Summer with Sasquatch

Rate this book
Solo backpacking in the Pacific Northwest doesn't have to be a lonely affair, especially when Sasquatch is infatuated with you. Join Summer as she embarks on an adventure to find herself, discovering more than she bargained for deep in the Washington wilderness. An erotic tale about love, loss, and loneliness, Summer with Sasquatch is a great reminder that, like a river, if you stop moving forward, you'll stagnate and fade.

A spicy, captivating love story, this novel brilliantly blends romance and the supernatural against the backdrop of the Pacific Northwest. Summer, a strong and independent woman, finds an unexpected and deeply emotional connection with Sasquatch, creating a romance that's as surprising as it is compelling. Each twist and turn kept me eagerly turning pages, and the palpable chemistry between the characters made their love story unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and engaging beastly romance.

Many run on sentences, punctuation where it shouldn’t be, and misspellings. I usually don’t focus on grammar and spelling, but when there was a conversation in the book about how a name is spelled then that very name is misspelled in the next paragraph? Woof. Even aside from that, I feel like we barely got any Sasquatch and what we did get felt rushed. Two stars for the impressive vocabulary. It was left open-ended and I think I might read a sequel to see what other words for bits this author can come up with.

I really wanted to love this book but I kept getting distracted by the brazen metaphors!!! And minor spelling/syntax things.

Shower water is just showerhead ejaculate? Please no. “Wide maw” of a penis head??? Noooooo.

3 stars for Sasquatch sex.

A horrible case of men writing women. Made me viscerally angry and grossed out at several points that I had to put it down and physically shake the disgust out of my body. I’m no stranger to unhinged smut, this was just… bad, boring and unoriginal.

A fun read, though clunky at parts. There are enough editing issues to distract from the reading, and much of the sex is a little cringey. But, still worth checking out for the novelty of it.

Sweet, sexy story. Some erotica and a little surprise at the end.
