Lukas and Maci were almost enough to break your heart, the pining was so intense!

Maci, the FMC, is only 20 years old and Kayla’s best friend. Ever since she got a shocking glimpse of Kayla’s dad swimming naked, she couldn’t get the image out of her mind. Not that she’d really tried that hard… and could it REALLY be considered a glimpse if she had stood there staring out the window before ducking to the side so he wouldn’t see her?

Lukas was staggered when he walked in and saw the curvy beauty standing in his kitchen, drinking a cup of coffee, unable to meet his eyes. Could she have seen him swimming? When he realized who she was, a friend of his daughter’s, he was momentarily ashamed of the lust he was feeling but it couldn’t last, not with her now being HIS woman.

Knowing how much it would hurt Kayla for them to be involved, they resolved to let it go no further but somehow, they kept being pulled together, making it impossible to get over the feelings they each had for the other. Oh my gosh, the PINING, *I* even wanted to cry when they were desperate to be together, knowing they couldn’t!

There’s just something about a man needing his woman so badly that it’s got him shaking… that’ll sucker me in EVERY. TIME!! You don’t want to miss this book, seriously. In addition to the hopeless romance, there’s even a little bit of a mystery going on. 4.5 stars!!

My Best Friend's CEO Dad is a steamy, instalove / instalust with a slow-burn vibe, OTT, forbidden, age-gap, curvy virgin gets her best friend's dad romance. Maci decides to get away from some family drama and heads out with her bestie, Kayla, to her dad's vacation home. Lukas is a hunky CEO billionaire and Kayla's dad. The girls don't expect him to be there, but he is having his own stress at work and needs a break. Maci sees him skinny dipping and is instantly attracted to the silver fox. She thinks she was hidden, but Lukas saw her and dropped hints. He's just as attracted to her. This book had a lot going on. There is mystery, drama, and blackmail. These two had great chemistry, and although they were worried about Kayla, they couldn't fight their attraction. We do get an HEA, but there was a lot of angst first.

A quick read, sexy and a bit unrealistic but I was happy with the story.
It's more of I guess a fantasy because I can't see this really happening so easily with such a large age gap between friends and family their acceptance just doesn't seem right.
Either way it's still sweet and i enjoyed the HEA.

Late Night Swimming.
Fantastic. Maci can’t forget what she saw. Her best friend’s dad swimming in the buff. And boy did she get an eye full. Lukas came out here to get away from the PR nightmare that is going on at the company. He didn’t know anyone else was there when he decided to take a swim. Lukas figures out pretty fast that she watched him in the pool. He has to stay away from her, though, Maci has been his daughter, Kayla’s, best friend since they were kids. That plan proves harder than anything else Lukas has ever done. Maci and Lukas talk about what they want if it didn’t mean hurting Kayla. The choice of rather to tell Kayla may be out of their hands when a blackmailer enters the picture. Plus, that nightmare at the company? Yeah, that’s closer to home, too. This was a 4/5 read for me. I enjoyed the plot, the spice and the characters. I loved how the MC's cared about everyone's feelings but fought for each other. The light suspense was something I wasn't expecting but it was enjoyable. Lukas was 🥵 I love me a sliver fox. Age gaps are my favorite so I'm picky when it comes to what I like. This was definitely worth the read.

Maci takes her best friend Kayla, offer up on them getting away for a while. From all the chaos of Macis mom and her new boyfriend.
Well, when Maci sees things of her best friend’s dad that she can never be unseen, trouble begins.
There’s espionage,kidnapping, lies, cults, swindlin, sabotage and so much more.
There’s Ethan (Finn), and his part he plays in it all also.
There is a happy ending though for more than just Maci and Luka.
This is an innocent MFC with a protective and caring MMC. It is deffinatly an adult read.

In this book we meet Maci & Lukas. After a tough time of it lately Maci's best friend Kayla asks her to come to her father's second home as a way to just get away. What she didn't plan on was seeing him getting out of the pool without a stitch of clothing on. Lukas can't believe he gets a chance to see his daughter. After coming into the house after his swim he sees a gorgeous woman at his breakfast bar. All he can think is mine when his daughter speaks though is how can he have her without losing his daughter. Can they find a HEA or will there always be someone that has them holding back?

Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It was an accidental look that brought her friend's dad into scope of her radar. Now she just had to figure out how to cope with all these new feelings. Holy cow! Who was the gorgeous curvy woman sitting at his kitchen island? When it turns out that she is his daughter's best friend, he's going to have to figure out how to turn of his possessive feelings. Unfortunately, not only can he not fight his feelings for her, but he is having to contend with a major fallout in his company and a best friend who has suddenly developed a major attitude. One should never ask the question: What could possibly go wrong? I really liked this book.

Another good book by Flora. It’s full of romance and a twist. It’s a dual-POV book, mostly. But with a third person/character’s POV, too (not a lot, but to me, those chapters of this character’s POV help drive the story forward and add more details to it). As for the romance and steamy parts, there are a lot of those, but they are slowly developed intimacy. Their feelings for each other are there at the beginning, but with the forbidden situation, those scenes are slowly developed. All in all, I really enjoyed reading this book.

My Best Friend’s CEO Dad is a spicy contemporary romance with dollops of family drama taking place within a forbidden love affair that is also being overshadowed with a little mystery, and suspense.
Luka and Maci the leads of this story want nothing more than to handle the revelation of their feelings for each other in the right way because of his grown up daughter Kayla, who also happens to be Maci’s best friend, not an easy road to traverse.
I enjoyed the story which was written well with nicely crafted characters, and unfolded in a perfectly paced tangle of desire, love and secrets.

I loved My Best Friend’s CEO Dad. Lukas is her best friend’s dad but Maci can’t seem to stay away. After accidentally witnessing him in all his glory it’s al she can think about. Lukas can’t believe the beauty in front of him is Maci, how will he ever walk away from her? He’s got too icy going on with his business, his best friend and now blackmail. Throw in an attraction to his daughter’s best friend and he’s screwed. They need to resist each other but can they? I loved the story and the characters. Older man and younger woman but true love. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is a well written book with a cast of strong characters and an interesting storyline. The author does a great job developing the story and painting her scenes perfectly. She does a fantastic job intertwining three storylines into one and kept me turning the pages from start to finish. She pulled me in with the romance and steam, anger and resentment, deceit and bribery, anger and resentment, truth and lies along with the age gap/ best friends dad storyline. She moves the story fluidly and delivers a terrific read. Loved and recommend this book.

The opportunity to spend the weekend with her friend at her father’s house could not have come at a better time as it will give Maci some space from her mother and her new husband. Realizing that her friend’s father would also be there is a surprise especially when she sees him exiting the pool.

Lukas is going through a crisis at work, so he needs to get away. He wasn’t expecting his daughter and Maci to be there as well but as soon as he sees her, he is smitten however between his daughter and what is happening at work they are in for a bumpy ride.

Great chemistry, a little suspense, some angst and a few surprises as Maci and Lukas try to find a way where they all can be happy.

This book is about Maci and Lukas. Lukas is Macis best friends dad. When Maci accidentally sees Lukas naked, she can picture nothing except herself with Lukas. When he learns of Maci seeing him in the pool he desperately wants Maci to himself. This book is an older man, younger woman romance. This book is an age-gap romance with lots of spice. Lukas is Maci's best friend's father. Both girls needed some downtime, so they went to the country home for a week. Neither girl knew that Lukas was there, either. So Maci immediately found Lukas when he came out of the pool (ahem)—it was in his birthday suit. ;) This book has a great plot with several twists and turns that I didn't see coming. I enjoyed this book from start to finish.

Looking to put some space between her mom and her boyfriend, Macy jumps at the chance to spend a few days with her best friend Kayla at her dad's vacation house. Maci had no idea Lukas would also be there. Let me tell you there scenes were spicy hot. One look at Maci and Lukas is obsessed with her but she is his daughter's best friend. Will they let that stand in their way and just who is behind the threat with his company?

I really enjoyed the first part of the book and the instant connection that the characters had. I did feel that it got more complicated as the story progressed with some twists I didn’t expect. Flora Ferrari's books always make me happy. We actually got two romances in one. We follow Maci and Lukas, and Kayla's daughter and best friend of Maci and her boyfriend Ethan/Finn. Both stories keep you glued to your book and therefore you have difficulty putting your book down. A wonderful story with some drama, danger, betrayal and many steamy and hot moments.

This is one of those books in which a minor character is given “screen time” and, I suppose, a happily ever after. The author has also included a “who did it” and planted doubt on the suspects.
