I’ve been hitting the gold mine lately. Almost every book I have read lately is nailing it. This one is no different. There are a lot of good ideas in this book for low price alternatives.I enjoy reading this books not for notes or remembering the bullet points. Rather, I read to enjoy the creativity of others.
As is the case with these ind of book, so sections will be more interesting/important to you. Read what is important and feel free to skip as the subjects that aren’t as important.
Three stars.

This was so poorly written, it’s difficult to read. It may be chock full of “real good” ideas, but It is also offensively prejudiced with statements such as “women especially need pampering”. I just can’t recommend this grammatical train wreck to anyone.

The book is interesting. There were some useful tips that I was unfamiliar with. The tips cover a wide range of topics so overall most of the tips mentions you will probably not use but there may be a few that are really worthwhile. So I guess that makes it worth reading.

Hello,
where there is a tip to know how to "do it better" or "save time and money", there I am ready to buy/listen/take notes. This time I was lucky, and I have got this book for free on a Kindle promotion day. So, I first thank the author for her generosity. :-)
The book is an easy-read collection of really clever tips & trick. I liked very much that for the freezing car glasses, for example, or in which day of the week you can get cheaper flights (who had ever thought at that!?). Since I am used to making home-made detergents and body-care products, I found in this book many useful easy-to-do recipes with easy-to-find ingredients.
The tips are very short and contain only the necessary wording and phrasing to describe then clearly. I found this really good from the author (she could have taken 1 page/tip and make the book bigger with exactly the same content!). Good content, straight-clear-style, friendly price, easy to adopt advice... this is what I ask to a Self-Help publication and this is what I found in Naya Lizardo´s book. And this is why I give the book 5 Stars.

This book covers the categories of cooking, cleaning, household, car and health aids that you can make yourself that are green and not harmful.
This book although I knew of many there are still some worth giving a try because it will include everyday items you already have in your house.
Love travel tips as well.

Good tips
Tried heating a lemon in a small cup of h2o before juicing tonight and I got way more juice out of it! good tips, I just wish the author cited sources. Be careful with spraying vinegar on your windshields, though, as it may cause pitting and can lead to shattering.

I found this book very useful. It has lots of cost-cutting, time-saving ideas to improve almost every area of life. Loved the ideas that save our cars and furniture, which are usually too costly to replace. The beauty ideas are better than store-bought and more convenient. Convenience is key on this busy world, and this book delivers.

a short book with lots of tips. I have seen a bunch of them on pinterest and some don't work but a bunch do. so I wonder how many the author actually tried. I wouldn't pay for it and glad I got it free but still didn't mind going through it.
