Survival Tools for the Neurodivergent

I recently self exist owed as Neuro divergent after a lifetime of feeling like I don't fit in most places and with most people. How comforting it is to learn that it's not me and there are others in this world like me. This book provides tools to help you live and thrive in a world dominated by Neuro typical people who don't understand people like us. I will co.e back to this book as a resource time and again, I'm sure. It's an easy read and full of practical tips and tools to live a better, more fulfilling life than you probably are now.

Good resource written from the perspective of someone living with Autism

It’s always nice to see a resource written in the voice of someone living with a condition. Too often, resources are written by people who are medical providers or caregivers.
I also like that this resource provides strategies that are appropriate for a broad audience (beyond the autistic community).

I really good workbook that covers useful techniques for helping and does not feel like it's coming from an ableist viewpoint.
There are parts that made me feel very seen and I wish they were written in another book for allistic friends and families to read to get a glimpse of the autistic struggles.

Best on this subject I’ve read so far. Practical advice and resources (plenty of workbook examples and space to list ideas and your own examples) from someone living with autism. I found this really interesting. And helpful.
