This is an amazing book I really liked it, after about 30pages in you reach the recipes, before that there was the history of how they started and some handy tips. I had thought this was a vegetarian cookbook but no! There are meat dishes, so the best of both worlds really! I haven't yet cooked any dishes from the book as although it says it's due out in July 2025, I bought it from an online bookshop recently but can't see which one as I've obviousy deleted the receipt, but I know it wasn't Amazon because they keep a record of every book you've ever ordered in your life!!!
