Six years ago, an attack by a rogue werewolf plunged Doctor Connor McNair’s life into nightmare. Now the mere scent of blood awakens the beast within him. He’s teetering on the brink of self-destruction when an intriguing rumour leads him to the desolation of Rannoch Moor and the one woman who might call him back from the darkness. Part of a telepathic experiment that went dangerously wrong, Keira’s mind will destroy anyone who gets too close. Unable to control her powers, she has cut herself off from all human contact and found a measure of peace hiding on the moors with only the wild animals for company. Until Connor arrives, awakening hopes and desires buried deep inside her. Connor is determined to save her, but some wounds are beyond the powers of a doctor to heal and time is running out, because Keira’s mind holds secrets that certain people would kill to keep hidden…
Growing up in the cold, wet, north of England, Nina Croft spent a lot of time dreaming of faraway sunnier places and ponies. When she discovered both, along with a whole load of other things, could be found between the covers of a book, her life changed forever.
Later, she headed south, picked up the perfect husband along the way, and together they volunteered to work in Africa. There they discovered a love of exotic places and a dislike of 9-5 work. Afterward they spent a number of years travelling (whenever possible) intermingled with working (whenever necessary.) Eventually they stumbled upon a remote area in the mountains of southern Spain and the small almond farm they now call home.
Nina spends her days reading, writing and riding her mare, Gencianna, under the blue Spanish skies—sunshine and ponies. She reckons this is proof that dreams really can come true if you want them enough.
Nina's writing mixes romance with elements of the paranormal and science fiction If you'd like to find out about new releases then sign up for my Newsletter at: https://app.mailerlite.com/webforms/l...
Not a bad way to finish out the Trilogy, though I have a feeling that there will be a fourth book in the future of this franchise.
One of the things I enjoyed about this particular piece of Werewolf fiction was that once a human goes through “the change” The story does not end. All too often, the transition from human to creature is the cap on the end of the series to signal the HEA. This is not the case for this series, and I appreciate that.
The third book in the series didn’t have the most quotable moments, but it did have a heroine with Head Explody… Which was a new one for me (outside of the JTHM Graphic Novels, anyway)…
The third book in the series is about Connor and Keira. Connor was a doctor who was turned werewolf while helping out in the ER one night. He has never wanted to be a monster and hates that he has to turn into one every full moon. He has been on the verge of suicide for some time now and Sebastian sends him to Scotland to track down a possible lead on one of Anya and Sasha's sisters. When he sees Keira on the moors and approaches her he is immediately mentally attacked and if it wasn't for him shifting into wolf form he would have died. It seems his wolf is immune to the woman's out-of-control power, but it is hard to communicate in that form and he needs to find another way.
Kiera has been hiding from the agency for years. She is living in an abandoned Keep on the moors and because of her power, she avoids all human contact. When she sees Connor change shapes she is astonished but glad that he can avoid having his brain fried by her power. When he comes up with a way to help her she is wary, but she knows it is only a matter of time before she is found and recaptured by The Agency. Can she trust him to keep her safe?
I have enjoyed every novella in this series but this one is my favorite. I’m a sucker for anything relating to the Scottish Moors, and guess where this novella’s primary setting is? I also really love the FMC and MMC. This novella *kinda* has grumpy/sunshine trope going for it, but not entirely. You could read it and let me know what you think!
This series seems to be more like novellas instead of full-length books. Even so, the storyline is different enough from every other werewolf story to keep things interesting
3 ⭐️ 3🌶️ Was hoping for more of a progressed story for this being the third book, but assuming from the ending there must be more. Seemed rushed at the end with still no conclusion 🤔
Good conclusion to the trilogy. I admit I didn't give Connor much thought in the earlier books, so this was a surprise. However, I did come to like him. He isn't easy going like Sebastian or cool like Jack, but after meeting Keira and realizing he didn't have to be a monster, that life could definitely be worse, he grew into his own. And poor Keira. Definitely had it the worst of the sisters. Unable to be around others without unintentionally hurting them meant a very solitary existence. Until Connor came along and held out the hope that her sisters, the ones she never knew about, their mates, and he would do their best to help her before the Agency found her again. Like the other books, I liked Keira. She was so much like Tasha it was hard not to.
Like the other books, there is sexual content so would not recommend for anyone under 18, but if you like paranormal books, like the others in the series, this is a quick read and entertaining.
Bound to Secrets, was just as great as the two other Sisters Of The Moon books before it. I really don't know what else to say expect this is an awesome story with vampires, werewolves, telepaths, love and a little lust, secrets, assassins, a few funny things and a bit more after that in it. I really enjoyed this series and although this seems like the last book in Sisters Of The Moon stories, it doesn't feel like it is and I hope it isn't as well. Until then to Nina Croft I say keep on writing... and could you maybe do at least one more Sisters Of The Moon book, please? I've really loved them and like I said it doesn't feel like the series is over just yet...
Bound to Secrets by Nina Croft A Paranormal Romance Suspense It looks like this is the last of this series. Maybe sometime in the future she will add more books to it. I really enjoyed all 3 books. They were full of suspense and action (Which is a must for me!). There is also adult level hot and sexy romance. While there are a couple of areas that leave room for improvement, the majority is fantastic. They all read easily and quickly. The characters and their world are very interesting.
Bound to Secrets (Sisters Of The Moon #3) by Nina Croft

Keira's telepathic and unable to control her powers. She was created as an experiment, caged abused and sentenced to termination. Her surrogate mother helps her escape the "Agency". She faces her own darkness and Conner is the only one who can help.

Bravo! A good fast read! now i am hooked. This was such a great, easy and creative book. i was hooked after the first page.
The characters were easy to fall in love with and follow, along with the story. the author made the mental visions so easy and vivid of the surroundings and the characters actions felt so real.
i would highly recommend this author and this book.
3.7 stars. This is the best one out of the series. The situation is different and the story adds a few twists and turns. Can be read as a standalone. If you like pnr, werewolves, and wild powers this book is for you.
