Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
It was a hot, humid day in central Georgia when the Ritchey siblings left the comforts of their home headed to Calvary Chapel near downtown Atlanta. Little did they know in less than five hours, that their lives would be dramatically changed.
Sometimes God works in mysterious ways to bring about his perfect Will in our lives, such was the case with the Ritchey children.

Most people understand hope as wishful thinking. However, the biblical definition of hope is "confident expectation". But you can sleep like a baby knowing: Where the wind blows, there's hope for all.
Hope is a feeling of expectation and a desire for certain things to happen. The important thing to remember: Always put God and his only begotten son, first and not matter what befalls us good will always prevail. Trustworthy promises from God give us hope. By contrast, those who do not place their trust in God are said to be without hope. Without hope, life loses its meaning.
I can smell the aroma of a good life that is filled with hope just as the aroma of hazelnut fills the kitchen. It is never too late, you know. If you still have breath then there's hope. When the doorbell rings, it could be God knocking on your door. Get in while the Lord's knocking- for He is knocking on the door to your heart.
I believe this well-written inspirational book by Joyce Mitchell can lead you in the right direction and will help you see the rainbow after the rain and dark clouds give way to sunshine and clear skies.
Revelations 3:20 - out of God's words says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if any man hear my voice and open the door I will come in to him and will sup with him, and he with me."

For my friends - the Lord will come like a thief in the night. Keep your faith strong with hope and sing out loud and clear, "I CAN HEAR YOU KNOCKING!"

I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. This book is geared more toward a teen audience but as an adult I found it to be very good. It is the story of 2 teenage siblings a boy and girl and their salvation, Cody was questioning his salvation when on the way to church the kids see a massive auto accident and jump in to help. They learn more from the wreckage than they would have learned in church that day. From this book you will learn the difference between being religious an feeling the spirit. I would recommend this to all teens and preteens,
