Bonding the Babes #1

Bonding the Band

Rate this book
Rock a bye baby on the…tour bus?

I’d just wanted a bit of fun with the beautiful alpha I’d run into at the concert, one night to let off steam, and then we could go our separate ways.

I hadn’t known he was a rock superstar.

Or that one wild night would leave me bonded and pregnant by an alpha who probably forgot I existed the moment I walked out his door.

After many months of burying my head in the sand, I decided I had to track him down. But finding a world famous rockstar—that wasn’t the hard part.

His pack are his bandmates too, and the odds of them accepting my news with excitement are slim at best.

A tour is no place for a pregnant omega or a baby.

Maybe I would end up doing this all alone—packless and rejected. If their manager got his way, that’s exactly what would happen.

I have to try, though, to give all of us a chance at being a family.

This was....a flop by the end. It started off entertaining. While I didn't like Meadow at first, she became better as the story progressed, and it was enjoyable to read how she kept bringing the band together and joy into their lives.

But the last 20% screwed it up. I loathe 3rd act breakups and the way this one was done was so stupid. And don't tell me its "pregnancy hormones". I don't care. Hendrix never ONCE gave her an iota of reason to doubt how much he loved her. And the moment she saw those photos she just up and left and never even asked about it? Or even talked to the pack who only lavished her with attention? Whatever progress she made on my impression of her died there.

Also, considering that drug addiction and abusing someone was the primary heavy theme, it was offensively glossed over when it arrives to its climax and conclusion. Not a single follow up or closure to Gary and Ellie? It's like the authors chose a dark theme to piggyback on it and then discard it as inconsecuential and focus on Meadow's shitty behavior at not trusting Hendrix.

Speaking of Hendrix, quite mad when Beckett just stormed at his room even entertaining the idea that Hen did cheat on Meadow. They did him so dirty at the end that it actually had me livid all throughout what was left of the book that I stopped caring about the story.

As far as the pack goes, they weren't awfully written but everyone besides Hendrix felt like they had the same personalities. No one stood out. Not to mention that as far as OV goes, this book honestly had little about the actual genre. This honestly could have just been a regular rock star surprise pregnancy contemporary if you remove the OV elements. That's how unsubstancial it was.

Overall, book was entertaining until 80%. After that, I hated everything about it to the point this gets a 2 ⭐️ rating. What a trash ending. I feel people's standards for quality in books are hella low with how many 5 stars reviews this has.

I…don’t even know how to star this.

This was just an instalust book that, honestly, made me forget it was omegaverse. The omegaverse portion was like how people will add one shake of salt and pepper to something and call it a day.

So RTC but my thoughts

➡️ Pregnant FMC thinks the best course of action is to go on tour with a bunch of guys she doesn’t know. Righteous.

➡️ Of course there’s the evil other woman and evil manager who one of the MMCs believes all the time. Of course.

➡️ FMC’s bestie sells out the FMC’s safety because she’s just such a good friend 🤷🏾‍♀️ Literally, FMC was abused, decides to come home, and the bestie, who is AWARE that the FMC is done with the MMCs…sells out her friend. Cool 😎

➡️ Besides Hendrix, I got easily confused with the other men. Why were they in this relationship? They could’ve been just some chill good friends, honestly. I never felt much chemistry besides them being vaguely there, eager for sex, and never doing anything wrong.

➡️ The true romance was the sex we had along the way 🥺

WHAT WOULD HAVE INCREASED MY RATING

➡️ Invest more time into distinguishing Phineas, Arlo, and Beckett apart and how they have unique and distinct non-sex-based dynamics with Meadow. They all liked her because…she smells good and they like having sex with her? Okay 😒

➡️ Try to make Clover an actual best friend instead of what she was.

➡️ Go in with omegaverse or leave it alone. Nesting while pregnant isn’t unique to omegaverse. Many pregnant people undergo this instinct. Many people who aren’t pregnant do the same for comfort. If you have no other way of incorporating omegaverse, then just let it go or go back and figure out where omegaverse logic fits into this. There is NOTHING wrong with this being a contemporary celebrity pregnancy romance.

I just like… No rating. This definitely isn’t higher than 3 or 2 ⭐️ but just…

Le sigh.

This seemed to just not take any of the subjects the Authors included seriously. The pregnancy seems weird and not like the Authors have been pregnant and the subject of addiction with one MMC and what the FMC could feel from it what a joke. It all just fell flat and not what I want from an OV.

The drama came from outside the pack, and I loved that. The Alphas were enamored as soon as they set eyes on Meadow, and even with several bumps along the way, they worked hard to fit her into their busy lives on the road as a band. Clover is an outstanding bestie, and she took no prisoners in protecting Meadow when she was around. I liked all the Alphas and have a hard time saying I liked one over the others. They worked well as a pack. I do wish they had given Hendrix the benefit of the doubt a bit more, but I understand why that was hard for them to do. Hendrix proved to himself and his pack how dedicated he was to their future. Arlo was highly entertaining and kept things light. Beckett was daddy. And Phin was the quieter one who found his voice with Meadow.

This was an ok read. Some of the storylines and tropes used were pretty predictable which made nothing really stand out with this story.

This was ultimately a cute rockstar omegaverse with some accidental bonding. Having had kids, I don't feel like the authors have a lot of experience with pregnancy and what it entails, but overall the book was fun, fast paced, and the characters were likable.

The beginning reminded me of Hannah Haze's Pack Gamble with the bonding sickness. Then the next thing was pregnancy sickness and needing to be near her alpha hormones which is the plot for a different omegaverse I read a few months ago.

There are so many repeated plots in ov lately that I don't want to try new to me authors.

Good editing
No spice by the point I quit but I'm sure it's there some where.

Alright, this book was good until it wasn't. Such a solid beginning and middle, with enough of a foundation that there was hope for a satisfying conclusion before it fell apart in front of my eyes.

Hendrix and Meadow were compelling, although I don't really like that her best friend's name was also Clover? Meadow and Clover? Really? That's just a personal opinion, though. The rest of the characters were okay, but not differentiated enough. Arlo had the golden retriever energy, but Benedict and Fin should've been one character and given more time for us to connect with him/them.

There was a really solid setup, but the biggest climatic decisions cheapened the whole plot and made me care so little by the end. Considering how deeply I was invested into the story, that's saying something.

If you're someone who likes OV, pregnancy, and drama, it wasn't a bad read by any means. But if you're a sucker for details and well thought out plots, you'll probably be left a little confused and disappointed like I was.

---Spoilers Below---

To begin, the climax wasn't about Gary and Ellie poisoning them? Like, you have the buildup that we know something fishy is happening, we know they're doing something to the smoothies, but then it just magically ✨️all goes away✨️ Instead, the climax was about a third act breakup that came out of nowhere caused by pregnancy hormones? Unexpected and unfulfilling.

Also, choosing your antagonist to poison a pregnant lady is just a new low that I don't think many would agree with, even someone who thinks she deserves to be in that position instead. Where's my female solidarity in this novel? Being bribed with a super expensive pink glitter car that also came from ✨️nowhere✨️

Finally, what was that scene where whoever races the police to a Malibu house and beats the shit out of Gary? Like. Where did that come from? Felt completely disconnected, and I don't even know which guy did it!

DNF-CW and Spoilers

Okay so I DNF’d this story which sucks since I was super excited to read it from the blurb.

But the reasons I DNF’d were: Extreme drug and alcohol abuse from MMC (Henny) without any realistic reason or show of it. It felt like someone who didn’t understand addition or romanticized it wrote about it to add some depth to a character but it backfired. One- yes drug abuse is huge in celebrities but when it’s an omegaverse where there’s packs it felt far fetched that the pack would stand by the abuse in ignorance and honestly what felt like acceptance for so long out of fear of some old man named Gary? I skipped towards the end and he does go to rehab eventually but that was also not handled well in my opinion. I just feel like when it comes to omegaverses and packs that a pack of alphas would not allow this abuse of one of their pack brothers. Another issue with this was it seemed like their omega Meadow was experiencing the highs and lows the same way Henny was? I stopped reading before this was confirmed if it ever was but that really bugged me. It’s unique from other omegaverses I’ve read but you’d think it would be a well known thing if in this universe this took place and I could’ve seen high potential for this being a reason he stopped and got sober.

Another reason for my DNF was our FMC annoyed me. I get it’s an omegaverse and she’s also pregnant but she mentioned them being a scent match once and then it turns into how it’s just the bond with Henny and the pregnancy that makes her crave the rest? It confused me. I also thought she just jumped into bed with them way too quick while also being portrayed as a sweet, docile and innocent omega. It didn’t fit her personality. I wish there was more angst and anger as well as groveling. There was none tbh. Even after Henny walks in with other female omega scents all over him. Imo this would’ve been a situation that solidified her original beliefs and pushed her away further and hurt her but instead she throws herself at him?

Finally the writing just felt immature and she went on in the beginning about not wanting to change herself for Henny but then immediately drops her life in Seattle and goes with them and does whatever they want including keeping her like a dirty secret?

Honestly this book made me hate all the guys. Not a single one did I like. They all came off as self centered and arrogant and she lapped it up like a groupie even though she didn’t like their music or what they represent in chapter one?

Just my opinions and thoughts and please don’t let my opinions sway you from reading it yourself but be aware there are a lot of instances of OW drama and a lot of feelings of cheating on the omega when traditionally we see other omegaverses where that is impossible to do which I know is why a lot of RH readers like omegaverses to avoid OW situations since their scent matches/bonded omega makes the alphas hate other people being too close to them. Also a bond usually changes the scent of the bonded to warn off unbonded people but this book did not have any of that.

This co-author omegaverse was amazing. I absolutely devoured it.

This was a perfect mix and sweet and angsty with some of my fav tropes (accidental bonding and pregnancy). Adding in the rockstar element was another huge bonus for me! I loved it.

I adored Meadow. She's so sweet but sassy and I loved watching her find her place with the guys.

I loved the pack. The inst-love and excitement on the guys' part was so refreshing. I loved them all, but especially Arlo. He was just so over the top and hilarious.

Some scenes definitely hurt my heart, but I'm so glad they made it through the heartbreak to find their happily ever after.

Definitely going to reread this one in the future!

ARC Review
"Bonding the Band" by Melissa Huxley & Lexie Quinn
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I devoured "Bonding the Band" in one sitting! This book had me hooked from page one with its irresistible blend of steam, heart, and rockstar glamour. Melissa Huxley and Lexie Quinn have created the perfect "why choose" romance, packed with drama, sizzling chemistry, and just the right amount of tension.

The story kicks off with an unexpected twist—one wild night with a mysterious alpha rockstar leaves our omega heroine, pregnant and bonded. She’s thrown into a whirlwind when she decides to track him down, only to discover he’s not just any rockstar but the leader of a famous band. The bandmates? They’re his pack. Talk about complications!

What I loved most was how real the emotions felt. The fear of rejection, the uncertainty of finding a place in a chaotic world of fame, and the hope of forming a family despite the odds—all of it pulls you right in. The rockstar pack is swoon-worthy, and the way they evolve over the story kept me flipping pages well into the night.

With two powerhouse authors behind it, "Bonding the Band" delivers on every level. If you're into accidental pregnancy, "why choose" dynamics, and a rockstar romance that tugs at your heartstrings while turning up the heat, this is the book to read. Absolutely unputdownable!

When I tell you I am obsessed with this book….
The emotions, the variety of characters, the humor, and the SPICE 🔥🔥
From the very start I loved the main character. This is one of those books that kept me reading because there weren’t any lulls in the plot. I never got bored. If you love a good omegaverse novel, I HIGHLY recommend reading this!!!

I demolished this book. It was so sweet and steamy. Just enough drama to keep things interesting without overwhelming the sweetness of the relationships.

This book was just eh. Not bad, but not good. The writing style was boring - just describing things that were happening but no feeling or emotion behind it. It was just like so many other OV already out there so nothing new or exciting. All the “drama” was very predictable. The characters were cheesy romantic but likable. All in all just a very average easy read - nothing memorable.

Thank you to Lexie Quinn and Melissa Huxley for providing me with an arc.

I absolutely loved this one as it has some of my favorite tropes from accidental pregnancy to rockstars. I had a great time and I loved the romance in it. The men were willing to do just about anything for the fmc and I loved their dynamic the whole book. I loved each of their relationships and how they all worked well together. I enjoyed the fmc and loved her friend. I really recommend this one and I can’t wait to see what these two do next.

I was very excited to jump into this book after seeing the ARC signups for it in a facebook group and was so happy I got the ARC.

I immediately jump into it and it was really fun at first, but as the story progressed, it just didn’t hit as hard and good as I expected.

I think the chemistry between the characters aren’t as developed as great as I’d hoped. The spicy scenes were supposed to be hot, but I couldn’t get into it as much as the other books I’ve read, because the anticipation didn’t truly build so it mostly fell flat for me.

I was quite mad that all the plot devices used to move the story were all built on miscommunication 😩😩😩

Everything was all about miscommunication between characters that were supposed to be adults. I didn’t expect that at all.

I think all the MMCs pretty much suck at being an alpha which is NOT great for an omegaverse book, especially when this particular book is supposed to have great alphas that care for their omega.

Some of the scenes were truly just ridiculous that I almost DNF’ed the book but I powered through it because I honestly had such high hopes for this. I signed up for the ARC because the tropes and blurb sounds perfectly up my alley but nope, this was definitely not what I enjoyed.

I don’t know why, but I couldn’t stop laughing while reading this book. And I don’t even mean to. Especially at the scene where Meadow scented Hendrix ✨ Hendrix ✨ Look, even their names feel funny to me, I’m sorry 😂

But really, aside from that, the relationship development could’ve been better. I like the concept of bond sickness, but honestly the way the rest of the band just falls in love with Meadow because she smells good and suddenly claims her as theirs … yeah, I’m not a fan. Instalove (or lust) is already overdone in omegaverse, and it’s getting boring.

How about developing a real connection first? Maybe let them fall in love with Meadow after actually getting to know her and her personality instead of jumping straight into bed? Just a suggestion ;)

What Can Happen When You Just Follow Instructions

So in this story, we basically have Meadow who tags along to a concert with her BFF, and she just chills outside the VIP party afterwards & unknowingly meets the lead singer. They share an instant connection & things heat up pretty quickly, but the next day she sneaks out with them only knowing each other’s first names . Fast forward a couple of months to Meadow dealing with a baby on board thanks to that night, as well as both of them dealing with the affects of being apart from each other after accidentally bonding. Thats when things really get good, and they have to find each other & navigate their way through being an unexpected pack with his bandmates, as well as their upcoming change in parental status. I love how excited Hendrix’s pack/bandmates were about finding & getting to know the omega that he accidentally bonded, and they never shied away from bringing her & the baby into their lives. Arlo was definitely a lovable hot mess (and shhhh 🤫 he was my favorite), and boy did he make me laugh…a LOT 😂 (he was also super invested right from the start & sooo sweet…when you see what he added to the bed on the bus, or witness the baby blanket debacle, you’ll totally get it 😍). Hendrix was the gentle hearted alpha who was being taken advantage of by their manager because of his need to make everyone happy. Phin felt kind of like the peacemaker of the group because of his easy going & chill vibe. While Beckett was definitely the more serious alpha, and was all about taking care of those he cared about, in little & big ways. The whole book had a nice level of humor & lightheartedness to it to balance out the serious & deeper level of emotions (especially towards the end), as well as all the chemistry & intense intimate moments between Meadow & her alphas (basically another way to say all the 🔥🥵🫣👀😈 moments 🤣). All of our characters had a bit of character growth to some degree, but the winner of the award for the biggest amount definitely went to Hendrix 👏🏻 His transformation was pretty dang impressive & hard fought, but he was determined to be a better man for Meadow & his child. When it came down to it, they all needed Meadow in their lives to be able to achieve the level of happiness they didn’t even realize they were missing, and they completed her in ways she never could’ve imagined possible too. If you love OV with pregnancy, accidental bonding, alphas that fall fast, smart & feisty & sweet omegas, the perfect amount of spice, and just the right amount of angst to make things a bit difficult on the path to the HEA, then this is your book right here. I was grinning & shimmying so much during this story because it just hit all the right notes (pun intended 😝), and it just made me so happy. The characters had me invested in their happiness so fast, and once I started their story, I was in all the way with them until the end. I’m really hoping Clover will get a story next! She was #bestfriendgoals, and definitely deserves her own awesome love story ❤️

“Heaven had a location, and it was right fucking here.”

Bonding the Band is a standalone why choose omegaverse rockstar romance following an omega who's one night stand with (unknowingly) the lead singer leads to a bonding and pregnancy neither anticipated. Meadow is trying to finish up her college program while the band is currently on tour...but they all want to make it work. Against all the odds, they want a family.

This book is ridiculously cheesy and just what I needed.

Meadow is the typical omega we enjoy who isn't looking for a pack but finds herself in one. Hendrix is the dreamy alpha that bonds and impregnates her and it was interesting to explore the control darker forces have on him and how he fights it to be with Meadow. Beckett is an adorable chaos who sees this as an answer for the world that he needs an omega. Arlo and Phineas are the final two alphas who love tag teaming with Meadow as well as buying all things baby. They all work together well and it is one cuddle fest with this gang.

This book is super spicy - 5 spicy peppers out of 5 spicy peppers. We have spice early on and while there is a brief pause it ramps right back up. As this is also why choose so we have multiple partner scenes, double penetration, lots of fluid, knotting, and more. There is no MM in this so all adoration and explicit spice is directed at Meadow who LOVES it. I felt the spice was fun and fit the vibe of the book.

In terms of story, there are no real surprises here. A lot of it is just vibing with the band which is cute and fluffy and fun. I enjoyed just hanging with Meadow as she learned about the band, the tour, and pregnancy. There is some tension in the story around the manager, Hendrix's drug habits, and another character who really targets Meadow. I was not surprised by these conflicts and I could see the writing on the wall - I feel like the characters should have as well. The twist brings out a good resolution but Meadow does get a little dramatic at one point but it allows for a big and grand gesture. Overall, if you want a book that gives you all the fun and spice with a conflict that is easy to follow then this book delivers. The ending is cute and I had a blast.

I will definitely keep reading Melissa Huxley!

This book was not my jam. I love Omegaverse books because they give me all the warm and fuzzies. I love possessive Alphas that take care of their Omegas. This does not follow those typical Omegaverse rules. If you like more drama and less possessive Alpha’s plus forced drug use you may like this.

In this story the Omega Meadow has a wild night with a random Alpha. But when she wakes up in the morning she realizes that shes’s not the only woman in her Alpha’s bed. She was pretty offended by this and quickly leaves. Then some time later she realizes she’s pregnant. Okay that’s all fine.

The thing that annoyed me was that the Alpha Hendrix was so drugged out that he didn’t remember Meadow at all. If that is the case and he was regularly this high and not remembering things, how was it possible that he remembered anything? Like if he had other partners that he couldn’t remember or even playing the shows and all that. Also, how was it possible that he could be in such a state that the Omega didn’t notice and neither did any of his band mates?

Then, Meadow knew she slept with Hendrix but since how she didn’t remember their bonding. How does that make any sense? She wasn’t drunk or high. Aside from that, I thought it was super annoying that she did not care one bit that Hendrix didn’t remember her. That seems like something that should offend her.

Then after that we see how truly spineless Hendrix is. He willing lets his manger drug him. But somehow he can’t possibly believe that their manger wouldn’t have their best interest in mind. Whenever Meadow mentions she feels off about something his immediate response is to brush it off. In any other Omegaverse book the Alpha would have immediately acted to make the Omega comfortable.

Then of course there was forced drug use on not only the Alpha but the pregnant Omega. I didn’t like that one bit. It was absolutely ridiculous that these Alpha’s would willing let any other person take care of their Omega. I thought Alpha’s took pride in taking care of their Omega.

Lastly, I didn’t like that she doesn’t bond with two of the pack mates till the epilogue.

Honestly there were so many other things that just didn’t make sense or irritated me. So this was a no for me.

What a sweet and wholesome story 🩷

Meadow is such a sweet soul. She is so kind and caring but also a little fiesty when you get to know the real her. She prefers to be in her nest than out partying.

Our mc's are Hendrix, Beckett, Phineas and Arlo. They are a rising rockstars and are living the life. Hendrix, he's so sweet, but has a few issues that he needs to work through. Beckett is quiet and reserved but loves his pack. Phineas is so caring and just has a really calming vibe about him. Arlo, I think has to be my favourite, he is a big cinammon roll for Meadow and can't get enough of her, he's kind of all up in your face but in a good way if that makes sense.

The plot was amazing. We are introduced to Meadow's pack in a very complicated way. I liked that we saw the real Meadow come out and show just how amazing she truly is. I love the guys but I think that some of a certain someone's choices are questionable and I'm so glad that they got the help they needed because I kind of think it would have potentially destroyed the amazing life they had with Meadow. I love sweet and loving omegaverse because you know it's going to have pack mates grappling to do everything they can for their respected partner/s. I think that alot of their problems could have been avoided....

I'm not really giving anything away because you seriously need to read this story. Melissa and Lexie have done an excellent job with this world and the characters in it 🩷

Shout out to our number 1 bestie Clover. Your an absolute legend. I want Clover to have her own book because I know her future pack is going to have their hands full...

Thank you so much to Melissa, Lexie and your amazing team for giving me the chance to read this story and be apart of your amazing ARC team. I am forever grateful 🙏

I love when I get the opportunity to read omegaverse books. Bonding the Band is an excellent example of what a good omegaverse should be. It has accidental bonding, accidental pregnancy, rockstar romance, and adorable alpha men taking care of their omega. It also deals with addiction and the struggles to perform when you are trying to stay afloat yourself. There is definitely a character that you just want to throat punch, but is well written and gives you someone to dislike. It isn’t all sugary sweet like some omegaverses, but there are definitely sweet moments that have you swooning. And who doesn’t love a why choose story with four sexy protectors.

Meadow is intelligent, independent, and a loyal friend. She is the person that would have VIP tickets with her friend, but prefers to sit outside and read instead of fighting for the attention of rockstars. But after a night of fun, she finds herself not only pregnant, but also bonded to the lead singer in a rock band. I loved at the beginning when she is sick and in pain and Clover is bound and determined to take care of her friend.

Outside of Meadow and Clover, the alphas are the best characters. Hendricks has so many problems and his desire to be there for everyone is tearing him apart. Gary doesn’t help. Despite his issues, he is good hearted and sweet with Meadow. Arlo is a such a golden retriever that you can’t help but smile. Beckett was the serious one of the group but he kind of grew to be one of my favorites. Sometimes being the practical one got him in trouble. Beware of flying ranch. And Phin, the chill, loveable pothead. I wanted to give him a big hug when he was questioning if Meadow would even need him. The alphas were so loveable.

I loved this story and this pack. Like most why choose books, the spice was great and there were plenty of spicy scenes. The book is well written and entertaining. It’s a great omegaverse and I really enjoyed reading.

DNF - 60%

There was just so much about this book I didn't enjoy.

A mmc that is an addict thanks to his manager that literally forces drugs on him, lies to him, keeps things from him, AND emotionally abuses him as well. Meanwhile his bandmates are just letting it happen? I don't want to say they are oblivious because none of them like the manager either and it's so obvious their friend is struggling.

There is an accidental bond that the alpha doesn't even remember because he was so high. Great.

The omega has to go find the alpha because being away from her bonded is causing problems with her pregnancy.. and she just leaves school to join them on their tour? And there are like side comments about her bonded being an addict and she just.. is okay with that? You are going to have a baby but it's fine that the father is doing drugs?

There is no mention of the baby daddy doing drugs once the omega moves onto the bus but that's a problem in itself because wouldn't he be going through withdrawals?

We already know that the manager is trash.. but then he keeps referring to the omega in disgusting ways and the guys STILL keep him on? Make it make sense. Where are their alpha instincts?

Oh. They also were telling people the omega is their new assistant to keep up their public appearance. Wow. Trash.

I have NO issue with instalove. But instalove when the mmcs suck? No thanks.

I was literally reading it in spurts because I had nothing else downloaded but then I decided to check reviews to see if it gets better and saw that it has a third-act-breakup which is the WORST trope. So I'm calling it quits.

This is a very spicy forced proximity rockstar OV following Meadow after she has a one night stand with a man named Hendricks unbeknownst to her he’s actually Apollo the lead singer in the band her best friend is obsessed with and convinced her to come with to see on tour. I loved Meadow she’s a sweet, compassionate and sassy omega who became an unexpected light for Hendricks. The guys I absolutely enjoyed them, Arlo from the moment they found out Hendricks bonded an omega he was all in and showed her from the moment they meet. Phin and Beck were more cautious at first but getting to know Meadow opened up the yearning they always had for an omega and were determined to be there for her and take it at a more mellow speed. Poor Hendricks went through so much anxiety about not letting anyone down, mental stress and his physical health because of his choices that it was unfortunately easy for him to be manipulated and taken advantage of by someone who should’ve prioritized his heath over money, it was good to see him finally be able to take care of his self and realize that the guys cared more about his well being instead of worrying about the band. I enjoyed Meadow and Clover’s friendship Clover had her back, was not afraid to speak her mind and was ready to take on anybody who hurt Meadow and shut them down. So glad Gary got what was coming to him with all the mental torture and manipulation he pulled, wish Phin had gotten a few more hits in before he had to stop though. Loved the ending and I hope we get Clover’s story and get to see more of Meadow and her guys.
