While the sex was hot, I can’t say I was a huge fan of this one. Their connection felt a bit forced and while normally I read this author’s books out of order, this series follows a timeline that I wasn’t aware of so having read book 2 first and then this one wasn’t the wisest choice although not hard to follow along because it’s sex lol Book 3 in this series is this couple plus shithead Gabe from book 2 but he wasn’t as shitty in that one for some reason. Mike is definitely a brat though and I’m glad Connor called his bluff. 😂
