One of the more experimental poetry books I’ve read, Esser Slentz’s perpetual work in progress has sharp, terse, and revealing erasures and traditional poems, with “ I Live” being my favorite. A true marvel of the unlimited capacity of revision and risk-taking courage of small press publishing.
