Encouraging and honest

I liked this book because the author is so relatable in her stories. Her warm honesty draws you in. She makes great points about the cycles of longing and how they can either break us or make our faith stronger. This book encouraged me in a long waiting season, and I am grateful I read it during this period.

This book is impactful, relatable, and encouraging. Each chapter hits home and speaks to the heart regardless of your stage in life. Rebecca writes in a way that makes you feel as if you’ve been lifelong friends. She’s not afraid to say it like it is, spell out the truth and challenge you to go deeper with God. There are so many bonus features to this book… videos, case studies, questions for group discussion. It’s far more than a once-and-done read! I can’t wait to go back and dig deeper.
