Here and Now, which we can enjoy right now. Anything we get after that is a bonus.
This is my fourth Peter Harris book; I enjoyed reading all of them, but most everything he says is old information, he recreates the wheel regarding the basic process that has been in writing for a very long time. For example the management process of planning , organizing, direction, implementing, feedback & control. Another example is the ideational process described in astrology, which divided the process into subconscious and conscious. It addresses the the sensing of new ideas, eventually transforming them into artistic symbols via creative process, then transforming them into technical concepts, and eventually integrating new ideas into one's world picture. .
