Trolls in the Rearview, Glory Ahead
Meg thought she’d made peace with her thick thighs and round belly. But when she and her boyfriend share their epic road trip on YouTube, Meg is hounded by both internet trolls and her own demons.

Struggling to gain subscribers and land sponsorships, the couple finally hits Instagram gold when a slender hitchhiker convinces them to post racy photos of the three together.

As their unconventional relationship becomes their online brand and their roadie garners fans of her own, Meg wonders how she’ll ever be “enough” for internet success in her own skin.

Perfect for fans of Dietland, Enough AF delivers a wild ride to the intersection of self-acceptance and public scrutiny. Readers will cheer as Meg takes the right turn to build community and back herself in this propulsive and addictive debut.

Super proud of my friend for writing this incredibly human and very sexy story. I was so excited and also so nervous to read this… What would I say if I didn’t love it?? But it’s magic.

Meg’s literal and figurative journey has her battling inner demons while braving a public vanlife adventure, contending with the pressures of a “thin ideal” and only posting the perfect on social media.

With vulnerability — and a lot of really hot sex — she learns to embrace herself and her power. 5 shining stars.

Also I had so much nostalgia reading about hiding from the beach patrol at Blacks Beach until we could rebuild our bonfires… for me, an Easter egg.

Imagine opening a book and the very first scene has the main chara with her legs in the air.

OKAY POP OFF. Honest to god- I closed the book. Went, damn take me to dinner first- then continued to read.

I'm so glad I did bc let me tell you.

This book had me so angry at some scenes. I honestly to god hated Meg when she was all like pity me. But then I realized that's the entire point and theme of this book.

Meg struggles with so many demons that it wasn't just coming to terms with this poly queer influencer group on the road. It was about self-discovery and acceptance for growth.

Meg constantly said that she was enough. Online, In-person- but never in the mirror. It took her losing someone important to her for that lesson to be learned.

Honestly- it was so incredibly human and poetic that I just couldn't get enough of it.

It was giving Victoria's Secret vibes by Jax. I loved it. I think every young girl should read this as they are coming of age into adulthood. You are enough AF.

Enjoyed reading this debut novel. Bastin writes from a voice of experience and authenticity that I could relate to as a vanlifer and plus size outdoor woman.

I look forward to reading more adventures of Meg. Hopefully, less Ben. Meg needs to wise up. She's young there's still time.

This is a good story where Meg, despite loving herself and her body, still struggles with her image and comparing herself to others. While at first she may seem a little all over the place, I found it to be a realistic representation of how one may struggle with such issues.
