Pack Law doesn’t apply to vampires, but Sasha is still determined to take three wolves as her mates.
Sasha lives in the shadows, emerging only to fight at the behest of her sire. But her latest assignment hits a snag in the form of a few Lycans. They aren’t the rogues she was looking for but might be the men she needs—if she can get them to heel. When they’re not howling and shedding, they’re barking at each other, trying to establish who will be her lover.
There’s big and burly Amir, who gave up everything for his family but wants to do something meaningful with his life.
Cyrus, the cynical skeptic who is leery of the tenuous alliance between vampires and Lycans.
The playful Diego who is ready to do whatever it takes to impress Sasha.
Three delectable Lycans means Sasha has some choices to make. Invest in a dog food company? Buy some flea collars? Maybe take them as her mates, so long as they understand there can only be one alpha…
Her.
However, seduction isn’t the most pressing issue at hand. The death of the trouble making Morpheus has revealed a mysterious and even more dangerous player. Lycans, even dormants, are being culled by this mysterious master and, as if she didn’t have enough on her plate, there’s reports of monsters attacking humans. Fighting ghouls is easy compared to stopping a traitor who would have their kind exposed to humanity.
Can Sasha and her Lycan allies—and lovers—stop the coming conflict before it’s too late?
Hello, my name is Eve Langlais and I am an International Bestselling author who loves to write hot romance, usually with werewolves, cyborgs or aliens .
I should warn you, I have a twisted imagination and a sarcastic sense of humor something I like to let loose in my writing. While well known for my shifter stories, I am also extremely partial to aliens, the kind who like to abduct humans and then drive them insane...with pleasure. Or do you like something a little darker, more serious? Then check out my cyborgs whose battle with humanity have captivated readers worldwide.
It’s been a while since I read one of Eve’s books. Not much has changed the tone feels the same. Nowhere near enough time was spent getting to know the characters. I wish we got more of who the guys were outside just some basics. We learn the most about one guy but otherwise barely anything on the other two or Sasha.
My biggest complaint is that this story finishes off painting Nathan as being one of the worst characters in the series. Every book he gets progressively worse and comes off as incredibly unlikable. I get it but at the same time geez.
Everything happens too fast. There are a few sex scenes but they’re not all that detailed and the big group scene happens off page. Not the worst book I’ve ever read, but just confirms that I’m probably not going to read anymore stories in this series or by the author. I stopped reading Eve’s stories probably 3-5 years ago because they were too repetitive and they all felt the same.
I thoroughly enjoyed this whole series. Each story left me wanting more. Now with last one it seems like it’s open ended. So who knows. Certainly kept me going from start to finish. Thaddeus, Sasha, Amir, Cyrus and Diego stayed busy with all of the ghouls. Sheesh there were so many. I kinda feel like there should be more stories because this one isn’t finished. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ so we’ll just have to wait and see. 😊😊😊💜💜💜🥰🥰🥰
Gah, my heart is racing and I cannot wait for more in this series!!!! There is no slowing down in this story, not for action (of every kind), or emotions. Things move fast, always changing, and I hung on as tight as I could to make it through the chaos. Luckily, our main characters get themselves mated by the end of it, because it seems like there is more wildness to come 😊
Typically Eve Langlais delivers a quick read packed with sexy werewolves and reverse harem love stories. Unfortunately, this one was lackluster and fell flat. I didn’t feel the connection between Sasha and her boys and the intimacy was so forced and transactional, it wasn’t even an enjoyable part of the story.
