I was so excited to have the privilege to read this book! Amanda Gregg is an author local to me, and supporting a local indie author is something I’ll never turn down. I’d say that the genre is YA romance, but the themes are very adult. Ruined is not a light a fluffy read. It’s heavy. While some topics were hard to read and digest, I appreciate that an author can write something so heavy in a way that makes a reader want to consume the story. I really enjoyed this one and look forward to reading more by Amanda! TW for rape/sexual assault, and imprisonment.

Wow! Having gone to high school with Amanda, reading her words all strung together was so exciting for me. This was an easy read that pulled at my heart strings. TW for SA/parental abuse/rape. Overall, very well written and a GREAT story line that keeps you rooting for a happy ending. Loved this book!

Fantastic Story!

I devoured this book in one sitting! The characters were so well thought out. Liza’s past was heartbreaking but I loved seeing how she conquered her demons. LOVED Ford so much! Can’t wait to read more by Amanda!

Great story!

My emotions were all over the place from the very beginning. It's such a great book. Didn't want to put it down. Highly recommend!
