Alright, let’s talk about *Broken Wilder* by J.E. Ross, the first book in the Heirs of Axel trilogy, and let me tell you—it’s a wild ride! From the moment Olivia’s life flips upside down, I was glued to the pages. Imagine being 17, losing everything, and then getting thrown into a town like Melmbury, where secrets are lurking around every corner. Sounds intense, right? Well, it is!
Olivia’s journey is anything but easy. She’s dealing with grief, a new school, and trying to fit in when everything feels wrong. And just when you think things might calm down—bam! The Axel Heirs enter the picture, and suddenly, Olivia’s life is spun in a whole new direction. The suspense and tension in this book are unreal, and I was living for every twist and turn.
J.E. Ross doesn't hold back with the dark themes in this story—suicidal thoughts, violence, and some pretty heavy stuff. But that’s what makes *Broken Wilder* so gripping. It’s raw, real, and pulls you right into Olivia’s world. The way the author handles these themes adds so much depth to the characters, especially Olivia, who is both strong and relatable.
The Axel Heirs bring all the mystery and drama you could ask for, and their connection to Olivia’s past? Mind-blowing. By the time I got to the last page, I was practically begging for book two. Seriously, if you love a good dark fantasy with high stakes and unforgettable characters, you need to get your hands on this book.

A lot of secrets in this one hard to put down violence drama romance sex has it all and even tho I did get feeling about one of the biggest secrets it was still well done and hidden but the arcade games gave it away for me and I was convinced I was right

Fab, hot story
I absolutely loved this hot story about orphan Olivia and her saviour Jeremy. After losing her entire family in a fire, she is sent to stay with an uncle she knew nothing about. One night, feeling totally alone and desperate she stands at the edge of a roof. This is where she meets Jeremy and her life changes forever.

What a cliffhanger!!
What an ending!!!! This book had me hooked from start to finish. I love the guys, but of course others have to ruin it. Great book, can’t wait to see what happens next.

Unexpected
On the whole a good book, for some reason I thought it was rh! The ending crept up quite swiftly. I saw some elements of the ending coming so it was a bit predictable.

Wow this book just blew me away. I was hooked from the the first page. Definitely a page turner, action packed book. I just love love loved it!!!! My heart goes out to Olivia and everything she’s been through. The Axel Heirs were her saving grace especially Jeremy. They all just banded around her and supported her throughout her difficult time. Hats off to J. E. Ross. This is the first book I’ve read from this author and will definitely be reading more books. This cliffhanger was a killer. So glad book 2 is already out because guess what I’m gonna do…..that’s right I’m going to download it on kindle and read it. Can’t wait to see what happens next.
