Now I know why she was placed in the doll because she is dark, twisted, and crazy.

This book was okay. The twist at the end was great, but then it ended. This was too short. I wanted to know more about the world, her crimes, and her family.

I will read more of this author.

🌟🌟🌟🌟

This utterly thought provoking series is published in three parts. It's brilliant. The author clearly spent some time thinking of women's gender differences and brought them to life in a way that blew my mind. College students could use her writing as essay material.

I'm going to review the complete series in this one because I can't separate them now that I've finished reading them.

The writing is good, but sometimes choppy. I could have done without some of the cursing. At times it was way too much.

I recommend everyone reading this story and learning from it.

Safety: Doesn't apply. It's very unsafe, but in a nontraditional way. See spoilers below.

Jane wakes up from a car wreck and she's inside a female sex doll. She can see and hear everything, but can not move or communicate in anyway. She is owned by a married guy who uses her in horrible ways. He let's his friend use her as well.

Basically, this story is filled with lessons to learn for both men and women. I would recommend this series to everyone.

Just when i thought no way could this series get darker, more depraved Zoe Blake whips out this darker, more twisted book 3 in the Broken Doll series.

Since Broken Doll I've followed Jane and her debauchery. With each book getting darker and more twisted. I enjoyed every dark, twisted, demented twist and turn with Jane.

Well played Zoe Blake. I just hate to see this series end!!!

Welp. Once again, Zoe does not disappoint. It's not a big book, but it's a great read. The conclusion to the 3 part series, and I dont know if I'm fucked up for liking it, or because I want more.
I love how she gets her revenge, and always saves the best for last. I could literally hear her laugh in my head, fucked up and great! Another great work!

Wow what an ending to this series. Jane had found herself trapped in a doll and wants nothing more than to find her way out. Now after finding her way out she lives only to punish the people who punished her. This is a very short but well written disturbing story of how Jane finds her redemption in going after the people that have been tormenting her.

I think at of the 3 books this on was my favorite. It shows how crazy Jane is but can you blame her she experienced so much trauma in her life. How she get even with all the people who hurt her.

The ending wasn’t the best..

So I do give this series 4.5 stars as a WHOLE, and did very much enjoy the plot, but I can’t say I’m super thrilled with the 3rd & final installment.
The rest of my review WILL contain SPOILERS, so if you haven’t finished the series, I would suggest to stop reading!
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
I spent the entire first 2 books getting this build-up of getting angrier and angrier at the dirtbags who were “abusing Jane” (while her soul was in the sex doll) and I couldn’t wait for Jane to get revenge on Steve & John!..but then I feel like the revenge fell flat. The killing of Steve happend in the blink of an eye, and was not very graphic or brutal (in my opinion) which was a little disappointing..but then the buildup to John’s death (the 2nd guy) was getting me excited, and although she did get her revenge and got to spend a little time punishing him, I feel like it could have been way more brutal as well, and I was really hoping that she was going to let him know that she was IN that doll and that she was awake and aware during every single fucked up thing he did to her. I wanted to him to really understand the gravity of what he did. And instead of that, she just kind of “re-quoted” some of the things he had said to his sex doll, kind of leaving him baffled on how she knew he said those things. Idk…I just really wished she had made him REALLY understand the gravity of the trauma he put her through.
And now onto the Dad… although it was a good little plot twist that she got revenge on her Dad at the end and all, I really think the focus of her revenge should have been on John, not her Dad. John put her through so much more trauma and fear. All her Dad did was tell the media he didn’t have a daughter. I just feel like John should’ve been her endgame, not her dad. And even with her Dad being her endgame , she kind of did the same passive-aggressive thing., I feel like all she really did was kind of scare him for a split second, & tell him that he was a terrible father, and then killed him. There was no REAL emotion or explanation of her telling him how bad and worthless he really made her feel. And I feel like the way she killed him didn’t really make an impact on him because he didn’t really think that the woman who killed him was his daughter. He thought she was just some random crazy lady making shit up. And then she shot him. Like idk..the amount of depth and emotion that went into explaining to us how Jane felt during all of her abuse in the body of the sex doll was IMMENSE. And then I feel like the amount of depth and emotion that went into her revenge killings was absolutely nothing in comparison. That part just fell flat, and was dull for me. I was hoping for soooo much more emotional revenge…for Janes sake! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes! Yes! And yes!

Ok real talk, this is what I have been waiting for! Jane goes nuts and it's so freaking good! Ok she's clearly lost her mind and this new body and identity is the perfect accomplice for revenge. I loved it! The way she goes about it is so dark and delicious. I really wish when she was a doll she was real. The way Zoe describes the guys in this book is so real. THAT is what would have sold dolly of she was more real.

She could feel but not really. she was plastic. If she had been paralyzed let's say and unable to move her body would be human like and I think the actions against her would be more depraved. It would be a darker story. here in book 3 you see that. She is clearly nuts and it so fantastic and the guys are real. had dolly been a human "doll" in a state of paralysis or something really messed up it would have blown this series up! I loved it though. It was a really cool little story.

Damned by Zoe Blake is the third book in a three book series. This is by no means a romance story. The dark events that happen to our FMC in the previous books are dimmed down significantly but the events taking place are still dark. If happy endings are your thing then this book isn’t for you.

There’s a section at the beginning of each of the three books that say the same thing regarding why there are three books. I dont feel that the reason is enough and this piece would have done so much better as a full novel with more meat between the cover and back. Without the second two installments the first book falls flat.

Our FMC is deliciously twisted and I’m here for it. She comes off completely different and I don’t hate it. I wish her story before the “accident” was mentioned more previously. There’s a lot left up to the imagination but there’s also a lot that isn’t.

Before diving in to this dark tale as always check your TWs. 🖤

The 3rd book in the Broken Doll series left me still reeling from everything that happened.

I was expecting and honestly, hoping for a closure for Jane but what Blake gave me was more What The F moments. And what's weird about that? I dig it.

Being fed tidbits of Jane's story has been an addiction I craved by Blake. Karma surely knows her way around. But what if there's more to karma than we know? What if there's something out there playing with our lives without us knowing? These questions came up suddenly to me after absorbing the ending of this story.

This may have been a quick read but it sure as helL left me reeling. Is it too bad to actually want more for this story?

I love the way this author writes her dark. It's intelligent, mind-fcuking, raw and brutal but it's tastefully done in a way I admire.

it is a sad day…

When our on family can cause so much damage. That is the beginning of our foundation. Was Jane’s hate for the three girls started with her dad’s word to her. Did she saw her world through the eyes of her parents. Did the hand that took her from one life to another kept punishing her believed that it was going to change her? My answer is not it will not change her. After facing her father that was the end of her journey. What else was there for her when she was broken. Can we see parts of Jane in our reflection I can say I do. Others can brake us, and leave a mark on our lives forever. Thank you Zoe I can’t imagine how hard it must been to enter her world.

Like a classic Twilight Zone story--but pervy

In the first book, Jane is definitely the sympathetic victim who wakes up in an unthinkable, sanity-breaking situation. She's endured unimaginable pain and degradation, and just when you think you have this story all figured out, it flips around, going a different direction.

I don't want to get too specific because this is one of those stories where it's a better experience if you don't know much about what's going on. Just start reading in book one and enjoy the dark direction it sends you. This is dark horror not dark romance.

The broken doll series from Zoe Blake is definitely not for the fainthearted. I was intrigued from page one and couldn't put it down after that.

Janes story is intense, dark, twisted and definitely the stuff of nightmares. It's definitely best to go into this quite blind as there's a lot of twists thrown in here. The third book rounded everything up in a way I didn't see coming at all. These are definitely books that will play on your mind for a long time after finishing them.

There's no HEA in this at all but it ends in the most perfectly fucked up way. Which, after reading these three books is exactly what was bound to happen at the end.

Hot Revenge Patiently Served!

Now that's the way to end a twisted, dark tale! Zoe Blake warned that Jane's tale was too twisted, too dark to be formatted as one full story and she was absolutely correct. With each book segment Jane's story deepened, darkened and then just when Jane's fate seemed doomed - sweet revenge arrives! The wait was well worth it as Jane's story comes to an end with hot revenge patiently served. This was my favorite book in the series. I voluntarily read an Advanced Readers Copy of this book.

Did Not See THAT Twist Coming!

Whoa, I did not see that twist coming! Jane going on a killing spree targeting the people who abused her in her karma sentence as a sex doll was foreseen. But the twist that her final victim was her own father was something I wouldn't have thought up even if I wrote this novel myself! Good job, Zoe! This book (and whole series) is dark, twisted, and the type of literature you'd dare your friends to read on Halloween night during the Witching Hour! Darkly entertaining, I am here for more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alas, it comes to the end.

This was a rollercoaster of a 3 part novella series. This one is very revenge driven after the events in book 1 and 2, but added in a bit of a twist in this one that I did NOT see coming!

Y’all, my jaw was just dragging the ground this whole time. I am still shooketh. Still mind blown.

This is crewmen horror and not a romance. It does not give you a conventional HEA. But it is wrapped up. It was wild. And I officially need these as trophies on my shelf. Lol

I loved this series by Zoe Blake and am a huge fan of her books. If you read this series from the beginning this Doll was used and abused but her spirit was never deflated. Every story got more twisted and a bit gruesome until we finally got to the end where the Doll gets her ending.
This was so fucked up and at the same time I was saddened that this is the last of the series. But you never know if the pump will come out and revive the flattened dolly.

The third and final part in the story of Jane.

This novella start right off where the previous book ended. You need to have read the other books, otherwise it makes no sense.

It is time for revenge. The mind of jane is a terrifying and twisted thing to experience. She has her own way of judgement and I have to say I didn’t see all of it coming.

Zoe Blake surprised me yet again. And that ending ……

Just when you think this series can't get more twisted, Zoe Blake mind f*cks you again. This final installment was the best of the three for one reason...REVENGE...how the author can cram so much delicious deprivation in these books, shocks me. Jane is suppose to be the villain, but this reader senses there is so much more to be experienced with "Jane". Floved it... (I am alittle scared how much I did enjoy these books.) I hope this is not the last we hear from our favorite doll.

Not a happy story. No longer the victim, Jane has revenge in mind. She's not trapped in that lifeless doll anymore. She's one of the pretty girls now. And she gets to exact her own dark, twisted revenge. A fast, dark, twisted read. I received an advance copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

What in the fudge (put the better f word there) nuggets!?!?!?

This is hands down the best book out of the 3, of course Jane...or is it Helen...finally gets her revenge!!!! There's this one scene that just OMG, there isn't enough words!

This book, this series, has been a twisted and horrific delight from the start....I wonder if we might get a John series in the future!

Jane is back!! This series is definitely one hell of a dark read it has that mystery, thrilled and so shocking moments that you don't know what on earth it's happening and that ending will they be more Jane to come? Or has she found what she wanted or deserves hmmm? But one thing is for sure I so need more.

High school student Jane Robinson is no longer trapped in a doll's body. Jane may have a new body but she's still herself and her memories are returning. Hate, anger and bitterness are fusing with Jane's new source of anger and betrayal. Everyone who wronged Jane will all pay for what they did to her.

Damned Doll is a dark, twisted and disturbing story full of twists and turns
