Talk about surprises...

We welcomed a new member into our family. Adding her to our little mafia group meant fear like we hadn’t known.

But she wasn’t the one we had to worry about. No, it was me.

How was I supposed to know visiting my grandfather’s home would turn everything upside down? It was a chance to show Jordan where Vail and I grew up. Instead, guns were drawn and threats were made.

Jordan would do anything to protect us. The thing was, I wanted to protect them too, even if it meant going behind Jordan’s back.

I wasn’t cut out for the mafia life, yet I lived with the most possessive boss of all.

For my family, I’d do anything. They were who mattered. Jordan and Vail were who I craved going home to at the end of the day.

So, I’d take whatever violence and revelations came my way. The alternative was giving them and this life up, and that was never going to happen.

Hartley is an MMM steamy contemporary romance and book three in the East Dremest Mafia series. It should be read after Jordan and Vail. Hartley features a fashion designer who wants his friends and family to thrive, a chef who’s still healing, and a mafia boss who’s finally accepted he’s softened and knows there’s no turning back. There is a best friend’s brother, an age gap, hurt/comfort, and a protective mafia boss. While this book is the conclusion to Jordan, Vail, and Hartley’s story, it’s not the end of the series.

Getting to the conclusion of these characters Jordan, Vail & Hartley was so bittersweet. I devoured this whole world and they all gave me the feelings. I can’t wait to read Barrett’s story. So many little twists in this book.

Thank you, Michelle, for Hartley, the 3rd book in the East Dremest series. You definitely need to read Jordan & Vail before reading Hartley. I would recommend reading all of the series set in Dremest for a full reading experience.

At the heart of if this story is about love not just of the three men Jordan, Hartley & Vail but of family and friends who have become found family. I spent the whole book waiting for the other shoe to drop and let me tell you many shoes drop throughout!

(I received an ARC for this book)

This book can NOT be read alone. The first two books in the series must be read first.

Trigger Warnings include:
descriptive violence including torture and death, off-page suicide, and off-page abuse

Reunited and it feels SO good! I have been so excited to get to read this one! I am in love with all the intertwining involved between this series and the others from this author! As this is the third connected book of their story, I can’t give too much away in my review. So, I get to spend the space gushing about how much I love them (So not complaining!) As a lover of mafia romances, one of my favorite moments is when the big tough mafia man shows his soft side. And in this case, he had to find it first…so getting to enjoy it was even sweeter! Toss in a father/son moment…there may have been tears. I am literally attached to these characters, which was inevitable after spending so much time with them!

My Favorite Quotes:
• “You don’t have to thank me for loving you. It’s a privilege.”
• “I love you. Do you hear me? I f!cking love you.”
• “On your knees. I want my c!ck between your lips. Suck the c!m out of me.”
• “I will fight for you with every fiber in my being. You’re mine and his. No one else’s. Ours.”
• “I won’t leave. Not now. Not ever. I love you so much. I can’t imagine my life without you.”
• “I want to hold you both and touch you. Remind myself we’re safe in our home.”
• ‘He could read a legal document, and I’d get hard listening to him.’
• “Now lean back while supporting yourself. I want a view of your sexy hole.”

Hartley by Michelle Dare is the 3rd book in her East Dremest Mafia series. It is the conclusion of the story of a mafia boss, a chef, and a fashion designer who found an unlikely love that keeps them together no matter what happens. You need to read the other books in the series to understand the life these men live as well as others who are important to them and what happened previously as this all affects the decisions and actions made in this one. Jordan Altair is the mafia boss in East Dremest. He has no compunctions about killing anyone who gets in his way or tries to hurt those important to him in his life. Hartley Weathers is a fashion designer who fell in love with him and has his own design studio in town and his brother, Forest, has recently come back into his life. Vail Ayers has known Hartley since childhood and is also in love with Jordan. He is a part time chef at Untouchable and is also working on a kitchen in their building so he can feed those he cares for. Hartley and Vail had to come to terms with Jordan’s life as a mafia boss and also that he murders others without thinking about it. This was hard for them but they love him and had come to realize that sometimes this needed to be done if they were to be safe, and protection was Jordan’s main concern for them. They also had to learn to be guarded 24 hours a day, and had become friends with most of their guards. This story starts when Vail finds out he is the guardian to 12 year old Ava, the daughter of the sister of his abusive ex, Gil, and the decision they made to take her in and care for her. She comes to live with them and they do what they can to introduce her to this new life style and make her as comfortable as they could, especially since her mother had just been killed in an accident and she had no where else to go. They then visit Hartley’s and Forest’s grandfather’s house in North Carolina to see what condition it is in and find Lane, the son of another mafia boss who had hurt Jordan and his son, inside. Jordan has been after the Everharts for a while but had never found them. Lane held the key to finding them and putting some money into his pocket (which he would later give away) so they took him with them when they returned to East Dremest because they thought they may be under attack by his father and brother who also wanted revenge for making them poor. This was a mystery to be solved as the Everharts followed them but couldn’t be found no matter how hard Jordan and his guards tried to find them. Lane also couldn’t figure out why his father had never liked him and shut him out of everything. All of this is revealed as the story continues and with the help of Barrett, a cop on Jordan’s payroll, they were able to solve all of the mysteries, Jordan was able to do his thing to take out the Everharts, and Jordan, Hartley, and Vail were able to have a commitment ceremony to bind their lives together forever. I really enjoyed this story as I have the others in the series. It is quite dark and Ms. Dare doesn’t spare us any details when Jordan takes out those who have made him mad. Jordan is very much in charge and the boss of everything around him, yet his love for Hartley and Vail has softened him, much to his chagrin. Vail is the sweet caregiver to everyone and Hartley was the light in their darkness, bringing levity to situations that needed it. They had some very hot love scenes and faced whatever came their way together as they loved each other that much. I also liked that we get to know many of the guards and how they are involved with Jordan’s operation and maybe with some of the other characters as the story develops. I highly recommend this book, especially if you like dark stories involving mafia bosses, the men they love, protective guards, and a mystery that could leave them all dead unless they can solve it which they do with epic mafia style.

“Together, we were a dynamic I couldn’t have dreamed up if I’d tried. I never thought I deserved them or any of this, but now that I had them, I wasn’t letting go.”

BLURB END:

Hartley Book 3 of East Dremest Mafia has been A way to long wait coming I had to skim book 1&2 to know what’s up maybe it was because between one and two I had a bit of a reading block and I didn’t read very much in between but since this book came out, I have read so many books that my mind has just been taken over by the different universes and characters that exist in other books

That being said, I am so glad to finally be in there east dremest mafia universe agin to finally being able to read the last book of these amazing people feel so relieving and freeing at the same time

Hartley, vail and jorden is slowly learning how to be parents after Vail’s psychopathically ex-boyfriend’s sister died in a car accident and he was granted custody of her daughter Ava, taking care of a child that just lost everything when you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing and has cereal learning curve is hard but

“Ava, it’s meant to be worn. It’s okay if it gets a little beat up along the way. Every one of those flaws in the fabric will tell a story, part of your story.”

I sincerely think that this quote above so beautiful you can feel how much passion Hartley has for his work through his words

This might be a bit of a short review this time but I am struck by food poisoning and I needed to get this done. I rated this book a 3.5 out of 5 it wasn’t that I didn’t like the book compared to the others it was just getting confusing with how many couples are in this series, especially because everyone in a romantic setting is in a polyamorous relationship of hinting towards getting into one and there just keep getting more and more characters and everything is just a lot yeah it’s a lot anyway. I would not only recommend but strictly tell you that you need to read all of the books in the series to really know what’s going on
Until next time my loves

Rating: 3,5/5
Spice: 2.5/5
Angst: 1/5
Would I read again: to be determined

Promoted as the last book of the East Dremest Mafia series, this is the conclusion of Jordan, Vail & Hartley's story. BUT.....

This trilogy was an ongoing story of 1 relationship with multiple plots that started and ended throughout the series. Each book had its own main plot, which was the focus, while other details were given in the background for future use. We picked up right where we left off with Vail Exes, sister's kid. Holy Crap! It moved on quickly without neglecting any details.

Hartley was put in a position that was not ideal to Jordan but went ahead anyways, only to find out details about his and Forest's family that link back to his relationship. It rattled everyone, me included.I didn't see it coming. Threats are always there and they thought the worst was over when Vail's past concluded. Now someone is coming out of the shadows that puts everyone in danger.

The spice was great! 4/5🌶 I love my smut but what I loved about this book(s) was that they were written Plot Forward with spice and intimacy with purpose which is also a theme since Jordan does do anything without PURPOSE!

I love that the character development of not only our 3 MCs but also all the ensemble was a constant progression for everyone through all the books. The plot was written thought out from the beginning. If I went back and re-read, I'd see little detail hints of what is to come. Nothing was a throw-away description or character.

Now back to the "This is the conclusion, BUT...." from the top of the review.
Well.... Michelle really couldn't control herself and gave us an ensemble that we fell in love with and deserves love too. So we are going from East Dremest Mafia to East Dremest Protectors (my own series title). Barrett, aka Bear, is next with one of our favorite Protectors.

********** Contains Spoilers**********

I really enjoyed this book and thought that it was another good addition to the East Dremest Mafia Series, which is set in the same universe as Three Ties Series & Ruined & Relinquished Series and you won’t be disappointed if you read both of those series. I really enjoyed the conclusion of Jordan, Hartley and Vail’s story. I thought they were great together and their chemistry was off the charts. I loved seeing Jordan soften even more with having Hartley and Vail in his life. He wants to protect them at all costs but is also not overtaking/controlling their lives. Jordan, Hartley and Vail’s life changes when Vail is given custody of his abusive a*sehole ex Gil’s 12 year old niece Ava as her mother recently died in a car accident and she changed her will after the news broke about what type of person her brother actually was.

He’s shocked as he hasn’t seen her in years but after speaking to Hartley and Jordan he accepts as he doesn’t want her going to live with strangers. Of course there’s a lot of teething issues but I loved seeing Ava slowly open up and bond with them, even Jordan. Hartley and his brother Forrest get some very unexpected news and Jordan’s old enemies who plotted with his ex-wife to kill both Jordan and their three year old son JJ are back and want revenge on Jordan for them losing everything. There were hints of possible future love interests during this book and I can’t wait to read more as the series continues. I’ve already pre-ordered the next book, Barrett which I’m looking forward to reading when it’s released, as well as reading more books from Michelle Dare in the future. I’d recommend this book, series, universe and author to others.

******I received a complimentary copy of this book through GRR. I would still happily review this book even if I purchased it myself. My thoughts and feelings about this book are completely unbiased******

I confess! I was not so “patiently” waiting for Hartley’s book, I wanted it out yesterday and now it’s finally here and I read it in almost one sitting!
The book focuses a bit more on Hartley since it is his book but at the same time is a continuation of books 1 and 2. I had forgotten how much radiant Hartley’s personality is. He’s like sunshine trapped in a bottle. And it is indeed what Jordan and Vail need. The three of them have finally found the ideal balance between them.
This book has it all. It’s emotional, fast passed, steamy and with lots of humor! I love the banter between the characters. It’s all about family, trust, found family, counting sheep to fall asleep, fathers and sons, caring, a mafia boss I have a crush on since book 1 (even before), the guards (oh, the guards!!!) and a bit of taking care of business the only way they know.
“I’ve missed the growling, sir,” Albert said cheerily. “Ever since you got together with Mr. Ayres and Mr. Weathers, your growls have been fewer. You’re happier. Almost smiling…”

Oh boy, the things happening in this book… We get to see characters from the “Three Ties” and “Ruined & Relinquished” series. And there are new additions… I don’t like spoilers so I won’t get into many details. But… for those of you who have read the first two books I’ll just say this: Jordan bought and is actually wearing a pair of jeans… Yeap, the mighty can and do fall for the people they care about…

I truly loved Hartley’s, Jordan’s and Vail’s story. Michelle is a magician writing these MMM stories. Thank you Michelle for another amazing book! Can’t wait to see what’s up next…

Beautiful ending for Jordan and his loves

So, the HEA I wanted is here. Jordan finally gets to keep his loves this time around, thank goodness.
This trilogy has been great reading and must be read in order. There's also appearances from lots of characters from the Three Ties series and the Ruined And Relinquished series and, while you can read this without the others, they're all good too and the Dremest universe as a whole will make more sense.
I really loved seeing Jordan, Vail and Hartley happy together, with all the found family they've gathered around them. There's a new addition who immediately ramps up Jordan's protective instincts and shows an even softer side of him than we've already seen. There's time spent with Jordan's son and his partners, showing how Jordan and JJ are becoming closer and Dexen and Greer are getting along better with Jordan too. The extended Three Ties and Ruined And Relinquished and East Dremest familes all interact with ease mostly *cough Jordan cough* and it's lovely to revisit any of them at any time in any of the books.
All the guards make me smile, especially when they're (affectionately) sniping at each other or, very quietly and subtly, laughing at Jordan. Although he doesn't get as much page time as the rest, Jordan's driver is one of my favourites. Albert's quiet presence feels like a safe haven in Jordan's criminal world and the interactions between him and Jordan hold weight that comes from respect and affection on both sides.
The ending was all I wished for, seeing the three men truly happy after all they've been through in both their individual lives and together in this trilogy.
Now I'm looking forward to the bodyguards getting their own HEAs.

Well yet again there is another great book! I have absolutely loved every book in this series and I’m so glad that I stumbled across it. There is so much that I have to say about these books because it’s not about the couples realizing their sexuality or coming out to those that are important to them. It focuses on building the relationships between the characters, keeping each other safe and protected, and navigating the trauma that each character has in their past. Oh yeah and the amazing spicy scenes that come along with the wonderful relationships that these characters have! In terms of this book, I mean what more can I say. It was the perfect ending to Jordan, Hartley and Vails story! I love the scene at Hartleys grandfathers house where Forest and Hartley run around the house. It was the perfect moment of lightness and happiness for them before everything kind of fell apart. And I love the way that Ava gets to bond with all of them not just Vail, yet he does the most to make her feel like she truly belongs with them even if it’s not where she really wants to be. And the scene with her getting to meet ruined and relinquished…that was fantastic and a great surprise I did not see coming but thoroughly enjoyed! I cannot wait until the next book comes out in April!! I’m so sad that this series is over for now, but I hope we get lots more books! I would love to read more of Forest and see what happens with him and I. I hope that their relationship involves Ollie because I could so see the three of them working out, although I could definitely see him with someone else too. I definitely need a story with both the twins which I know we will get with the fourth book. I think there is so much more that can be added to this series and I can’t wait to see where it goes!!

I received an ARC for this book and I am so happy I did! I have thought of the East Dremest Mafia series multiple times throughout the year because it is so good. I couldn’t wait until this book was released. When I had the chance to get the ARC, I was so excited.

This book was everything I had hoped it would be. Suspenseful, spicy, and full of twists and turns. I loved how we got to see 3 different books with based on each of the men in this MMM relationship. The different stories that were their own but somehow came back to intermingle with the others.

The only thing that I wish would have happened in the book was to see how everything ended up with Ava. The last 15% or so of the book we didn’t hear really anything about her. I wanted to see how she was coping and how she liked her new life etc, however, this is a minor aspect of the book that I wish would have changed.

Michelle Dare writes phenomenally with the suspense, spice, and overall world building to her books. I loved how this book interconnected with the other series (Three Ties and Ruined and Relinquished). I highly recommend reading those first (Three Ties and the Ruined and Relinquished) then starting this series.

If you are looking for a series that has many twists and turns, a mafia aspect, and other drama throughout, I highly recommend this series. As I stated above, I would 100% read the other 2 series first because the characters from those books to appear in this book. While those characters do not have a huge role in these books, it is still nice to know who everyone is. Now, go read the other 2 books before this release on January 10!

I enjoyed seeing this throuple through Hartley’s eyes and getting more back story on him, and also Vail. Two new members are added to the family, Ava as Vail’s ward and another surprise member on Hartley and Forest’s side. There is the consistent danger for all in the family with murder and mayhem in store, outside forces intrude in one way or another to keep things interesting and action-packed, quite a bit of steamy bedroom action keeps things spicy, Jordan is as protective as always of those he loves and cares for, and the ever-present guards are always in the background, except in the bedroom, keeping everyone as safe as possible.

I find it really beneficial to have the family trees and character glossary at the front of the book, and find myself going there throughout the story to remind myself who and what certain people are, although some I wasn’t sure about didn’t make the glossary, so I needed to do a bit more backing up to figure them out. There are so many throuples now, it is really hard to keep track of them, and there is a new duo mentioned for the next book, but I wonder if it, too, might become a throuple.

I enjoyed the ending with a more traditional, yet non-traditional, event winding up the story of Jordan, Hartley and Vail, at least for now, understanding things do tend to evolve with these books. Looking forward to Barrett and Reghan’s story next in the ever evolving saga of the leading families of East and West Dremest, PA. The stories never fail to catch my interest and keep me engaged from the first page to the last.

If you have not read Jordan & Vail (books 1 & 2) then you cannot read this story. You must read the others before reading this one.

I have been waiting for this story to come out. After reading the first two books in the series, I needed this book. I had to know what happened and how it all was going to end. The author did such an amazing job on keeping me hooked into the story and keep turning those pages.

Hartley wanted to take a vacation with Jordan & Vail along with their newest family member. Not to many knew about the little lady but Hartley wanted Jordan to see where him and Vail grew up at. It was going to be their first trip together. When they arrived at Hartley's grandfather's house, he wasn't expecting it to go south as soon as they arrived. No one should have been in the house and their trip should not have ended so short.

Hartley will stop at nothing to protect the men he loves, the little lady in their lives and above all he will do whatever he must for his family. He isn't made for Mafia life but he will not leave the men that have his heart.

When new information arises, they must figure out what it all means. There are some surprises and stuff that none of them saw coming. The most important piece of all, they must stick together.

I really enjoyed this book along with the others and these will be books that I will be re-reading again. They are that good.

I received an ARC from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest review.

'With these two men, I never got away with anything. They saw through my moods and gestures. They knew me better than anyone else did.
So what if there was a hint of a smile on my lips as I changed into fucking jeans and a goddamn T-shirt. On top of softening, I was happy. Outwardly happy. It was one thing to do that in front of my men, but I wasn’t walking around cheerily with my guards or anyone who worked for me. I had a reputation to uphold, after all.'

I remember how much I anticipated getting Jordan's story, and while I'm happy his romance with Vail and Hartley spanned three books, I'm also sad this is the last. The story was a fast-paced adventure with danger, suspense, and action. A little mystery to resolve, some retribution to be had. More bonding between our three sexy guys, and some hot love scenes.

'The connection we had only strengthened tonight. When I didn’t think it could get any better, it did. This was another step in pulling us together... We were together, whole, happy, sated, and so in love with one another that nothing and no one could stand in our way or take us from each other.'

I admit I forgot some of the supporting characters as it's been some time since I read the earlier books.

The ending was perfect. And I'm glad the series will continue. 5 stars

The three books where surprisingly enjoyable

I have been in a reading slump, everything is like rinse and repeat and my favourite Authors can only write so fast. So I saw Barrett and thought would give it a go but it’s the 4th in the series so started at the start.
I don’t really read about three but this worked, you can see how they all connected and come together, there was never a time you felt one was left out, it was well done. Also it was nice they actually spent a lot of time away from eat others as they had life’s and jobs to do.
Jordan was so cute loved his inner thoughts on becoming soft too cute and he held them together.
Vail omg everyone needs a Vail. I loved how he was the tallest and had muscles but he was not a fighter at all just a teddy bear, because not all tall strong looking guys are strong or violent, again well done.
Side characters loved them all and want all there stories, hope we get them.
Hartly could not stand he just annoyed me but I did like his brotherly times with his brother. I just felt he thought he was better than everyone.
But I truly enjoyed it. So now I have down loaded all Michelles earlier books that connect this series so hope they are as good.
Well done.

Michelle Dare may be one of the few authors who can end an epic trilogy and you think dang I hate that is over but the payoff is so worth it. These men, wow is all I can say. Truly when I started I felt that Jordan didn't deserve love let alone corrupt two pure hearts but this story and these men are tight and very large onions waiting for us to peel back their layers. I wasn't sure about the addition of Ava and in the beginning I wished she was a little baby or toddler to show the sweetest we've come to learn from Jordan but her age was perfect and just made sense. We still got all the feels. It's mind blowing how so much can be packed into a story without elements getting lost, becoming overwhelming nor dragging things along. We got so much more than we bargained for and luckily there is still love to be found. Michelle Dare makes poly relationship approachable, she makes each character have past, present and future full of depth but this series in particular truly gave a look into three very different men, their prospective, their understanding and their love on full display. I cannot wait to see what happens next with our next round of bachelors.

I was eager to read this book as it was the conclusion to Jordan, Vail and Hartley's story. At the end of book 2 Vail was granted custody of Ava after she lost her mom and I was curious to see how she fitted into the story.
One thing for sure, life isn't boring living with Jordan and this story was no different. However, there were some unexpected surprises after they all went to visit Hartley's family home, and yet again Jordan was forced to take action to protect his family.
Jordan, Vail and Hartley were made for each other, with Vail and Hartley bringing out Jordan's softer side and I loved how Jordan adapted to having Ava living with them. Forest is getting more likeable and you can see what type of brother he was before him and Hartley lost their granddad and I am curious with seeing how it develops with Sheldon.
Like the previous books in the series, this story was full of action, which kept me wanting to read more, making me wander what was going to happening and whilst their story has ended, the series is continuing and I did give a little squeal when I saw that we are finally getting Barrett and Reghan's story, the tension between those two I cannot wait.

Jordan, Vail & Hartley
I have loved all of the Dremest storylines I have read from Michelle Dare, but the East Dremest trio is so special. Having the opportunity to watch Jordan get his much deserved HEA after everything he's done and gone through is incredible. As much of a morally-grey character he can be, his very clear love for Vail, Hartley, and especially his son JJ is really special. Watching him grow (but somehow hate himself for it) is so much fun. Vail & Hartley are their own special set of characters, and I love them both so much. To be able to follow and explore their love story over these three very complex books is beautiful. They're all highly entertaining and so engaging it's impossible to put them down once you're involved.

Hartley is a wonderful book to read if you have read and loved books 1 & 2, Jordan & Vail. It ties up a good many loose ends that have lingered from some of the books before, and continues interacting with many cameos from other characters within this particular universe. I'm really excited to see how Michelle takes the next stories in the series, and if they'll continue to be 3-parters, or if this one is just that special.

I received an advance copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.

As a huge fan of the East Dremest Mafia series, Hartley delivers everything I love about Michelle Dare’s writing—intense emotions, thrilling action, and beautifully layered relationships. This book brings an unforgettable conclusion to Jordan, Vail, and Hartley’s story while opening the door to even more possibilities in this captivating world.

Hartley’s transformation and the bond he shares with Jordan and Vail are stunningly written. Their chemistry leaps off the page, balancing steamy romance with heartfelt moments of love and loyalty. The high-stakes mafia drama only heightens the depth of their connection, making it impossible to put the book down.

With so many intriguing side characters and undeniable sparks flying between them, it’s clear there’s more to come in this series. I can’t wait to dive back into this world and see whose story we’ll explore next. If you love action-packed MMM romances with heart and heat, Hartley is a must-read!.

What a beautiful conclusion to these beautiful men.

Not many authors can pull off writing MMM stories and not leave the readers unfulfilled. Michelle absolutely nailed it.

I’m so in love with these three men who have gone through so much in order to be where they are. So much blood, heartache and grief has been part of their lives, that them finally getting their happy ending feels more than earned.

Jordan changed so much for the better thanks to the love and support Hartley and Vail gave him. He learned to little by little bring down the walls for those who loved him.

Vail was able to accept that he deserved to be loved and doted on by two men who would do anything to make him happy. He slowly started to heal and put all the trauma and suffering he lived through behind him.

Hartley was the glue that held them together. The one that with one word or touch was able to make them give in to him. He always made sure to show them with words and actions how much they were loved.

As different as they were, they just worked perfectly together. I can’t get enough of them.

* I really suggest that you read Hartley after you've read Jordan and Vail as the storylines and character development will make a lot more sense *

I also enjoy reading about Jordan, Vail and Hartley and I've loved the fact that each of the men have their own book, it really helps to get to know them as individuals and to see them through the eyes of their lovers.

As in all the other East Dremest Mafia books there is a twist I did not see coming, and unexpected additions to the Dremest family that made for an interesting read.

** There are A LOT of side characters in this book as it merges the excellent Three Ties series as well as the Ruined & Relinquished Series- all of which have polyamorous relationships. So it can be really difficult to keep track of who is in a relationship with who and how they all fit together if you haven't read the series. A character map is provided in the book which helps **

I love reading the story.abour Hartley, Jordan and Vail. They are such a great dynamic and fit so well. I love how Hartley is sweet but can sometimes take charge. How Vail takes in Ava and shows his men and his niece the love they deserve. How Jordan protects the men he loves and those around him.

Hartley learns some news after he visits his grandfather's house. Questions arise on why his grandfather kept a tally of money owed to another Mafia family. The same family that tried to kill Jordan and his son. A member of that family is helping them but who is he really? Is he setting a trap so his family can take out Jordan or is he really wanting his father and brother dead because of how he was treated? And how/why is Hartley's grandfather involved?

Love the suspense, drama, romance and spicy scenes. Can't wait to read the next East Dremest mafia book.

This final installment of the story featuring Jordan, Vail, and Hartley was an enjoyable read, especially with the introduction of Ava, who arrives at the end of Vail's story. Leaving Jordan to reflect on how he has messed up his son's childhood, but he is determined to do better this time. With tVail and Hartley's support, he is tryingto change.

However, when they decide to travel to North Carolina to visit Hartley's grandfather's home and show Jordan where they both grew up, things don't go as planned. As they come face to face with a man from Jordan's past, who seems to have a connection to Hartley's grandfather and appears to be using that connection to settle a score with Jordan.

And with brilliant character development that provides the perfect ending for the three guys. Hartley is filled with danger, drama, and romance, and I am eager to explore Barrett and Sheldon's stories next, as they are the two characters that intrigue me the most.

Book 3 in the East Dremest Mafia series. Hartley is a sweet mens fashion designer. He certainly is not cut out for the Mafia but he fell in love with his best friend Vail and then both with Jordan. Jordan is the Mafia Boss of East Dremest and murder and torture have been and continue to be his way of life. But Vail and Hartley have softened his edges and in this book he takes them to Harley’s childhood home where he and Vail lived with Hartley’s grandfather. Things do not go according to plan and new twists and turns are added.
EDM is one of two spin offs from the Three Ties series all of which contain throuple as the main MCs. Prior reading is highly recommended as many of the characters from previous books are featured. The series definitely draws you in and leaves you anxious for the next release.

I really enjoyed getting to know Hartley better in this book and watching the relationship between the three main male characters blossom. The cute moments between them were absolutely heartwarming—you could really feel the love and connection they share.

That said, I did feel like the plot was a bit rushed. It left some parts feeling incomplete, as though they could have been explored further. The author also introduced too many new characters or focused on developing side characters for future books. While I understand the need to set up the series, I wish that time had been used to flesh out this story more.

Overall, it’s a good read! I had a great time with this book and would definitely recommend it to others who enjoy stories with strong, loving relationships.

What an end to a thrilling series!

“A mafia boss, a chef, and a fashion designer. Their lives shouldn’t fit, but one by one the pieces slotted into place. An obsessed ex, a rival out for blood, and a relative no one knew about.” - Hartley

I thought I was ready for this one but still, I was caught out by the twists and turns that kept me hooked towards the end. I have enjoyed every second of this series and I honestly can't wait for more future series from within East Dremest (the bodyguards! Need more).

Overall a great series. The suspense, thrill and romance, what a triple threat to my heart this all was!.

This is a fabulous ending to their story. It’s full of drama, twists and turns with a bit of mafia violence thrown in. We get to see Jordan in action doing what he does best, making the world a safer place for his loved ones. Hartley has a few important developments going on and it just adds to the drama. These three are an interesting trio and there’s always a lot of love whenever they are all together. Adding Ava into the mix makes for a few domesticated scenes which are a joy to read when Jordan is involved. I loved how the ongoing drama resolved itself. I’d say the spice level is middle level in this one, it’s definitely more storyline than smexy times. I did feel like we could have had a little more story after the resolution as the ending came very quickly. Needed a little more fleshing out with all the surrounding family on the page. I’m complaining unnecessarily really though as I think we’re gonna see a bit more of these guys in the following stories due to the title of the next book set in this world.

As always I enjoyed every page and highly recommend this author.

Sigh, Hartley's book is the final installment of the Jordan/Vail/Hartley series of stories. While there is drama, this one was a treat for me to read. I loved watching Jordan become "soft" with his men and found family. The addition of Ava into the household also adds complexity to the Jordan household.

Hartley's book centers around the mystery surrounding Hartley and Forest's grandfather. Secrets unfold and the connection/threats to Jordan increase. Jordan of course will do what he needs to protect his men.

Surrounding everything else happening, tensions of the sexual kind are happening with all of Jordan's guards and I am totally here for it. Hartley of course tried to fan the flames in his own way and this was very entertaining. Can't wait for those books.

Hartley makes custom suits for wealthy men and loves it. Vail gets custody of his ex boyfriend’s sister daughter Ava. They had to show that Jordan would be a great parent to Ava. Hartley’s brother Forest moved into his apartment above his store. Ava loved sewing things Hartley showed her how to do it. They went to see Hartley’s grandparents home to see what needed done but they found Lane there wanting to talk to Jordan about what his family was going to do to Jordan and the men with him. Later they did a DNA test on Lane and found he was family to Hartley and Forest and found out what the man that raised Lane was doing to their grandfather. Jordan took care of the two trouble makers.

I loved Hartley Book 3 of East Dremest Mafia. Hartley and his brother have reunited. Vail’s threat has been eliminated and they are taking on his niece, Ava. Jordan is still Jordan but he’s more approachable now that he’s with Hartley and Vail. They decide to go to Hartley’s home and see how bad it is. They weren’t expecting Lane, who is a Everhart, or is he. Whoever he is, he’s willing to help Jordan finally take out his brother and father. I loved the story and the characters. Lots of drama as usual. I loved the peek at the upcoming couples. I cannot wait for Barrett and Reghan. I would definitely recommend this book and the series. Definitely start at the beginning.
