Good story line.

Lovely story of meeting her brother's best friend but after years of not seeing him neither recognise each other, after a fun night together things get a bit complicated with an unexpected bun in the oven. Lots of laughter and a happy ever after.

The characters were refreshing. this was a truly charming and fun read....
Lets begin with "Amanda " moves back home but need to stay at her brothers place.. till she can get a job and find a place of her own .... then we have the "bid to do "party and she goes as her brothers plus one :) ...
Now we hear about "ZAC" ... he spots the lovely lady heading to the bar and as she orders a "lemon drop and charge it to .... before she says the rest he steps in and says to Zac... it's like the you the reader could hear the sizzle and pop ..... they take a table toward the back and engage in conversation for a moment ....
WEll, we then know the pull of their chemistry is born .......... :)

I enjoy getting to know who I am reading about to fully be engaged in the story.
they are both career driven individuals who soon manage some fun times in between those working hours .......
As the story progress the word usage and ways of the authors words floating on the pages casts a spell... sincerely chptrs 14,15, and 16 were moments of laughing out loud .. This authors style in writing .. IS what every reader should desire out of a story and eventually our two people who have one thing in common, well maybe 2 hahahaha "work and sexual moments" ;) and don’t know it until they realize they have to tell his friend, her brother that they’re an item...
His Family loves her , her friend Mina is more like a sister to her,...
This is a wonderful, happenstance meet cute, that end in more laughter and much love..
Truly sucks you in and captures your heart......
The characters are amazing and the story line is wonderful...

Amanda recently moved back to her home city to be closer to her brother Ryan. While attending a red-carpet event she meets Zac a mysterious man with beautiful blue eyes. She is immediately drawn to him only to discover he is her brother’s best friend. Falling pregnant after a one-night stand, both must come to terms with this live changing event that neither was prepared for.

This was a cute story, that thankfully doesn’t include any cheating or toxic relationships where the main character forgives the man for shattering her heart time and time again by keeping secrets etc. I really loved Amanda’s character, she doesn’t depend on anyone and wants to make her own path to success. She is willing to do everything by herself including parenthood, she doesn’t expect anything and tries to do what’s best for her and those she cares about. The story sets a nice tone for a romance that thrived from a life changing event that brings the main characters closer together by trying to navigate those unknowns that parenthood will bring. I really enjoyed reading this story and I can’t wait to read more of Gwynne Hart’s books.

Zach and Amanda

He’s her brothers best friend and they hook up not knowing who each other is. He’s a movie producer and she’s a movie manager of sorts. His company hires her and after the one night stand they run into each other at work. They realize pretty early on who each other is. She wants an apartment and he just happens to have one in his building. There is a fake girlfriend for his dying mom scenario. But his mom helps him realize he might really like her. They decide to try dating but she realizes she’s pregnant from their first time together. He’s shocked and she knows he doesn’t want a relationship but… then he starts to change his mind. He likes her… he just wants to be around her… is this love he isn’t sure… but she is and she says yes to getting married.

The beginning chapter of the book was really choppy - I wasn’t sure if I’d continue reading A I couldn’t understand what was going on at points like there were topics missing.

Second Thoughts
What happens when you have a change of ❤️ but nobody believes you? Well Zac finds himself in that very situation. Being a big deal in the movie industry, owning and operating businesses and of course having lots of money does not help him when it comes to what his ❤️ wants and what others believe. Amanda has instant chemistry with a very handsome man named Zac but has NO idea that it’s her brothers best friend until it’s way too late. Catching feelings and dealing with the fallout are very different things. Can they make this work? Will Zac “catch” feelings like Amanda but better yet, will anyone ever believe that he’s changed? A great story with twists and turns that aren’t always expected so grab a copy and enjoy.

A beautiful heartwarming romance that leads to a forever. Initially, that was not Zac and Amanda’s path, however, their one night tromp leads them towards a very slow burn romance filled with each others dreams. Zac has vowed to remain single with no intentions of ever having a family at forty-two. But, life as you know it, has other plans for him when Amanda is thrown into the mix. When they meet, there’s an instant chemistry and unexpected desire that leads to a night of passion and a gift of life. Filled with heartfelt emotions, dreams coming true, and characters you wish you had as real friends , makes this book a very compelling reading! Gwynne is an amazing talented writer, she doesn’t disappoint and she’s amongst one of my favourites ! A very recommended reading!

This was a fabulous book! The action/drama was consistent throughout, the characters were well developed, and the steam from the passionate scenes is enough to burn your hands as you read! I really loved how logical Amanda was throughout the book, not jealous and assuming but rather thoughtful, upfront and communicative. I loved the side characters too, especially Mina, and all the banter between everyone. A totally realistic feeling to the humor in everyday life. Gwynne's writing style allows you to be immersed in the story while still appreciating her ability to choose the perfect words paragraph after paragraph. I'll definitely be looking forward to her next book!

What I loved most about this story was that Amanda was a very strong woman.

It was not one of those books where there was not a lot of angst. The story was all about Amanda and Zac finding their way with the obstacles thrown in the way.

Her main issue with being with Zac was that he is her brother's best-friend. Plus, technically Zac is her boss.

There was depth to this story and throw in some witty and very sexy time parts you have a story that everyone will enjoy. I am not typcially one for age-gap books, but it never felt like you were reading one.

I recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun and romantic book. Throw in a surprise pregnancy and you will be devouring the pages.

My Brother’s Billionaire Bestie Next Door had me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was gonna happen next between Amanda and Zachary. The chemistry between Amanda and Zachary is smoldering hot to the point where they could NO longer ignore it. Author Gwynne Hart is a fantastic writer, and this is the first book of hers that I have read. I’m definitely gonna need to checkout more of her work. I would also recommend this book.

I enjoyed Amanda cracking through the armor of her brother’s best friend, Zachary. They meet at a party and don’t recognize each other. He’s an executive producer and she’s just returned from Europe when she does post-production on movies. Their night is steamy but she doesn’t leave her last name or her number. She ends up being hired on a movie that Zachary is producing and the sparks continue to fly. He needs a fake “girlfriend” to take home. He hasn’t been able to resist her. Maybe, he doesn’t want to fake it anymore?.

A single night encounter leads to a live changing experience for Zac and Mandy.

This is a charming, enemies to lovers, quick romance read. It had all the classic, make you feel good nuances you expect to see in a romance novel. It is steamy, charismatic, and engaging. There was great character development, as I enjoy getting to know who I am reading about to fully be engaged in the story.

Spice level is a 3/5 with some details.

This revolves around 2 career driven individuals who soon learn there is more to life than work.

This is a really good book. Some books don't seem to get good or draw you in until the middle. Not this one, it is good from the very beginning! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good heartfelt romance. I laughed and cried a few tears reading this. I'm an emotional person 🤷‍♀️ It has enemies to lovers trope, unexpected pregnancy, brothers best friend, age gap, fake relationship, obsessed ex and so much more! This book should definitely be on your TBR.

OMG this was a great book. It was steamy page turner and the suspense was intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn't even put it down. Zac and Amanda chemistry and physical attraction off the chart. A night with him will change their life forever with a special moment. The temptation was driving them crazy in a passion romance. These two romance was like a rollercoaster ride.

Brothers best friend billionaire that doesn’t act like a billionaire at all. Sister that is really smart made her own way and likes to spit weird facts. They had a story of one night stand that continue because he likes her and she makes him feel. She is a calm character. He for 40+ yr old was childish, and had other women drama. They do finally come together for a HEA. They have a mild steam through book, not too much and I didn’t get the feeling of complete chemistry but they worked

This book is EXHILARATING, HOT and BRILLIANT. From the HOT as H@LL cover to the wonderful characters Gwynne has a real SPICY book just waiting for you to fall in love. It has secrets, surprises and a HEA ending to put tears in your eyes it's that GREAT. Amanda and Zachary have chemistry that is EXPLOSIVE. This book is a 10/10 but heck who am I kidding all of Gwynne's books are AMAZING to read.

I am quite new to this particular genre of books but it is fast becoming my guilty pleasure.
They are incredibly easy to read - especially good, when the school summer holidays have slowly killed off your brain cells, leaving you exhausted and unable to even think 🤣
So all you need is something easy going and light-hearted.
I have read books from this author before and thoroughly enjoyed them, and this was no different.

I understand guys not wanting their friends to get with their sisters but when it happens before they know who the other one is they have to cut them some slack. If it continues to happen then they might have grounds to be angry. I feel that if that guy is a good enough guy to be friends with then they must have some good qualities.

Very charming book and instantly loved the characters. I loved that Amanda was herself and did not try to change who she was to attract anyone, not that she planned to in the beginning. Zac knew she affected him from the start and did not try to "buy" her feelings, but he did try to help make her life easier. Very good read. I definitely would recommend it. It's not the kind of book I read, but it is now becoming a favorite.

Amanda & Zack are a funny & sexy couple.

I like this book, it was entertaining and funny. Sex scenes were hot! Zack is a nice guy, a busy billionaire but he isn’t looking for a steady relationship until he meets Amanda. She’s beautiful, cute and hardworking. He finds her attractive since he met her but then, he learns she’s his best friend’s sister. From there, things get complicated so get ready for a wild ride.

This book was a good read that moves quickly. The characters were fun and I enjoyed the banter, spice and low drama of this book.

Amanda is a really strong MFC and so was the MMC, Zac. The supporting characters were strong as well and I liked how they each were in this story. I really liked the closure this book provided. I wasn't left wondering too much as to what their futures looked like, everything was explained and or closed up neatly.

Still Processing

I honestly do not know what my feelings are towards this book, I'm still processing everything. I do feel like something was missing, but I can not pinpoint what that would be. I really enjoyed Zac and Amanda together in the beginning, but after he proposed, I got the ick, and I'm not sure why.
I didn't love the book, but I didn't hate it either.

This was a really cute love story! I've read many and this was the least cheesy and predictable. I loved the interaction between the characters and the banter shared. I also really enjoyed the realistic amount of insecurities and how they are addressed! For me, this is truly a romantic, adult unexpected love story, with realistic experiences for those not that adept with communication and relationships. Very relatable! The reason for the 4 stars is that there were some instances that I was irritated because the responses and thoughts were rather juvenile, taking into consideration the age of the FMC and MMC. Also, the progression of their relationship at times seemed a bit rushed then at times too slow. I would have liked a little more background on the relationship between Ryan and Zachary and Amanda and Mina since they are supposed to be best friends. There's not much there background wise outside of a paragraph here and there, and a flashback here and there.

Outside of that, I'd read it again and any subsequent sequel! Here's to hoping Mina has a story!!!
