Pengarron Saga #5

Pengarron Rivalry

Rate this book
The fifth volume in the enormously popular Pengarron saga
Kelynen, the youngest Pengarron daughter, is upset that her father has refused to allow her to run the estate alone. Instead he has ordered her selfish brother Luke to forget his playwriting career and return to Pengarron - much against Luke's will. Kelynen instead devotes much of her time to visiting the neighbouring estate of Chenhalls, where she becomes closely involved with the Tremayne family. But can she find happiness there?

2.5* The fifth and final book in the sweeping Pengarron Sagas
This centres firmly on the next generation of Pengarrons as Sir Oliver and Land Lady Kerenza move from Cornwall to London.
I was sorry to finish reading this as it was the final book in this series. A good conclusion though.
