Barrett and Sadie were so cute together. I just devoured this story. Let me start off by saying that I was not one to read short stories. I would pass them by because I did not feel I would get all the feelings I wanted in a short story that I received in the longer stories. I was so wrong. Reading this book and many others by Mia Brody I realized how much better the author is to be able to get all my emotions going with a short story. The moment I started reading this book I could not put it down. I loved how we went straight into dirty talk which gave the illusion that all Barrett wanted was a sexy fling but as the story progressed he made sure Sadie knew he wanted more and would not give up until he got it all. This story was so well written and the characters developed beautiful together It just made me want more. I highly recommend this book for a steamy short story that still gives you all the good feelings. I can't wait for the next book. It can not get here soon enough!.

But Sadie is afraid to let him near because she fears to let down like she always has been let down by people. Big Filthy Cowboy is Book 3 in the Courage County Cowboys series that is about the four hunky Maple brothers. This is Barrett and Sadie's story. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, forced-proximity, curvy virgin gets her cowboy romance. Barrett is the second youngest Maple brother in his late 20s. He is a hunky, charming, and dirty-talking cowboy with a heart of gold. Sadie is a 21 year old curvy baker who was in and out of the foster care system. She was often neglected by her mother, and that has left some deep scars. She owns her own donut shop called "Sprinkles." When Barrett meets Sadie in his mom's candle shop and hears her mumbling about her lack of recent orgasms, he offers to help her and already claiming she is his.

“You were watching me? Some would consider that stalking.” “It’s not stalking if you’re my future wife.” He winks and presses a kiss to my cheek."

She thinks he is hot and is willing to have a physical fling, but he wants all of her.

This story had all the feels. Their chemistry was hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥 and the way Barrett made sure she felt loved and safe was everything. He is totally a new drool-inducing book boyfriend.

We also got such an amazing HEA. Mia has such a way with words and brings us these broken characters that find true love to compliment each other and make them whole. This book had so many wonderful quotes. I absolutely loved it and can't wait for Zac and Dotty's story next!

Sadie runs the donut shop, Sprinkles in Courage County. Being only 21 and starting her own business, with a failed year of college and a bunch of baggage, Sadie is worried. But, she knows that the people of Courage County love their sweets and she has found a fun group of women who like alien romance in a book club too. Linda Maple has her candle shop next door and Sadie has befriended her. Linda has a bunch of foster kids and since Linda has MS, Sadie likes to go over and help her when new inventory comes in, while they are waiting for one of her fosters come by to take over. Sadie understands being in foster care and she thinks Linda is awesome. I truly enjoyed reading about this book. I like hearing about foster kids having a happy ending. While talking with Linda, a gorgeous man comes in and overhears a few embarrassing things on Sadie’s part. I laughed a lot at this part. However, Sadie has always thought of Linda’s foster kids as kids, finding out that they are grown the way she does… hilarious. I pretty much had to immediately put the AC on and giggled for a while. Barrett is grumpy, and yet, like most guys in Courage County, immediately knows that Sadie is the woman for him. The rest of the book switches from romantic and steamy, to hilarious. Sadie fights her attraction at first. Coco is her lil dog, and Barrett has a dog too, Skip. Finding out about Skip’s past made me pout and then I loved Barrett more. The fact that the dog likes to skip out every once in a while is hilarious. Barrett has to spend a lot of time tracking the dog down. What a little imp! Lol. I pretty much spent the entire book wanting to eat donuts. Lol. Plus, rainbow sprinkles. There are a few things that Barrett helps Sadie out with. Sooooo steamy and romantic. Yum. I can’t wait to see what happens next in Courage County.

Oh, the mouth on this cowboy! And let me tell you, Barrett is craving more than just Sadie’s frosted donuts—though those sound delicious too. Sadie, the sweet, curvy girl with a quirky love of donuts and alien smut (yes, please!), totally stole my heart. Her unapologetic love of all things sugary and steamy had me grinning from the start. The laughs kick off early, with Barrett strolling in just as Sadie laments how long it’s been since she had an "O" that wasn’t a donut. Well, Barrett is ready, willing, and more than capable of solving that particular problem. When he finds the card Sadie left with the donut she made specially for him, I couldn’t stop giggling. But oh, there’s a twist! From the moment Barrett enters the picture, I was a goner. This man does not mince words or intentions—he’s all in from the start, and boy, does he make that clear. No games, no half-measures. And when he flat-out refuses Sadie’s offer of a casual fling, insisting he’s after her heart, I melted in a puddle right there! Barrett is the kind of hero who knows what he wants—and what he wants is all of Sadie. The story is more than just sugar and spice, though. Both Sadie and Barrett have their fair share of past trauma, but watching them find healing and love in each other is downright heartwarming. If there’s a line for any spare Maple boys, count me in!

I really enjoyed Big Filthy Cowboy by Mia Brody. It tells the sweet and steamy story of Barrett and Sadie, both shaped by their tough upbringings in the foster care system. Barrett, along with his foster brothers, eventually found a loving home with a kind foster mother who showed them what they had been missing. Sadie, unfortunately, wasn't as lucky. Raised by a drug-addicted biological mother, she was repeatedly sent back to an abusive environment after each foster placement. Her fear of the dark stems from being locked in a closet during her mother’s drug binges.

When Barrett first meets Sadie at his mother's candle shop, he instantly knows she’s the one for him. But his bold declaration scares her off, and he realizes he’ll need to be patient and gentle to win her trust. Determined to prove she belongs with him, Barrett slowly breaks down her walls with tenderness and a lot of dirty talk.

Their chemistry is explosive, and I loved how Barrett wasn’t afraid to fall hard and fast for Sadie, despite her fears. His filthy, dirty talk adds a fiery spark to their romance, and their eventual connection is off-the-charts. The epilogue was a sweet touch, especially with the bedtime story scene, and I’m really excited for Zac’s story next. This quick, satisfying read packed in plenty of heat and heart!.

I liked the story 'Big Filthy Cowboy' by Mia Brody. It was the romance between two people that had grown up in the foster care system without having the stability of loving permanent family members. Barrett had a rough start, but he and his other foster brothers had finally found a home with a kind foster mother who had shown them what they had been missing before. Sadie had not been so lucky because she had had a biological mother who had been a drug addict and had not taken care of Sadie properly. Every time Sadie had found a home with a foster family, the state had come and given her back to her mother for the abuse to start all over again. Sadie was afraid of the dark because she had been locked in a dark closet every time her mother had one of her drug parties. Barrett meets Sadie at his mother's candle shop one day and scares her by telling her right then that she is the woman meant for him and he means to have her. Sadie runs back to her donut shop next door and Barrett knows that he will have to slowly win Sadie over because she is afraid to trust her heart with anyone. He is determined to show her that she belongs with him.

Brings in other story friends from the series to give the illusion that this is a real place with real characters with each of their lives flowing through the pages of each story we’re given by this awesome author.
It’s a series placed in Courage County, North Carolina. Sadie our innocent twenty one year old, beautiful MFC. And Barrett (Tiny Bear😁) our big handsome MMC.
She’s been in foster care till she aged out. For her, life’s been about survival so no carefree dating or boys. She has a Doughnut shop called Sprinkles. Her dependent is Coco, her Chihuahua. 😊
Barrett’s one of four foster kids that was adopted by Linda, an mazing woman. She runs a candle shop right next door to sprinkles. Barrett’s a cowboy and also has a three legged dog named skip.
This is n amazingly sweet and exciting books with so many feel good moments. The Maple brothers just know when they meet that one.😊And when Barrett calls her darling and good girl in that deep voice he has..oh my!

Hot alpha cowboy, Barrett falls instantly and hard for the curvy baker who owns the donut shop next door to his mom’s candle shop. Now he just has to convince Sadie that he is sincere in his statement that he wants her as his wife.

Sadie has no experience with men or love. Her heart has been shattered by years of parental neglect and abuse, as well as her time in the foster care system. She has no reason to trust the big, brawny cowboy, but she wouldn’t mind him teaching her all about the more intimate interactions between a man and a woman. Barrett can understand her feelings and attitude given that he and his siblings experienced something similar to Sadie before they were adopted. He is not about to indulge in a fling with Sadie. He wants his ting on her finger, her in his bed and babies in their future.

I have to say that Barrett is very persuasive, and Sadie soon discovers that her big, dirty-talking cowboy means what he says. He is an extra big teddy bear inside and out unless he is protecting Sadie or anyone one else he lives. Their story is very hot and sexy with a big dose of sweetness added too.

I highly recommend this sweet and spicy book.

Big Filthy Cowboy is the third book in the Courage County Cowboys series. This book is a keeper and one to reread....I loved it so much. The story is about Sadie and Barrett. Sadie moved to Courage County, NC and opened a donut shop, Sprinkles, on a whim. She is twenty-one years old and after not doing well in college in her first year she decided to do what made her happy, and making donuts doe that. After all she has never seen anyone crying while holding a donut. The shop is next door to the candle store that is owned by Linda Maple, a woman who has become a good friend. She helps Linda out when she can and the Maple boys are not able to be there. But when the old boy, Barrett, shows up things are about to change in Sadie's steady life. Barrett takes one look at Sadie's bent over "peach" and he is claiming her with everything he has. She may rebuff him but he is determined to be there at every turn and show her just what life would be like with a big filthy talking cowboy.....and boy can this man talk filthy!

Number three in the series, this is Barrett’s story. The second he lays his eyes on the curvy little baker, He knows that she is the one he has been waiting for. She thinks he’s crazy when he tells her that he’s gonna marry her. This is a very sweet and spicy series. These four hot Maple Brothers, came from an abused background and were adopted by their parents. Growing up on the ranch gave them a foundation and a home. Each one of them finds the love of their life, and it is instalove. This whole series has both mental health and disability representation across the board, which is very nice to see it incorporated so naturally into the stories. These big burly Cowboys are almost too hot to handle with the single-minded determination. They go after their women with. Each story shows how one of these damaged Cowboys find their woman, all who have stories and trauma of their own. In this story she grew up unwanted and often forgotten but her handsome cowboy teaches her that he will never leave her behind. Don’t forget to read the bonus scenes offered because they give a glimpse into the future for each of these happily ever afters.

A chance meeting while Sadie is next door to her doughnut shop helping out Linda (Barretts Mum) move her delivery, puts her in small embarrassing position when Barrett overhears her mumblings about "O"s and graciously offers to help. This is part of the courage county cowboys series, but can be read as a standalone.
Barrett is a big, alpha cowboy who wants Sadie with everything he's got. He falls hard and fast, while Sadie is more hesitant. No cheating, dual pov writing, mild angst (from childhood trauma for both main characters), steamy scenes, curvy virgin female lead, cowboy romance, alpha male, HEAs.
If you enjoy big strong cowboys, who loves his momma and is an alpha male with top tier dirty talk and a breeding kink then Barrett is your next book crush. Mia has written him so well that he hit the spot everytime.

I have loved anything written by this author! and this is no different. This story centres around Sadie a young woman that has opened up a little donut shop in the town of Courage County. After a traumatic childhood, she believes she is unworthy of love and has shielded her heart against anything or anyone that could hurt her more. Barrett the big, sexy cowboy is her shop neighbours adopted son, after being moved from foster home to foster home, he was finally taken in by the wonderful Maple family. He sees Sadie in his mums shop and the attraction is instant, he falls for her there and then and vows to marry her. But with her being so guarded, he may have a struggle getting to her heart, she likes him, but struggles to believe he would ever feel anything for a girl like her. Heart warming story with a guaranteed HEA, lots of spice and feel good moments, you will not regret reading this book!.

What a sweet couple! And this h certainly surprised me, here I thought she was more on the shy flower side and then she asked him what she did! The two meet in the wonderful county called Courage, A great family friendly place to live. There are honest and kind people and make great friends and family. I was excited to have her meet her cowboy.

She doesn't need complications but then again she might!

I was laughing so hard when they met! What a view and this man had us ALL blushing! The chemistry between them was wonderful and I knew they could literally weather any storm. What a beautiful way they react to one another. They are always there for one another and do not forget the steam. Because this cowboy means forever, he wants her heart too and what a lovely fairy tale come true for them! I love this county and I was so happy about the next couple coming up!

This is book three of the Courage County Cowboys featuring the Maple brothers and it’s SO sexy!

Both Noah and Greer from the previous books in the series were hot but that Barrett is in a class all his own! His instant possessiveness, protectiveness, dirty talk and sweet heart melted MY heart; I couldn’t’ve resisted him any more than Sadie could.

Sadie never saw a man like Barrett coming. As a foster child herself, something she and Barrett had in common, Sadie had a rough childhood and no faith in a happy ever after so all she was interested in was a quick fling, something Barrett refused to be a part of as he immediately knew she was his future.

This was a deliciously sexy read with a hot, dirty talking cowboy, a curvy, donut making FMC with a hankering for a simple fling with said cowboy and an HEA guaranteed to make readers crave their own cowboy and. I. LOVED it!! 5 Sexy Stars!.

I've been anticipating this book for so long, I love the Cowboys of Courage County and this was a book I wanted for a while.

Barrett and Sadie were such an amazing couple and I loved them so much, she's determined to not fall for the hot-as-hades cowboy who may or may not be stalking her but he doesn't see it as stalking when he knows she's going to be his wife and wants to watch over her.

Will these two come to a compromise and just let love do its thing or will these two stubborn as a mule people continue butting heads at every turn?

This was such a lovely read, I was so happy with these characters and I just loved how they interacted with one another, there were so many good moments ranging from sweet to banter to steamy heat, I couldn't get enough of this book and all I can really say is Mia has done it again.

If it wasn't obvious already I highly recommend reading this book lol

Big Filthy Cowboy is sweet, sexy, hotness! Sadie and Barrett are scorching together!!! I love that we get to know Sadie and her beautiful heart, and then Barrett drops in unannounced and steals her heart and ours all in one fell swoop. Sadie is such a beautiful soul, and the more we get to know her the deeper connected I felt towards her. I love how Barrett speaks his mind and goes after what he wants, not accepting any less than what he and she both deserve. This is a heart-full story with amazing characters. I just love the Maple family and how they all come together in times of need. Mia Brody is a consummate romantic, her passionate creations always bringing so much joy and laughter. This brilliant love story is enthralling from start to finish, and the teaser at the end? Oh my!!!

Barrett & Sadie's story was sweet mixed with plenty of heat. They say in Courage County all it takes is one look. That theory was certainly true for the dirty talking cowboy. Too bad Sadie doesn't to risk her heart.

I loved that Barrett fell hard and fast and wasn't scared to show Sadie how he felt. It took a little coaxing and a whole lot of kisses but in the end he got the girl and the fairytale. These two were freaking combustible when they finally got together. Barrett is all about the filthy dirty talk and I am not mad about it at all!!! He can talk dirty to me anytime.

This was a great super quick read that did not disappoint! The epilogue was super cute with the bedtime story. I am very excited for Zac to get his story next.

This is book number 3 of the Courage County Cowboys series and focuses on Barrett and Sadie. Sadie has been on her own for most of her life due to shuffling through the foster care system for most of her childhood. When she decides to move to Courage County and open up a bakery the last thing she expects to find is her soulmate in the form of a possessive cowboy. Barrett took one look at Sadie and immediately knew that he had found his forever. He did not hesitate to begin winning his woman over and was determined to get her to fall for him as much as he had fallen for her. This was a great story and a great addition to the series! I can’t wait for the next one.

Courage County has coughed up another obsessed cowboy. This time, it’s Barrett Maple and he’s every bit as delicious as his brothers. When he lays eyes on bakery owner Sadie, he knows instantly she’s the one, his future wife. She knows instantly that he’s gorgeous, but she’s not about to give her heart away. The only choice Barrett has is to chase it — and he’ll never give up.

Barrett’s possessiveness and certainty are every instalove fan’s dream. Mia’s writing makes it so easy to picture his smirk and fall for his charm. I was urging Sadie the whole way to take a chance on the swoonworthy cowboy. I loved the two together and their sweet HEA.

This is Book 3 of Courage County Cowboys starring Sadie and Barrett. WOW that was kismet for sure and I have to say all these courage county cowboys sure know how to tell their ladies what will be with out realizing they come on strong, but when your soul knows what else can you do. I have to say running didn’t help Sadie but it was super entertaining to read how Barrett keeps her guessing as to what he will say that day. This is a true heart warming story and if the lead up to the next story is anything to go by the next one will be done right hilarious.

OMG! I loved this dirty talking cowboy! Barrett claimed Sadie the moment he saw her and I was hooked to their story from the first page. It flowed smoothly from beginning to end.

Barrett is another Maple brother that fell in love at first sight, he is a bear of a man and the mouth on him is dirty but oh so delicious. At his mother’s shop he gets a view of our heroine that leaves him in a state of lust. He just has to convince her that he’s not just after her for her sweet baked goodies! Their road to happiness is paved with scars and issues as both haven’t had the best of childhoods, Barret is there he has found his soulmate but Sadie is adapting to a new life and friendships and needs to know he’s not going to leave her. This was naughty and nice, sweet and sexy. Barrett and Sadie are fire. Look forward to Zachs story, another brother whose issues also runs deep.

I loved Big Filthy Cowboy Book 3 of Courage County Cowboys. Sadie thought Little Bear was a child, turns out there is nothing childish about Barrett. He never thought he would want to get married but meeting Sadie he wants it all, love and kids and a family. He just needs to convince her to take a chance on him. Sadie’s past has left her heartbroken and she’s scared, can she take a chance that Barrett won’t change his mind about her? I loved the storyline and the characters. He’s a protector and he will protect her from everything. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

So many good things need to be said about this book. Barrett is the best type of alpha male, dirty talking, helpful, kind, patient, helps his mom, dependable and so much more. Sadie will do anything for this man but has a hard time allowing him to do the same for her. They both grew up in tough situations. Barrett thankfully found an amazing mom and dad but Sadie hasnt had anyone and shes afraid to let him in. Once she allows him in though, they both realize the relationship will be better than they could have imagined.

Barrett and Sadie, wow, their story is full of emotion, tears, fears and passion. Oh and I can’t forget, lots of dirty talk. Barrett sees her when they are both visiting his mum and he instantly knows she will be his wife, and he tells her so! She isn’t convinced, though she does do some serious flirting. Both have trauma from their childhood and each helps the other deal with the consequences of this.
I absolutely loved their story and got annoyed when I had to put it down (to do life things).

Barrett is one of Linda sons.
Protective alpha cowboy, curvy woman, OTT, HEA, steamy, sweet romance.
Mia knows how to weave a tale. She transports you into the story. I can't wait for the next one!.

Barrett is not a big filthy cowboy but he is a big dirty talker and I love it. One look at Sadie and he knows she’s the one, especially when he offers her all the O’s she can handle. But Sadie is afraid to give her heart and that is the only way Barrett will take her. He wants her love, he wants her for his wife, he wants her forever but she’s afraid to take the risk. I loved this story, it has tears and laughter, sweet and steamy and a wonderful read.

I absolutely LOVED it!!!!! Sadie and Barrett are true soulmates🩷 My heart broke for all Sadie went through and also for what Barrett went through💔 I loved the instant connection between them! Their chemistry was off the freaking CHARTS!!! The smexy times between them were hot as SIN and so panty meltingly delicious 🫠🥵🔥
I love his family and his mom! So accepting and just had me swooning!!! I can’t WAIT for the next book already!!!! Love this series so so much!!! Highly highly recommend this phenomenal book!!!!.
