I'm on chapter 14 and I just wanted to come here and say that I was expecting a gay Asian vampire romance when I bought the book because of one of the videos on YouTube and this is absolutely not what I have received😂😂😂 The author has you get emotionally attached to the characters and then by chapter 13, your soul is ripped out of your chest and you literally can't read fast enough to find out what the heck is happening. You can't believe the twist and you wonder what she's trying to do to your head. The lack of sleep and the elevated cortisol is literally all this author's fault😂😂😂😂 I am 256 pages in out of a 715 page book or at least that's how my ebook has it. I pray that before it's over with I get the gay content that I was hoping for but I got to hand it to you, This might be the best book I have read in years. And I read a lot!
*I'm a bit more than halfway through this nearly 800 page book. It's SO fu€king good. As far as I know that's author hasn't written anything else and that is a tragedy.
