One of life's greatest enigmas is how to age gracefully. Specially as women, we constantly seek strategies to care for our bodies, skin, and overall appearance. I realized how Naveen Jain takes this enigma seriously, compiling various investigations into this topic and not only thinking that one concept is the one and only. As reader, you will appreciate how the author explains complex concepts about genetics, aging, and illness in a way that's easy to understand. He encourages us to make informed decisions to shape our future, even though genetics play a significant role. Jain emphasizes the importance of informed choices as the key to the Youth Formula. What captivated me is the author's passion for the subject. He truly engages the reader to take action. The key for the Youth Formula is an ongoing journey, and the approaches in this book offer valuable advice for changing routines, stepping out of the comfort zone, and making personal decisions to live longer and better. While he provides practical guidance, he also remains open to new scientific discoveries recognizing that it is a topic that will be a top of mind of the scientific community.

Some of the health recommendations were pretty standard and expected, but it's the one big idea that our DNA is not our destiny that is attention getting. Jain works to make aging and disease optional, and he has me hooked into his work and vision.

I want to take some of his tests and see which foods are good and bad for me. I'm happy to finally hear someone say that certain foods are not for everyone. Some superfoods are not for me, but they may be helpful for someone else. Now I get why one writer/expert says to eat this while another says not to eat that but to eat this instead. And yes, the Keto diet is dumb, I always felt that. It just didn't sound right.

It's inspiring stuff that's easy to not put into practice. But the idea of a longer and healthier life that we can have some power over is empowering. It feels more real that I can age more gracefully. The book gave me hope and optimism for the future.

I wish to learn more, participate in the tests, and maybe even work with Vain. He seems like a really down to earth, cool, inspiring dude.

Time for my moonshot. Let's all live more purposely.

A great book
“The youth formula” is an open-minded book penned by Naveen Jain. Along these pages, he includes pieces of advice for those who are eager to have a long-balanced life where the mind and body are connected.
The book highlights the idea that human beings are unique and they should keep in mind that when it comes to types of food they eat or the exercise they take or the type of relaxing techniques they use. It will always depend on each one. Every chapter focuses on myths, experiences and different aspects that help people understand how the body, the DNA and lifestyle work for each individual. I would say that there are changing lifestyles that can influence people’s bodies, minds and lives for the better.
It’s a well-written and inspiring piece of work. I learned a lot after reading it, and I recommend it without a doubt.

The “elixir of life”

In this book, you’ll find the “Elixir of Life” or the “Secret formula” in order to live longer. As Naveen Jaim exposes through it, aging and diseases don’t come along because “that’s the way it is supposed to happen” but instead, they’re optional.
Jaim conveys that they’re optional because on one side, we’re responsible of our daily routines, (what we do, what we eat and how we do it, etc., that determine how we’re aging). On the other hand, they’re optional because of the speed in which technological advances and AI are occurring nowadays, we are having solutions for these issues in terms of prevention and cures.
I really liked this book because of its relevance and because it gives you different perspectives from technology but also from habits and routines that would reduce aging and give a better daily life

Personally, I think this book is a must-read for those of us who want to take control of our health at a time when there is too much misinformation that makes the search for well-being very difficult. One of the things that caught my attention the most about this book is that its author offers a very intelligent vision where longevity and ideal health are achievable for everyone. He affirms that getting sick is part of the daily decisions we make. Another relevant theme of the book is that the author, in addition to providing a guide to avoid diseases and increase energy, also challenges us readers to imagine a future where the vitality of one's 30s can be experienced even in one's 90s. I definitely recommend it to those looking to live longer, and much better.

A new outlook to the future

Aging is something many of us are very nervous about. Many don’t want to think about that moment or are afraid of turning a year older just because they will look older, but this book will help out for those scary thoughts. Personally, I feel that aging is something we must go through but it’s the way we face it that will make a difference.
This book is a great tool for looking at the future with brighter eyes. The reader will learn the best tips and ways of living a life that will be beneficial for our elder years. Throughout the book, the author mentions important factors like dieting, exercise, DNA and many other key topics.
I highly recommend this book as it will inspire and benefit the reader to a brighter future.

My head exploded!

This book, which has a great investigative work, brings us down to earth as humans to understand how we are leading our lives. While we would all like to live long, little do we worry about what we are doing in the present to achieve that goal.

The author demonstrates some very troubling numbers regarding the rates of diseases that are preventable but that few people really focus on preventing in order to have a better quality of life, a kinder old age and even a more guaranteed longevity.

Clearly, the best part of this book are the tools the Author gives you to start living a little differently and understand the bottom line for a more conducive and longevity oriented life.
Excellent.

I would recommend reading it

I had a conversation with a friend and he recommended this book, which captivated me a lot with its themes. I feel that we all have a thought about aging and that is that we don't want to go through it. Well, in this book, there is everything we need to understand the technologies that help us not reach this stage of our lives. Not only does it talk about this but it also talks about how society will adapt to it in the future until we can have total clarity that we will be better each time. The part that caught my attention the most was the section of the book where we see all the technologies that we will adopt in the future to have more longevity. I really liked the book and I would recommend reading it.

This book is a revolutionary work that has left me reflecting deeply on the possibility that aging and illness are not inevitable. Author Jain, known for his innovative projects and focus on complex challenges, explores how our daily choices could influence the aging process, rather than simply accepting natural decline over time.

What impressed me most was the scientific and reliable foundation on which Jain builds his arguments and presents his strategies, highlighting cutting-edge research and precision health tools. That I read this book on my friend's recommendation makes me very delighted. This book offers new approaches to take control of one's health in addition to motivating and instructing the reader. I give it 5 stars without a doubt.

The book of eternal youth

Wow, this book really showed me that everything is mental and that one's biological age can change for the better if people take the right steps towards a healthier life.
This book shows us the importance of keeping fit and leading a balanced life from birth to old age, it talks about fighting diseases and how they have become a big problem all over the world.
The author gives us tips on how to avoid illness, increase energy and maintain wellness throughout life. What really made me realize that premature aging and all diseases have a reason behind them, in many cases like mine, stress and a life of excess was the cause of my disease.
I loved this book, I learned many tips and it came at the right time to start a healthy and happy life.

This is a narrative that is both inspiring and informative, where the readers will be able to learn a lot about avoiding diseases, busting the inner energy, and understanding the importance of wellness as a whole and not just a "50-minute" workout. It provides excellent advice and shows the advancements in biotechnology and personalized medicine so readers can fully comprehend what Naveen Jain, the author, is explaining.

One of the things that truly caught my eye in this book is the positivism that the author injects into the reader's mind. I think this is key when it comes to better health because understanding the importance of a holistic approach is the main topic here, and it is not so easy to do! But with Jain's resources, it certainly is. Solid book.

Reading The Youth Formula was a wake-up call for me. I’ve always thought that aging was something inevitable, but this book completely shifted my mindset. Its approach is revolutionary, making it clear that we have more control over our health and aging than I ever imagined. I found the focus on DNA not being our destiny incredibly empowering. It’s amazing how much science has advanced, and Jain does a great job explaining how we can use this knowledge in our daily lives. The book is filled with practical tips that feel realistic and easy to apply, not just lofty ideas. After reading this, I feel like I’ve been given a roadmap to live a longer, healthier life. It’s not just a book; it’s a game plan for the future.

A very interesting book that will make you understand that you can have a vital, autonomous old age without incurring in nursing homes or 24/7 medical assistance. I love every single finding in this book. I always read a lot about this topic and this author's approach to health and longevity is very powerful. I highlight that it is not only based on having a different old age than the one we normally see, but it focuses on those changes in habits that we must have to have a much better life. It talks a lot about obesity and how it is essential to have a healthy diet to avoid diseases since a high percentage of these diseases and causes of premature death are caused by poor diet.

A long and healthy life.

It captivated my attention from the first pages because it sets out a very intriguing dilemma for today’s society: illness and aging. Although both are ultimately inevitable, I am sure that there exist many ways to prevent diseases, improve health and that aging is not synonymous of something bad.
The Youth Formula offers a perspective in which aging is only an option and a place where the majority of illnesses are evitable, and all this is possible thanks to advances in technology. I think it can be controversial but personally, I liked it and I value all tips about prevention that it has. Many people can learn about it and take control of their health right now.

I like this book's idea; my mom recommended it to me and I can see why she enjoyed it. The book explores this idea that aging and also illness can be controlled with right choices and right technology. Although that may be controversial, the part about talking about illness as optional, the other assumptions kind of make sense after reading the book.
Author shares tips on how to stay healthy, how to take care of the body and the mind to be able to have more quality and quantity.
Overall, it is an interesting book that touches topics on how technology and living healthy can help live longer lives.

I really recommend this book it to anyone. I think we all have the opportunity to make changes to have a better life; we normalize so much that old age should be a stage of life where we should be sick, having to take medicine and really in a very deplorable state. But this book disproves this normality that we see. I found it super interesting not only to read about all those habits we have that make us have diseases that can be avoided with some changes that may seem difficult, but are too valuable, but everything that talks about the alleged “hereditary diseases” is something that has always interested me. In this book, I managed to clarify several doubts I had.

An interesting Read

The Youth Formula, more than a book is an easy to read and understand guide. Giving the reader more tools to be aware of their body and their health strengthens the idea that is held today that everything we eat and do with our body is going to reflect mass ahead in our health and how we will age. I am a person convinced that we can avoid some diseases, and if we have them, we can control them; with this book, this idea is clear to me and the author gives me some bases to be able to apply them and improve my quality of life and with it my old age. It is a book for all people who want to understand and apply this new way of living.

Naveen Jain writes this book with a clear goal in mind: to increase health and longevity for everyone who reads his book. He presents studies and statistics that surprised me, especially regarding death and diseases. Even though we can´t control every aspect of our health, there is a big part that we can control and guide, to ensure a healthier aging process.

Overall, it was an interesting read. I think the author knows what he's talking about, the book is backed up by research and not only opinion, so I think it deserves a good read. Easier said than done, this book is meant for people who want to make an effort and change the course of their life.

The business of health

Taking charge of our own health and making choices that will lead to a long and healthy life isn't easy, in fact it's overwhelming, and this author doesn't pretend that it's not. But the point made here in this book is that we can't blame genetics or age for our old age problems or diseases. It's a good book to read, if only to realize that we should be the ones to do something about our own health and not rely on medical providers. The book also has a lot of the typical business book characteristics, with the author talking about their overall success in life and previous business ventures.

It’s mind blowing and intriguing

Health is such a crucial topic these days. People live longer and longer. But the utopia presented in this book is on a different level. I can’t imagine living without aging. Just staying in shape forever. It’s mind blowing and intriguing, although scary at the same time. Because who would choose to age, when you can just not?
I liked the fact that the book also touches on other subjects from today's society. Things such as obesity, diabetes, etc. It also teaches you how to filter information and choose the right one, because that can get quite confusing these days, with all the misinformation and fake news. I appreciate this book.

I will keep this book at hand for my daily life, as I found useful points on diets and exercises to make a true turn in my life. I like the tone of the book very much; the language suits the topic perfectly. The author gives a friendly and soft read for this topic by the use of understandable language with simple structures.

The Youth Formula by Naveen Jain makes big promises about ageing and illness, claiming that they are optional. The author describes many techniques for slowing down biological ageing. Personally, I think as a society we place far too much importance on avoiding ageing and this book plays right into that negative influence. It does have some useful guidance on how to stay fit and healthy, which is certainly valuable. However, as someone suffering from chronic illness, the attitude that “illness is optional” can be very detrimental and damaging to readers who do not, in fact, have control over an illness, however hard they work to stay healthy. I hope the author considers revising his message.

Although it may be a lengthy book, the narrative and layout used by the author make it an agile and enjoyable read. The time passed very quickly and I enjoyed the time invested in it.
