"A pulse-pounding Christian techno-thriller that dives straight into the moral abyss where science, faith, and power collide...I cannot wait to see what comes next from this highly recommended author." — K.C. Finn, Readers' Favorite

THE HUMAN RACE IS ABOUT TO BE HARVESTED

Alexander Magnus has a terrifying plan to solve the world’s greatest problems. Using his company’s classified drone technology, he’s preparing a global attack that will eliminate the Reaps, countless people whose genetics he considers inferior.

If Magnus succeeds, billions of people will die.

Biotech genius Charles Ferguson invents a revolutionary medical scanner that unravels the mysteries of our DNA. After signing a contract to mass-produce the device, he falls into the clutches of the Magnus Foundation. Trapped in an impossible situation with his own life at stake, the young scientist wrestles with questions of faith and eternity. How much would he sacrifice to rescue the Reaps?

With the fate of the world on the line, Charles and his friends race against time to save five billion people from annihilation.

Will humanity survive the nightmare of The Reaping?

"Original, deftly written from a Christian perspective, entertaining, emotionally engaging, and an inherently fascinating read from start to finish." — Midwest Book Review

The Reaping is a high-stakes thriller, but you'll also find plenty of humor, unforgettable characters, and even some inspirational romance. In this epic battle between good and evil, Charles faces assassins and kidnappers, drone strikes and bloodthirsty oligarchs. He also encounters unyielding faith and words of wisdom from a Christlike monk. This story can change your life!

Thoroughly enjoyed this book! First let me say that this isn’t a genre I usually read, but it was recommended so I decided to give it a try. I found the characters to be well developed, the story to be vividly told, and the plot to be intriguing. Looking forward to see where the author takes book 2.

This is one of the BEST debut novels I have ever read.
The story is very clever and creative, and the author shared the POV perfectly. The story is exciting and a little bit scary (in a good way,) and definitely one worth reading because it really makes the reader think…. This would be a GREAT book club choice!

To me, and I mean this in the most complimentary way, this book is a little bit Left Behind Series (and I’ve read every book), a little bit Stephen King (if Stephen King wrote Christian fiction), and a little bit Dean Koontz. There is also quite a bit of science fact blended in with the science fiction.

The characters were real and believable. I think we all know people like these and most likely have them in our families.

While The Reaping deals with some difficult subject matter, there is not a wisp of profanity or perversity to be found. I appreciate that so much! There is a little humor which is fun, and several plot twists that make the story even more enjoyable.

I couldn’t put this book down and I can’t wait to read the next one in the series.

What an excellent read!
