Scarecrows and Slick was everything I wanted to start spooky season! New kink unlocked. Two scarecrows with a beef with each other find the one woman that can bring them together.
Heather never expects to find herself sandwiched between two monsters who call her theirs and omega. She certainly doesn’t expect to both hate and need them. Yet here she is…
Short, filthy and addicting! I loved Heather’s two scarecrows and their absolute devotion and I loved Heather and her acceptance of her new fate.
V.T. never does me wrong and while this may not have a scholarly plot lol, it certainly has all the goodness of a dark and dirty romance.

You know what actually makes book 3 better than 1 & 2? Heather actually wants these idiots back. There is still dub-con and non-con but the aftercare/gentleness/implied mutual want that was missing in book 1, slightly implied in book 2, is actually present in book 3.
Then I was laughing through most of this because baby girl is going to be mated to leather and gunia (burlap) for the rest of her life 😂. Make it make sense! You have to really, really suspend your belief to imagine the implied abs, muscles and cum. Gunia-imekuja-na-waru-kutoka-gichagi mouths and leather fingers. I cannot! Half gunia+leather baby! 😂😂😂😂
Like on a hot, rainy day, do they smell like damp, old bags? 😂
Oh, and congratulations, the word flange to describe dick was not used once in this story! 👏.
Now, for book 4, lets see if the monsters will have better/different eye colour apart from red.

I loved the hot spooky growly Alphas. Also, the description of the setting and Halloween theme was super cool! I wasn’t sure I liked the mfc and her friends because I usually prefer the sweet innocent type; but this omega worked well with this bad boy alphas.

Oh my gosh! This book had me wishing it would never end or at least, wishing there was a part two, because it was so good to read. Where do I start! Well, James and Vincent are the most beautiful homicide psychopaths' guards who had me at first "Boo." I love how V.T. Bonds made these two spooky boos hot, possessive, and dangerous killers who were cursed to serve Samhain and guard his portal to the Knottiverse. James and Vincent, no way are friends but are a team when it comes to claiming their little Omega, Heather, the boys are protective over her. Heather at first is terrified of the duel scarecrows but in the end, she has falling in love with her captures/Alpha. In the end, she promised to herself, she would do whatever it takes to protect them; to love them and she did see her happily ever after with the two scarecrows. I love how this book is so different in the Omegas and Alpha verse but it really works well with theme. I love how it's a dark O/A romance, it spicy and so, so, so good in every way an O/A should be. This one is a 10/10 and its perfect for spooky season for the reader who truly enjoys reading dark romance with a tone of spice!

There, she runs into two alphas that are caught in a curse that they've suffered from the last fifty years. Once they catch her scent though nothing can stop them. And even though they are enemies, they bond together over her when they realize she's their mate and they are going to do whatever it takes to keep her. I liked the rivalry between Vincent and James, the alphas, and how even while they were in pursuit of Heather, they couldn't stop their banter despite having the same goal.
V.T. Bonds never disappoints with her books. I always find that I have a great time reading them.

The title says it all. This is a super spicy, spooky, Halloween maize maze themed novella. It is a perfect omegaverse quick read about Heather and her two scarecrows.
The two scarecrows have stood as sentinels guarding over the maze and it's otherworldly portal for 50 years (since the night these sworn enemies murdered each other in a violent rage over a woman). Then along comes Heather with her enticing scent and the two alphas are thrown into a mating frenzy. They will chase Heather down and make her theirs.
I loved the dynamic between the three with James and Vincent maintaining a comical level of animosity towards each other. I'd check the trigger warnings as consent is questionable but contextually relevant within the knottiverse. V.T. Bonds brings her best growly knotty alpha-ness alongside a sweet omega with a need to nest. A really fun seasonal quick read.

Damn i really need a cold shower after reading this. Sooo hot. Heather had made plans with her boyfriend Charles have some fun on Halloween corn maze hayride you name it. Two of her girlfriends decided to tag along with their guys. During the little trip she realized that she needed to break up with Charles but she wanted to wait until after the trip. Right before dusk she noticed two scarecrows that were extremely eerie but she had a unexpected attraction to them. James and Vincent had been scarecrows for 50 years serving sathanas. They were Rivals and both of them wanted Heather. What follows is some really twisted really hot scenarios.

GRASPING AT STRAWS
Book 3 of V.T. Bonds' Halloween Knottiverse did not disappoint. After reading Book 1, yes I skipped Book 2 but as Standalones within the same series, this is ok, I jumped straight into this excellent novella with it's dark themes, and even darker characters. There is something thrilling about the cat and mouse chase through a corn field that gets the blood pumping and pulse racing. This fabulous author did just that, with built in conflict, a need to possess and ultimately protect, the Alpha's in this story are fantastic and the dubiously willing Omega perfect for them. For all RH, dark romance and Halloween lovers, read this series!

Vincent and James were absolutely not what I was expecting from scarecrows. In the most delicious way, of course.
Being under 100 pages, this story was told like it was a novel. I was surprised just how much of a backstory she was able to weave for these characters, without taking away from the plot of the current timeline itself.

This book was full of twists and turns that kept me on my toes. I cannot express how much I loved Heather and her scarecrows. Heather found herself going to a cornmaze with friends and her boyfriend, Charles, who she intends to dump as soon as possible. However, Vincent and James make this decision extremely easy for her as her fated mates. They are protective and willing to kill anyone that touches her, even each other if they could. Determining that they want to keep Heather with them they do their best to make her stay together no matter the cost.

This was a fab read for the season and it certainly hit the dark and dirty romance heading ;D Heather never expected to find herself sandwiched between two monsters who call her theirs...and omega. I love that she became the focus of their devotion. Expect an absolute wild reading ride filled with all the things you can expect in a naughty Knottiverse read: feral alphas, a needy omega, knots, violence and dark romance. The world building was fascinating and addicting, and as for Heather, she certainly found her way to embracing her new fate ;P Loved it!

There is an abundance of erotic scenes contained within these pages! One might even hazard an excess. Don’t let that deter you from reading this delicious and scary tale. It’s so much fun. Both alpha males are well-constructed. Testosterone leaked out of my reader! James and Vincent are amazing! I thought that having them as scarecrows was ingenious! Heather wasn’t a typical omega either. This threesome had a mountain of chemistry. No one will ask, “If I only had a brain?” Scarecrows and Slick is a magnificent Samhain treat!

loved it !! and this is dark.. love Heather , James and Vincent... this is their story... a fast paced scary/dark drama... Heather and her friends with her boyfriend go to a corn maze for Halloween... unknown to them, James and Vincent are cursed to guard a portal to the knottiverse forever... and they are rivals.. it's been 50 years... they scent Heather... and it's on !!! run... so good !! oh, who knew... scarecrows ... right ?.

As usual, VT Bonds did not disappoint with another adventure in -to?- the Knottiverse. (I adore these books and I’m always extra excited for a Halloween release.)
Definitely check the triggers, because this book has them and the warning’s not for show. And if you’re a fan? You’re in for a ride. Heather is at the corn maze for a night of Halloween fun with her friends and boyfriend when she comes across two creepy scarecrows. Before she knows it, the scarecrows have come to life and have decided to take her as their omega to their Alpha.
