The action is heating up. Taylor is still after the men who killed his adoptive family, kidnapped and raped his true love leaving her a shell of her former self, and got away with it. He finds several of the gang waiting on their boss in a small town and goes about eliminating them. He also meets several people who becomes friends including a shapely lady who makes him think twice about his devotion to his damaged first love. Taylor isn't A seasoned gunfighter, he's a young man who feels this vengeance is something he has to do, which makes for an interesting lead.
Highly recommended, makes me look even more forward to the finale in the next book.
