Book 5 in the series begins with a meeting between the US President, his key staff and Queen Persephone, Andy and Jake, which aims to defuse the tension between the parties. Andy manages to convince President Simpson that he and his Administration need to reassure Persephone that they are doing everything possible to combat runaway climate change. Matters are complicated when it becomes increasingly evident that the Russian President intends to invade Poland and the Ukraine, possibly triggering WW3. Simpson asks Andy to intervene. At the same time, Andy and Jake need to continue searching for and banishing the remaining power objects forged by the witch Melody, before her death.
