And then they will be the ones who are sorry. This is a twisted, dark horror novella. This is not a standalone. There is no HEA. You have been warned.

Zoe Blake is the USA Today Bestselling Author of the romantic suspense saga The Cavalieri Billionaire Legacy inspired by her own heritage as well as her obsession with jewelry, travel, and the salacious gossip of history’s most infamous families.
She delights in writing Dark Romance books filled with overly possessive billionaires, taboo scenes, and unexpected twists. She usually spends her ill-gotten gains on martinis, vacations, and red lipstick.
This left me with a lot of questions. But one thing was answered is this is hell. She did something really bad that made her stuck as a sex doll. I kind of wish the author delved more into the lore of sex doll hell and what exactly happened for her to be stuck in hell.
Book two focus a lot on degradation and rape but knowing this fit The World building.
This utterly thought provoking series is published in three parts. It's brilliant. The author clearly spent some time thinking of women's gender differences and brought them to life in a way that blew my mind. College students could use her writing as essay material.
I'm going to review the complete series in this one because I can't separate them now that I've finished reading them.
The writing is good, but sometimes choppy. I could have done without some of the cursing. At times it was way too much.
I recommend everyone reading this story and learning from it.
Safety: Doesn't apply. It's very unsafe, but in a nontraditional way. See spoilers below.
Jane wakes up from a car wreck and she's inside a female sex doll. She can see and hear everything, but can not move or communicate in anyway. She is owned by a married guy who uses her in horrible ways. He let's his friend use her as well.
Basically, this story is filled with lessons to learn for both men and women. I would recommend this series to everyone.
Zoe Blake has done it again... This story comes from her first, Broken Doll. This is most definitely one dark and twisted read. In Damaged Doll the infamous Jane is back. Jane once again has to endure horrific torture at the hand of her captor. The question is.... Is this all Jane's reality, or just a dream? I'm so hoping for a third book in this series. Too many unanswered questions I have...
O M F G...what was that! This continuation of Jane's story is so dark, so twisted, so deviant, so f*cked up....and I f'n loved it!!! Only Zoe can bring you a story like this, it almost feels wrong enjoying reading it...like I said almost hehe. Can't wait for the next book, so many questions that I just know will blow my mind when the answers come! Who needs a HEA when you can have this kind of story. Arc for honest review
Another 5 stars for book 2 in this twisted series from Zoe Blake.
Jane is in for a world of hurt, filth and kinky games that only John's sick mind could come up with, but Jane is strong and by the end of this book we also learn that Jane is not so innocent after all.
Wow. This book was an even darker and twisted continuation of the series. Damaged Doll begins right after the end of the first book. For the majority of this book, Jane is in the possession of John (one of Steve's "friends") and the reader bears witness to the continued degradation and abuse that Jane suffers. Over the course of this book, the reader learns a little more about who Jane was before the accident and you start to think that maybe her current situation is a type of karma for things that Jane has done in her past. This book does end in a type of cliffhanger because Jane's circumstances change drastically. Once again, this book is not a romance. There are sexual acts during the course of this book, but they are not romantic or consensual (Jane is a sex doll). I wouldn't necessarily call this an enjoyable read, but it is fascinating to see where the author is taking this story and I will be reading the third book to see how things are wrapped up.
Whew what another fk’d up ride in 48 pages We continue Jane’s story and it is just as twisted as the first book We find out what happened or allegedly happened in her car wreck and that it’s been around a month time frame We end with her now being in another body this one actually human The cliffhanger we left on with Steve wasn’t mentioned at all in this book like I thought it might be so I’m very intrigued on how it all goes in book 3 If you want a fk’d up erotic horror run immediately to get this series
WTF did I just read? Zoe Blake has taken this series even further in this book. I didn't expect it to go where it did, but oh man, it was so good.
What Zoe Blake has done is just amazing. It really plays into something that personally scares the crap out of me, so this story did so many good things for me while doing so many bad things for me.
Do beware that it's darker than darker, and there is no happy, ever. But it's worth every dark and twisted word.
Omg! Omg! Omg! So I had an idea this time going in what to expect, but once again my mind is BLOWN!! Two words PLOT TWIST!! Ok two more words CLIFF HANGER!! I need book three STAT!!!
She was very descriptive of every scene. A shower and teller at the same time. She can make you imagine the story vividly and the fuckedupness just upped!
Also, we get in the story also of Jane's past. IF what was even told was the truth and not just some random accusation. But you get to feel torn for feeling for her with everything that's happening to her and that's just fuck up! Sisterhood you know!
All I can say is the twists and turns will definitely blow your mind. And there's more to the story that wasn't totally revealed yet. But tge author gifted as a glimpse of small possibilities. Uuuugghhh.
I need the next book! I wanna know what happens next!
P.S. I so totally agree with the author'a note in front of the page. This kind of book should really come with a warning label!
P.P.S. Take a deep breath before you dive in! Remember, you've been warned.
No Mercy for the wicked. Such an unreal take to what I can only at this point imagine to be reincarnation. But reincarnation for the damned. On to book 3...
Jane is going through LITERAL hell and I can’t even imagine how it must feel to be sooo stuck (literally) in a body that you can’t control, but yet you feel and experience EVERY agonizing second! The feeling of her helplessness weighs heavy on my heart! Also, that “news story” twist….ooooowweeeee! I didn’t see that coming! BUT I do have to say that the only thing I don’t like about the series (which is not a huge deal because I get that this is the whole point of Jane’s hell) but what irks me is how IMMATURE these men are! Like these are supposed to be grown ass men with jobs & wives & lives, but the way they interact with not only each other, but also Janes body as a sex doll is just like..WTF! The way they talk and the shit that comes out of these men’s mouths (I’ve got tons of quotes saved from the book that just blew me away) is just so cringe & horrific…they literally act like horny little pre-pubescent boys, and I couldn’t stand a single one of them (but I know that’s the point). Even the WOMEN at the party John had…I was shocked at how immature and heartless they were. 🤦🏻♀️ Anyways, despite all that, I’m enjoying the series and I’m off to read the 3rd & final book! 🥳 *crossing fingers that Jane gets her revenge!!* 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
***Warning... this book is highly disturbing!! If you cannot handle non-consensual activity, severe abuse and horror genre then this is not the book for you!
So... I’ve now read both books by Zoe Blake. She is one twisted sister lemme tell you!!! But... she can weave a crazy story!!! The writing was just as good as the first book. Highly descriptive in nature (which again... with the material at hand is disturbing). The twists she throws at you will have you reeling for sure.
I definitely felt squeamish during this book more than the first. The pain I felt for Jane was at times unbearable.
But Jane... oh Jane... what a bad girl you were...
3.50 stars... very twisted story but the writing was done well. The ending will leave you shocked and very very curious...
his novella start right off when My Name is Jane fends. And just like that story I was blown away.
Zoe Blake has this beautiful descriptive way of writing. With her words she takes you on a terrifying journey. As a reader you see and feel everything Jane is experiencing. And it is not pretty. It is dark, gritty, degrading and so very sad.
My heart just broke for Jane and I just wanted to hug her and to make it all stop.
But Zoe Blake has a very twisted mind, so I was yelling at my ereader by the end.
We are back for book number 2!!! I got a ARC of this book thanks Zoe girl!! If you read book one it was.. twisted and dark and i love Jane's revenge.... Now this book.. lets just day Jane Cant move again and.. the horrors she has to go though... man.. Be warned one part made me go FUCK!!
we also get more into Jane's story and why she's a doll and in this type of hell.. i won't give to much away.. but lets say so many good twist in this book..
If you enjoy dark, twisted fucked up stuff this is the book..
Fantastic short story. Jane the murderer is really having a tough time. As her memories of her former life begin to fade she is now in the hands of John. I really love the twist and the relevance of her dying. Each time it seems to jump start something. It's really creative. I have so many questions and my mind is just spinning with this whole doll concept. It's definitely a great little read of you don't have any triggers or limits. Which I don't lol.
If this series was written by any other author, I'd never want nor even pick up this book to read. Zoe Blake is a literary idol of mine, so k gave this series a chance. I'm left so confused after finishing this book. Who is Helen? Why is she Jane's new body? How will Jane find John and kill him? The twist of Jane being as bad as Steven and John is insane and unexpected, but I somehow love it. Karma is a b*tch. Do k need therapy for oddly and darkly enjoying this novel? Probably! Will I finish reading this entire series? Absolutely!
This is book 2 in the broken doll series. The book starts where book 1 ended, I won’t do any spoilers, but the stories continues and we learn who and how Jane was before she became a doll. The story is so dark and gritty and I loved it. I loved how we got to learn more of the back story about Jane and omg the ending it was soooo good. What a great mindf***. I need book 3 ASAP. If you like dark books you need to read this series. 5 stars ⭐️
Jane wonders if it's karmic punishment that she's forced to live life as a doll, a thing to be used and discarded. When her old owner's sadistic friend John steals Jane, she's not sure if he rescued her or just represents another version of hell. Jane discovers why things are the way they are after something jogs her memory and realises she's in hell and deserves it. Then Jane's luck changes ...
Broken Doll is a continuation of a dark, twisted and disturbing story that's horrifying
If i thought the first was a brain explosion! then the reveals we are welcomed to in Damaged doll are just some, Mrs Blake gave to keep us hooked.
We don't get all the answers so offcourse I will be looking for book 3 but i understand why we get the breaks in between as info overload wouldn't be a nice picture. This author does not disappoint in her darker theme genre.
The saga continues of Jane's story and it is more twisted than the first. This reader is enjoying this series alot..it is dark, cruel, displays the degradation of the main character, Jane. The author without warning flips this story over to a whole new level of fu%ked u. The ending has me saying WTF? I enjoyed this book, it fed my dark soul. I can't wait for the conclusion and to see what Jane has in store for the readers. 5 stars
I gotta say I did not see that ending coming! This novella picks up exactly where book one left off, but this time with 'John and it's all hell from there. John is worse than Steve, and Jane is subjected to even worse horrific things at the hands of 'John and his friends are just as sick and demented as he is. However there is a big twist in the story involving Jane that I will not say here, you will have to read to find out for yourselves.
