Started out interesting enough and then literally slid off the precipice … just dull characters and too much of the same old - a precariously built hotel on a cliff, bad blood siblings and, of course, a raging storm. The predictability and somewhat skimming-inducing nature of this book as well as of The Block Party also by this author, has now officially landed said author on my Do Not Read list. 🫤

First book I've read from this author. I enjoyed the writing style, chapters don't go on and on. Some portions are a bit far fetched, but still entertaining. I'll pick up another book from the author.
