This is an awesome book for resistance band workouts! This is great for beginners like me to get familiar with the exercises which are quick and easy to follow. I love that there is about a month's worth of variety so you can switch it up and work different muscles and not be doing the same stuff over and over. These are great workouts to do alone or with friends and family without needing a whole bunch of room or clunky equipment.

Then it goes on to teach you how to warm up before you begin and cool down afterward. Then it has.many exercises to do for various areas to gain flexibility, muscle and balance. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to get healthier as this is a great start.
This is a great book to tech the resistance band exercises. My mom uses them for her self and I thought I would try for myself my husband had a shoulder replacement and they gave him and showed him how to use them and there was some exercises in this book that has helped him out so much also. This book shows great techniques to make sure your using them the right way.
