My Opinion:
While "Kjære Leder" is well-written and covers crucial aspects of leadership, I found myself wishing for more depth, especially because the authors imply it would be valuable for leaders at any experience level. In my view, except for the section on habit formation, the book serves best as a guide for first-time leaders who have been in their roles for about six months and have started to gather some experiences and reflections. The saying "Nihil Novi Sub Sola" (lat. nothing new under the sun) - captures the essence of my critique: although the insights are sound, they may resonate more deeply with those who are still solidifying their leadership identity.
