Thomas Fay is a science fiction and fantasy author. Originally from Warsaw, Poland he now lives and writes in the beach side haven of Bondi in Sydney, Australia with the support and encouragement of his amazing wife and mischievous cockalier puppy.
Thomas discovered a love of science fiction early on, perhaps something to do with the dystopian society he grew up in. Bleak concrete apartment blocks situated in a field of grass, against the backdrop of the Chernobyl disaster—will make for a great opening of a book he’ll write one day.
For now, he focuses on writing science fiction detective novels, inspired by his early reading of Asimov and Phillip K. Dick, along with sweeping space operas and the occasional journey into the realm of fantasy.

It is a good anthology of supernatural and fantasy stories that get straight to the point. Most have an open ending that allows the reader to make their own conclusion. I recommend this book for people on the move with a few hours to spare on an interesting fantasy read.
Stories of magic and dragons have always been my favorites. In this book many of the stories are the kind I have found as my favorites. It's always hard to find this kind. Get in this book I found elaborate stories about magic and dragons that are short and to the point. What a great book!
Janet Arroyo called this one a great beach read, and that was exactly where I read it.
I enjoyed the collection of short stories and found it easy to put down when my grandkids needed help with a kite or their boogie boards.
When they hollared, "Grandpa! Porpoises! Look grandpa, look", I settled back after watching the pod play and relaxed more because sharks flee when a pod of porpoise is around.
Especially comforting along the South Carolina coast this year with the relatively high number of shark attacks.
After interruptions, it was easy to pick up with a different short story.
This book has a little bit of all fantasy genres. Their where you had you typical fantasy with a more grown up twist. I liked it and it was fun to read. Thank you
