Fighting off living corpses protecting the survivors, keeping the train running and supplied as his team desperately plans their next moves. Ahead looms the city of St. Louis, the only remaining crossing point of the Mississippi, with three million possessed corpses, a well-armed group of fanatics, and their leader, a religious madman who wants to offer humanity’s survivors up as sacrifices to his new god..

Kal Spriggs started reading science fiction and fantasy in elementary school. Eventually he was the only eight year old with permission from the local public library to check out books from the adult section because he'd read everything else. He's written ever since he started running out of 'good' stuff to read when he was twelve, although he likes to think his writing has improved, if only slightly.

Spriggs is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy with an engineering degree. He followed in his parents' footsteps and joined the US Army after graduation and currently serves as an active duty Engineer captain. As well as earning a masters degree in environmental engineering, he's been deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq.

the BB get KO to fast

If Snowpiercer and Train to Busan had a genuine monster baby it be this.

Nothing will make you ready for a story that blends biblical apocalypse through a non-stop American train ride westbound to hell station. Because that’s what you’ll get the worst of nightmares and a rag-tag group of survivors who didn’t survive because there they where the strongest they survived because they actually follow the rule kill it till it’s dead and even then do abit more.

I just want to say I do believe this book is a ME problem and not really a book problem. I do believe lovers of Post apocalypse books and paranormal books might like it. It was interesting, but I personally couldn't get invested in the characters. I'm not sure why. Perhaps it's because lately I am perfering first person rather than third person. All I know is I couldn't connect so I really didn't feel like rooting for someone. But I definitely don't discourage anyone from giving this book a try

What a great story, absolutely thrilling. Not your usual zompoc, this one gave us some sort of demon with control over the zombies and a so called religious cult. It had me hooked from the beginning to the end, with never a dull moment. Definitely on board this train and can't wait for the next book.
