Like the title says, there is plenty of practical fuel advice in this book. This isn't a weight loss book and doesn't give tips on fad diets but it gives good advice on how to make sure you are fueling the work that you are doing.

Fantastic sports nutrition book, no frills, and especially good for the ultra runner as there are specific thoughts for the ultra trail runner.

No fads no gimmicks just sound practical information for endurance nutrition. I especially appreciated that there is no weight loss info here.
