Once again, absolutely full of danger and suspense. The survivors thought they were save but they’re totally wrong. Each turn of the way seems to bring even more unexpected surprises. How will they survive this. There’s no stopping until you get to the end of the book. Don’t miss out on the next book.
Needless to say the parallels to the fires in LA was chilling. Great character development and almost too much detail at times but I still ripped through the book at breakneck speed. Recommend for those who have strong stomachs and a sense of chaotic adventure.
This is an excellent read. It is extremely hard to put down. Once you start reading it, you will not want to stop until you reach the end. However, be warned, you will not like the ending. As soon as you finish it, you will want to get the next one in in the series.
This dystopian environment makes one wonder whether survival is desirable or merely an instinct born of years of practice. Characters are likable with credible motivations. Plot while seemingly unlikely is believable. Some will survive, if just by luck.
This continues a good series, though I continue to have reservations on the believability of a catastrophic fire that is worldwide in its destruction. That aside, the stories for our three groups has been fairly compelling and this ends with two and a half big cliffhangers. On to book 4
Another really good read from this great author! A really brilliant idea, really well done, great pace, levels of action & some really scary moments! Great!
I'm seriously regretting reading this series. Why did you give it 5 stars then, you may ask. Read at your own peril I say. And I'm not stopping I will continue to the end.
A very exciting and unpredictable read, sure must have been very hard to get around everywhere! And being able to find food every once in a while . Good read !
