"What is this?" she asked, running her hand over the jacket. "Sheepskin." She looked at him with genuine amusement. "So when you wear this, you're literally a wolf in sheep's clothing.“

There are so many “Quotes” I Love in this book. This is one of my favorites. Victoria has pure genius. Her writing just draws you in. I sighed, cried, laughed out loud!!!! I sat on the edge of my seat. I was so entertained. I say Harry Potter look out because The Order of the Black Swan is here!!! I believe these are the books to read.

If you want adventure, suspense, Romance, Action, Dimension travel, Did I mention True Love!!! I have been reading since I was 13 (41 years ago). I have read tens of thousands of books.
I have my favorite Authors. Truthfully Victoria is Now #1.

This book has a diverse set of personalities & characters!
Werewolves, Elves, Fae, Demons, Vampire, Berserkers, Witches, Lets not forget Knights. Hunky Knights at that!

Victoria grabs you from the 1st sentence to the last. I did not want to put it down! I have already read it twice, and no I did not miss anything because it is so gripping you just want to soak up every word!! Since reading this series I do not need Calgon to take me away anymore! Come join me in being a Forever Fan.
I recieved an ARC copy of this book for an honest review. I am honestley glad i was able to read & review this wonderful book for Victoria!

4th INSTALLMENT of the Black Swan serial saga. READING IN ORDER STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Author's Note:

One of the questions that I'm most often asked is, "What inspired this story?" Or, "How do you create your characters?"

For the first three books I was stumped for answer. The reason why I never knew how to answer these questions is because it doesn't feel like I created a story or characters. It feels like I'm just reporting events, chronicling the lives of certain "people" along with their friends, families, or associates.

Readers tell me they get the sense that the characters and world are so real that you might find them just around the next corner. I love hearing that because it's a reflection of my own perspective. I confess to entertaining the idea that I am reporting, in real time, on a world that is every bit as real as this - in a similar, but alternate dimension.

My best,
Victoria

Starting with one of the best opening lines....ever...this fourth installment in the Order of the Black Swan series takes up seamlessly from where the journey last left us, and delivers us into yet another world of truly creative, imaginative fun! Marked by plenty of returns from many of the characters we loved in the earlier books, this book introduces even more riveting characters while delving into the werewolf way of life, yet opens the way for many more adventures to come. Love at first sight? It happens in Victoria's books...but not without plenty of complications to keep the story interesting. I have to say, I laughed aloud plenty of times, and did my best to repeat many of the lines in an admittedly horrible Irish accent - but it was fun to try! Miss Danaan has really created a fun new world(s) for us to enjoy. At this point, I'm ready for the next one! Too bad this gifted author cannot write as quickly as I can read.

I am SO glad this book came out! It brought more involvement to a character I really wasn't that interested in originally. It also created a friendship that I don't think ANYONE saw coming! Victoria has added more characters as well, and done them as she always does, with great depth and care, all the while still keeping up with all of your favorites as well! Fantastic read!

"A love that is so powerful it is all consuming."
What would you do for love?
"Are you willing to run into fire for the one you love?"

Victoria Danann's 4th book in her Order of the Black Swan series is another AMAZING page turner. Her ability to draw you into the story and evoke laughter, tears, giggles and even fist pumps only proves she's one talented manipulator of words. I found myself dreading the last page only because I didn't want it to end...and as the H.O.H. Elfster himself would say, "Great Balls of Fire, You Are Gonna Love It!"
I received a free copy of this book from Ms. Danann in exchange for an honest review.

Highly suggest reading this series to anyone who will listen to me. Victoria Dannan has created a fantastic world and stories within stories. The story and characters make me feel like laughing, crying, celebrating, whatever they are doing, right along with them. It means something when I have finished reading a book and still can't stop thinking about it. As a matter of fact, I am about to start reading the entire series again from start to finish even though my TBR list is getting extremely long.

Characters that have been introduced in previous installments are getting more attention and their own little stories are growing; which is great because it provides more people to love and cheer for. It also creates a world that does not grow stale.

If you haven't started this series; stop whatever it is that you are doing and go grab the free electronic version of My Familiar Stranger and get started. Reading in order is highly recommended or you may get lost and not get the full impact of the awesomeness...

Black Swan Saga just keeps getting better and better when you think she can't possibly top her last book she shows you just how wrong you were.

There is a lot going on in this book! As characters continue to grow and stories continue to expand and lives interweave and get so much richer you feel like such a part of the story you can not help but get emotional. When little Helm makes faces I grin. When husband and wife realize just how deep their love for one another is I cry happy tears. When someone does something unexpected I gasp. When I am reading one of Victoria's books I know I can count on being emotionally immersed in her amazing multi-dimensional world. I also know she will surprize me at least once and will leave me panting and waiting for her next book. I don't know where she will take me next but you better believe I will be waiting in line ticket in hand ready for the next adventure!

It was just as AMAZING as I've come to expect from Victoria Danann. Each installment of this series just gets better and pulls me deeper into the lives of B company. But this story is about Stalkton Grey and what he has to do to save his pack. It just so happens that he finds Love along the way, and what he does for that Love just left me breathless.

Another great addition to the Series!
Victoria, you've done it again!
So much happened in this book! you just have to read it! Especially if you've already read the other three books to this series.
Glad to see that Stalkson Grey has more than a sour attitude! All he needed was someone to bring it out.
Enjoy your read :)

Victoria Danann's 4th book in The Order of the Black Swan series is by far the best book I've read in along time! This book grabbed my attention right from the beginning and carried it right up to the end! I loved following the characters lives throughout the entire series! Victoria's books have it all: romance, suspense and all kinds of paranormal creatures! I am wondering if there will be a fifth but I'm thinking most definitely! I can't wait for it! Be smart and read this book! I recommend it for any adult who likes a great paranormal romance read!

Moonlight is the 4th book in the Black Swan series.

Victoria Danann has written an EPIC Adventure with passion, humor and a keen intelligence.

Moonlight is tightly written and filled with characters that the reader absolutely loves. She weaves each book so expertly with both primary and secondary characters so well fleshed out that it is truly difficult to wait for the next book in the series.

My buzz words for Moonlight: Epic, intriguing, brilliant, satisfying, engaging and addictive.

SUPER! TERRIFIC! WONDERFUL! FANTASTIC! A definite must read! This is her 4th installment and is her best since the first! I wonderful book that will keep you totally engaged throughout. You will find yourself laughing out loud and realize you are totally immersed when those around you give you the "you are crazy" look. :) (Believe me, it is so totally worth it!) She writes in a way that you are 'sucked' into her writing that you become part of the story. Simply stated...marvelous!!!!! :)

Victoria Danann Got Me Again!
http://fangswandsandfairydust.blogspo...

Provided by author or review. No remuneration exchanged. All opinions herein are my own except as noted.

This is one of those series I snarfed up like, like a pitcher of Margaritas with a plate of jalapeños, like a guaranteed multiple orgasm with no mess or fuss, like designer shoes at a pre-season 90% off sale. MOONLIGHT is Victoria's latest entry in the series and it hit the bull's eye with me.

This latest book in the series was featured with an exclusive playlist from Victoria Danann, here, on the 27th (CLICK). It's far ranging and exciting but also cohesive and brings together a lot of loose ends.

Tangible, real-feeling relationships are formed between colleagues, friends and lovers, something I often find lacking or just too fast. New things happen, new characters start to take center stage, and there are some great scenes of intimacy. There are also some really funny moments brought to you via inter-dimensional travel (which is a wicked handy tool).

Victoria provides a lot of description of nearly everything of importance, and a few not so important things. It really shows how deeply Victoria has imagined this world. I think the depth of the world and character building gives this series a lot of staying power. It's quality is reminiscent of earlier volumes in Laurel K. Hamilton's Anita Blake series -- indeed, I think it may be better than that. The characters are terrific; even the bad guys are engaging and have understandable motives. But mostly the bad guys are time species or environmental factors. It is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

There are several story lines arcing into and away from each other. The Werewolf branch of the story, which is central here for itself and for its importance in the life of an up and coming character, could continue, spin off, or end here. The life and love of the Black Swan knight, Ram's sister, Aelsong, starts off front and center but then hangs back with delicious promise of continuing elsewhere. A cople is expecting, a demon gets less bored with his immortality, and is a truly engaging and unique character. The vampire story line becomes more amusing and may be coming to a conclusion.

It's all put together spectacularly well. I love the way she has all these different elements happening, with their differences they are still part of the whole. I haven't felt like problems are solved miraculously by a skill invented just to get the writer out of a corner.

I feel the series is a MUST READ. And, in my humble opinion, this is the best of the series so far as far as plotting and character-development. I have rarely found an Indie series this good, this well edited and this well produced. I can't wait for the next book in the series. What can I say -- I am in series lust!

Awesome!! Once again Victoria Danann has written another great book. This book picks up where the last one left off. We meet new characters and follow the old ones. Deliverence is used to help the werewolf Stalkson Grey, who falls in love with a very unlikely candidate. We will see Litha and Storm go through a very different pregnancy and birth. The series, Order of the Black Swan, is just one you don't want to miss. The cast of characters feel like friends and you won't want to miss a minute of their lives.

The plural of vampire is vampire. The plural of brilliant is brilliant! This is without doubt one of the finest serial books available. Victoria Dannan's imagination knows no bounds, she weaves a complex and enthralling number of worlds together that grips you and totally refuses to let go. If you read nothing else this year read this book and it's predecessors, but be sure to read in order to get the full and rich flavour.

Victoria Danann's fourth book in the Black Swan series, "Moonlight: The Big Bad Wolf" is the best yet of her books (which says something since I think they are all amazing). This book was a fun ride from beginning to end. While keeping us up with our favorites from the other books (Elora and Ram, Storm and Litha, Baka and Heaven, Deliverance, and of course Monq) we now get a peek into the lives of Song as well as Glen. As the title implies much of this book revolves around Stalkson Grey, whose life is turned on its' end and will never again be the same. Finally, about the time you think you could never enjoy any characters more than you love the aforementioned, we get to meet the members of the rowdy Z team, and new interesting Vampire which shake the story up yet again.
I loved this book, and am left craving Victoria's next book which cannot come out soon enough for me. If you haven't read the first three, then buy all four of them and read them in order. I promise it will be the most fun you've had while reading in a very long time.

"What would you do for Love?"
Victoria, I want to say a big Thank You for letting me be part of your street team.
I was one of the lucky ones to have the book delivered to me earlier than the rest of the world. I sincerely hope that ppl read this comment and believe what I say. This is one of the most Fantastic, Amazing, Beautiful, breath taking, fantasising, Fascinating book - story - or should I just say Life altering events I have ever come across...It was life altering and the as Victoria says, it didn't feel like I was reading a story made up of the characters...It only felt like I was watching it happen right in front of my eyes...It is the power of the imagination, power of the pen, power of Victoria that made it seem that way...only authors like Victoria can deliver such a stupendous and inconceivable book...very well done...!!! I really can't wait for the next one in Black Swan series...:)))

The fourth book in the Black Swan Saga steps away from the antics of B-Team to focus on Werewolf leader Stalkson Grey (with a little bit of everyone's favorite daemon Deliverance mixed in!)

I love that the Black Swan Series adds new characters (and gives attention to characters we might not know much about) while keeping the reader informed about what's happening with B-Team!

The Author made me like Stalkson Grey despite myself. I had a less than flattering opinion of him based on previous encounters, but Victoria Danann has taught us once again that nobody is beyond redemption. I was highly entertained by Grey and his... er... unwilling paramour:
"You kidnapped me!" She reached for a wooden totem figure and threw it at his head. He ducked. "I prefer to think of it as a romantic abduction."
This series is filled with wonderful dialogue and quotable moments, but this one was non-stop! We only got a little teasing taste of what's going on with Song and Glen's respective story lines... I can't wait to see what happens next!

Victoria Danann has done it again! Moonlight has definitely lived up to my expectations. I started out reading the first book in the "The Order of the Black Swan - My Familiar Stranger" thinking it would be just a book to pass the time. Needless to say after about 2 chapters I was hooked and look forward to each additional book in the series. "Moonlight - The Big Bad Wolf" is no exception and I love how Victoria is able to include and expand on all of the different characters in a way that keeps you on your toes and wanting to know "what's next". My husband and family have become curious as to my new found "love" and I get some funny looks when I get to talking about the different characters like they are "friends". My husband has even agreed to read the first book just to see why I'm so excited over "just a book" as he calls it. Victoria's The Order of the Black Swan series lets me slip into another dimension and experience the life of elves, witches, demons, vampire, berserkers, werewolves, and many other paranormal characters that make you fall in love with each of them. Moonlight is book four of The Order of the Black Swan series by Victoria Dannan and she does not disappoint!! The books do need to be read in order, but don't worry as the first book My Familiar Stranger is free on Amazon and remains one of my favorite reads. Book four opens right where The Summoner's Tale ended and did start with a quick recap. Ms Dannan continues to take on us on an incredible journey with unforgettable characters and the ending left me excited for the next installment! I really enjoyed the main romantic couple as well as the development of other characters that we have already gotten to know and love. My favorite being the friendship between Elora and Litha, and I cannot wait to learn more about Glen and Z Team!

I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.

I will say, I love this series. I am not a big fan of series books, but this one got me hooked. If you are looking for a phenomenal read and an author who can keep you turning pages then you have found one. Mrs. Dannan will entertain you with quotes that will have you saying "Great Paddy" and laughing so hard you will not want to be drinking anything that will come through your nose while reading. This series is full of love, hate, sex ( I so love peanut butter now), vampires staked with a mere toothpick, sexy dancing elves, fire starting half witch/ half sex demon women, a vampire who is also a romance novelist, inter-dimensional assassins, kids that would make any mom proud, great music, and a love that spans dimensions. That is just the tip of the iceberg as far as what this world that Mrs. Dannan invites us into has to offer.

This book has what books 2 & 3 failed to deliver on... A clear path in mind with the telling of the plot growth/reveals in this on going saga.

Everything in this one is well balanced. There isn't any pointless ramblings or too much time spent on happenings that aren't directly involved with the happenings & development of the main characters or plot. Plus, what's going on with plot & other characters is actually interesting.

The development of the on going plight of The Order of the Black Swan will leave you riveted & begging for more. This is what you want. The pacing in this one was on point. From Elora to Ram, Storm & Litha, Glen *swoon*, the Fae Prince & Ram's sister Song, to finally the man of the hour who this book is about... Stalkson Grey the Alpha King and the plight of his pack.

And I must say I loved the time we get with he & his mate Luna they were perfect for each other IMO. But what made this work & made it believable is that you get time with them. REAL time with them. You see them as individuals coming together forming an intense, heartfelt bond. And did I mention how hot it got? *Whew*

There were moments where I felt the emotion coming off the pages. Not just with him & Luna, but the scene with he & his son Win *tears*

Even the demon Deliverance is seen with more layers in this one & I'm lovin this.

There is so much going on in this one no different than the other books, but as I said above this one is balanced. The writing is tighter. The events unfolding are more structured & executed superbly. I couldn't get enough of this book. It took me back to the happy places I experienced while reading book 1, but just a little more intense.

I said in my review for book 3 that if book 4 failed to grab me in any way, that I was done with this series. Well, it grabbed me for the entirety of the book. I can't wait for these few weeks to pass so that I can dive into book 5. I highly recommend this read.

***This is a series that you MUST read in order***
