I really did enjoy this series but I was ready for the end. Ava mad a lot of bad choices in this book which frustrating as a reader. It went by quickly and was again action packed. I missed Peter in this book. Even though he is a punk he is a character I got used to and so I. Missed him and Emmet. Overall a good series and I would be surprised if I don't pick it up again a few years.

This series was phenomenal from the 1st book to the last..Ava started with begin afraid with what life was showing her to be the woman she became, a hero and full of courage she didn't know she had in her, but most of all love..Love how she fought for what she believe in...This last series of this trilogy left me an awe...Ava's spirit will live on with another books to come, but as secondary character...Hope so, she is to extraordinarily to disappear in the mist...Till then going to miss not only Ava but another characters as well...I do highly recommend this series and in its own special unique way...

I started this series in 2012 but never finished it because not all the books had been released at the time and I got distracted by other things. I'm glad I finally decided to go back and finish it out.
This series started as a somewhat typical Secret Paranormal World storyline but really evolved over the course of the books into much more than that. What impressed me most was not only the originality of the storyline as it progressed or the way that nearly every small detail from all 6 books was resolved by the end, but the way that each and every character we're introduced to has an arc. No one is ever stagnant or just along for the ride, but everyone grown as the series develops, which is rare in supernatural-based series, in my opinion.
I look forward to reading the Lost Souls series soon as well. :)

The End f The Old World And the Beginning of the New World
I gave this book a rating of 5 because I loved it. I love how it had so much emotions put in it. I love Ava will power to keep on going and never to give no matter how hard life knocked her down. She helped bring on a new change to the world. She didn't give up on her goals . She is like a role model. I recommend this book to anyone that loves anything supernatural.

Well this has been a wild and crazy ride. So many lives lost because of so many selfish people. That's just so sad. I think Ava's new purpose in life is going to serve her well. She needs peace after a year of nothing but fighting. While I thoroughly enjoyed Ava adventures in this series and look forward to the next one, I was disappointed that Ava and Peter's relationship was left up in the air. I was hoping for a different outcome, hopefully something will develop in the new series.

This book was challenging to read. Mostly because I wanted the story to be over. I read most of the book quite quickly. Then I kept picking other books over finishing this one. Finally, I managed to carve out the time to finish the last four chapters. Eva is a protector, not a warrior, after all. I like the conclusion of the series. I recommend this book and the entire series.

That was good. Action packed and so engaging I really struggled to put it down at all.
So many loose ends were tied and so many problems solved but still so much to resolve.
The ending was satisfying and it has left me needing to read on!
Really excited to see what happens next with the children, the rebels, the werewolves, the new council and with Ava's new role.

Good series
I really enjoyed this series keep me on edge wondering what could happen next who would betray who and who could be trusted. I am def going to read the next series to see what continues in Ava’s life.

The ending
Wow! Loved this series the characters the storyline the happy ever after. I felt the crux of the story the grand finale if you like was too quick and more cod have been made of it but still a great storyline. Fab writing Claire Farrell.

Excellent! Each book just gets better and better. I can't wait to continue Ava's journey in the Lost Souls series. I adore this author and her style of writing. I love the imperfect heroes, especially Ava and Carl. And Gabe....man oh man, Gabe.

Very enjoyable
I like that the main character needs help from her gang. I think the conclusion was satisfactory without delving too deeply into fictional politics. I also think this is a great allegory for a lot of situations.

Interesting
This chapter of Ava's story is done and the book ends with the opening other next chapter. A very intense ending to this chapter and it tugged at the heart strings.

Love it! Claire Farrell makes me laugh out loud, cry out loud, fall into fits of worry and hysteria, and brings about great resolution!! And Ava Delaney? Not since Buffy the Vampire Slayer have I so thoroughly and completely fell in love with a character and been so invested in watching her grow!! Well done and great story!! I am sad to see it end, but feel very satisfied.
For those who were disappointed that Ava and Peter did not get together at the end? Well this isn't the "end" of their story. Their lives go on..and who is to say that once Ava finds peace within herself that she won't be ready to begin again with Peter at some point in the future? The story can continue in our hearts and minds the way we each see fit, can it not?

I'm sad bc this is the last book in the Ava Delaney series! But, I so enjoyed the ride while it lasted! I loved everything about this series. A complete new take on the vampire world that no one has written before. I hate that Gabe and Eddie died! I knew Eddie was evil but I was sad to learn his reasons behind it all. I just figured there would be one more book since some original demons were released from the book! It's like the author would like for us to believe it all was okay afterwards! Anyway, I guess since Ava accepted the roll of being the balance she won't be dealing with all of that anymore anyways. So guess it makes since to end it now! Loved it and would recommend it to everyone

Out of all of the Ava books, I like this one the least. And the only reason why was because of the ending. I don't understand how you can leave an ending like that, and not have another book. Even though there are going to be more books and Ava will have some quest appreance, leaving the ending like that take away from the book. Other than that, I thought the books was great, with acttions twist and turns.

So sad to see this series end. Ava matured from a victim to a leader. She relied on herself and was loyal to the people she loved. Oh and how I loved Phoenix . I was kinda hoping for a love match but maybe Claire would kind enough and write maybe a spin off. And Peter turned out to be a special kind off jackass IMO . Anyways, two thumbs up and 5 stars to the whole series.

What an ending to an excellent series, although I did want to see Peter and Ava together on this series I love the way it ended. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I felt that everything was rush. there were many things to answer and they were all answered in this book but some answer were just to simple to ky believe.

I hate when I finish s book or series! I always feel like part of me is missing. I enjoyed reading this series I realize my life isn't so hard and my problems are nothing. Ava showed how a person can do good things no matter what happened in their life. Thank you for the book.

Great book
I really liked this series. This one was pretty exciting and everything pretty much is tied up in the end. If you liked the others you have got to read the last to find out. It really did kind of surprise me to find out what Eddie was up to though. Ava gets thru it all again but barley.
