This series continues to impress. I like all the little details it brings in, like the Snakehead from Picard, and Neral, who meets his demise in Nemesis. There's an interesting revelation about the Romulan Supernova in this one that has big implications going forward. Big. Implications.

Julian pops up for a second too, which makes sense since O'Brien is becoming more of an important character in this run, and there's a revelation about the good doctor that could definitely open up a storyline or two down the road.

The somewhat primitive but honorable alien culture of the week in the Antarans provide a backdrop for the incoming conflict with Romulan forces, and it's fun to watch Ro and B'Elanna in an aerial dogfight.

Overall, I enjoy this spinoff more than the flagship series, and I hope it continues.

Another excellent issue and a Star Trek fix I really need these days. I am thrilled with O'brien and Bashir becoming a part of this story.
