Short book but the recipes look feasible. Easy. Sone, of course, will have ingredients that are not easy to find, but there are substitutions recommended

Uninspiring

The only recipe I am inspired to make is the burrata salad. There were other recipes I would eat because I am already quite familiar with a similar dish, so I didn't learn anything new.

so easy and delicious

All the recipes are easy to follow and make just the right amount of food so no leftovers since I don’t like leftovers
